He was able to finish the work at both of our homes, including installing EV electrical, ahead of schedule. I had a specialized project that was out of the ordinary.Walter was my estimator and he walked me thru what needed to be done to accomplish my goals. Including a simplified method to make my transfer of power easy and more cost effective.Albert was the main installer. He laid down plastic to keep the job clean. He showed me the parts he was going to use to make sure my goal was to be accomplished. Everything he did was top notch. I was really happy with his professionalism and willing to listen to my stories.The Counter Staff kept me informed of when they were installers were coming. Every time I called they were extremely nice and understanding. I had then pull an Electrical Permit to stay above board.Thank You so much in accomplishing my goals. They have done work for me before. I will hire them again for two more projects I have in mind.

The Electric Company was easy and quick to get scheduled! We had a breaker trip that wouldn’t reset. The technician was very professional, quick and showed me what was going on. After the work was completed, we checked the outlets and made sure the breaker didn’t trip while running my dryer.

I was lucky enough to get an earlier appointment as they had a change in schedules. Art and Alex were very nice and very professional. They were able to do extra work that I forgot to mention and Art gave me ideas for outdoor lighting options that I hadnt thought of. Alex hung my chandelier and made sure that it was exactly the way I wanted. Came out beautiful! If you need electrical work I would highly recommend them.

I would recommend The Electric Company. The office staff is friendly, professional and helpful, whenever I have to call them to ask a question or arrange an appointment. The communication with me about the work I wanted done and the appointments I needed was excellent, and I was always kept in the loop (via tex, phone call and email) for appointment information and any questions or updates. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, personable, and helpful. I cant think of one thing negative to say about this company. I would use them again for my electrical needs.

Alex arrived and after a few minutes of me describing the problem to him went right to work trying to find out why one of the electrical circuits was not working. He put his experience to work and soon found the wire bundle that was the culprit.Many thanks to Alex for making what looked like a very complicated problem seem like something very easy. If I ever have this problem again, I am hoping that Alex is available.

5 Stars as always!! The Electric Co. is excellent in their service and their scheduling thereof. The office staff knows what they are doing and are totally oriented to provide caring customer service. The technicians are on the ball and when on the job recommend service that might not be known as needed by the customer. For instance, we have saved our clients many dollars by following their advice to change to LED lights vs. new ballasts. And I have used them personally for adding new lines to my home when I purchased some major electric equipment - they bid the work, do the job and no issues!! Update: used them again at my home for added line and outlets - super service, no mess and my mind is at ease with each device plugged into the wall! 9/6/24 Update: Had them out to do some work on a property I manage because I knew I could trust the work would be done correctly!! 9-17-24 Update: needed a new outlet and quality smoke detectors - short notice, they squeezed me in and done in 2 hours flat!! 11/21 Update. I used two strong devices on one circuit and popped the breaker. Didn’t understand why only two devices would do that, the electric company sent their best guy out And he explained it all. So when you’re shopping for new devices, check the amps it pulls and make sure you have enough Power to work with. It seems the newer, the device, the more power it wants. And learn your breaker box, So you can adjust it yourself As always, I am totally pleased with The Electric Co And their technicians!!

Jack did a superb job of finalizing the project another tech started a few months ago. He created a solution to a bit of a wiring jumble, mounted our sconces, installed our dimmers and adjusted our lights to a comfortable hue. He cares as much about his customers as he does in his workmanship and his company. The Electric Company has done a wonderful job on our current project and a rewiring project several years ago. I have had Art coming to my house for a couple of years now. Art has replace every light in the house with LED lights. He has replaced ceiling fan/lights, replaced a light switch, installed seven outside lights, and updated all of my outside electrical outlets! Art is amazing! He does everything right, the first time! If you’re looking for a great electrician at a very fair price then please go to The Electric Company. You will not be disappointed. He has never been late or had to reschedule. In the pics you can see the old outside lights falling off of the wall!! And old wooden framed lights from the 80’s and the old small broken patio ceiling light. all of this and more was updated to the beautiful lights I have now!! Art is my favorite repairman!!

Jack H ( The Electric Company Master Electrican,) came this morning and reviewed my project. Sun Setter Awning did an embarring job of installing the electrical part of their installation project. I was extremely upset at the poor end product they gave me especially since I paid out over $8500.00, and they tacked a white extension cord wire to the side of my house with a plug in. They acted like it was no big deal and left me with an embarrassing end product. Jack and I discussed it, and I made recommendations, he overrode my recommendations with common sense, professional expertise and experience. I bowed to his experience and glad I did. He did a far better job than I could have thought of. When completed, the end product was beyond my expectations. It was an honest and fairly price for his work, and I am extreme satisfied with the end product. The extra care on the minor cosmetic of switches and wiring was appreciated and I was proud to show it off to my neighbors that came over to see it. I supplied all of the items to be installed, so was a bit surprised to get a $450 bill for 2 hours of work. The invoice had no breakdown showing labor and materials.Would have given 5 stars if the rates had been disclosed beforehand, and my outlets were fixed.

Jack the technician was on time and did a fantastic and fast job. The only complaint I have was the cost. It seemed a little high but it needed to get done. I wish they offered a veteran or law enforcement discount.

Our job was switching out two existing outdoor light fixtures. I did due diligence by checking this company out and decided to call and get a feel for the place. My first contact was with Kayla. Besides a welcoming, positive and professional demeanor, she explained their rates upfront. Not everyone does that; so no surprises-which is a great relief. Next, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The electrician that came to our house was Sam. Very nice guy. Sam was efficient, effective and got our work done in quick order. The fixtures were solid and looked great. He made it look easy and safe. Sam had all the tools and equipment he needed and I believe he took care to do the work just right. He was very friendly and respectful. After the work was completed, Sam wrote it up and it was just as specified with no unexpected costs. Finally, about a half an hour after the job was done, I got a call from the company to see if we were satisfied with the work. I think that is a very professional way to go about business. All the people I have come in contact with at The Electric Company have been a pleasure to deal with. I recommend The Electric Company and will call them again for our next electrical work.

This was my first experience with The Electric Company. I called them because my microwave blew out, along with three ceiling lights. Their serviceman, a very experienced electrician, quickly diagnosed the problem, a double wire (not current code) to one of my breakers had become disconnected and was arching. My breaker box, the original one from 50 years ago, also has dated parts that would be hard to replace for any future problems. The microwave was toast, but the lights came back on with the reconnected wire, and my next appointment is to have an estimate on having the breaker box replaced. I highly recommend The Electric Company for fixing my problem, and explaining the situation in language that I could understand, as a woman who depends on my mechanically-minded daughter to fix many things.

Had a GFI plug continually ”popping” when the sump pump that was connected. Have had this problem on and off for years. Previous electric companies that checked it, changed the plug or said it was just “tricky”…. Service Tech came out, used his amp meter and found it was a short in the sump pump and not the GFI Plug. He tested the other parts plugged in and the wall circuit and all was fine. He said when the GFI pops it’s usually a short in the pump in the water. So, now I know. Good to have a tech know other causes than changing a plug.

I have experienced infrequent breaker trips for several years with the same circuit breaker. I had the breaker replaced less than a year ago, but have had several trips since the replacement. Their technician measured the load and confirmed it was unlikely that the trips were due to an overloaded circuit. He tightened the connections in the panel and explained that the breaker could be tripped by a loose connection in the circuit. I felt the technician did a good job of explaining what could be causing the trips. I am having my garage door opener serviced and will monitor the situation after that work is completed.I would have given them FOUR STARS, but they charged me more than the minimum for work that could have been done in 30-45 minutes. The bill came to $240 for this simple, no fix, service call.UPDATEAfter reading my earlier three star review they responded by reducing the service charge based on the scope of work. As a result, I increased my review to four stars. I would use them again.

Many of our outlets in the garage were not working and all of the outlets outside went out and the doorbell. He installed a new outlet specifically for the refrigerator and solved all of our problems. What a relief! We couldnt be happier with this company.

It took a while for the parts to come in, but we dont blame them for that.Our electrician just left and I am one happy camper! They replaced our whole box with a new one with room to spare. He even trouble shooted our air conditioning unit saving us a $150 bill from HVAC!If you have an electrical issue I highly recommend the electric company!
