I was looking for an electrician to update three older homes panels and outlets. After many different companies, I thankfully found Enhanced Electrical. Wes was extremely professional and helpful through the estimation process and provided the most competitive price. The electricians who completed the work were friendly, professional, and did excellent work. Even the poor gentlemen who had to crawl around in the tiny creepy attic space did it with a smile!I will be using Enhanced Electrical exclusively moving forward.

Very professional, with excellent customer service. Got back to me quickly when I requested an estimate for a Level 2EV charger. The estimate appointment and the install appointments were doen in a timely fashion. the service guy (Joe) was personable and got the jobe done right. Very satisfied with their business.

We needed an electrician due to we thought that we had a problem in our garage. Wes showed up on time (even early if I remember correctly) and was just wonderful. Par for the course, what was wrong when i made the appointment was not wrong when he arrived. Personality was great, professionalism was awesome and he knew exactly what he was doing.I have worked in the service field and if I had my own company, He would be the kind of employee that I would want. He checked everything out and changed out the outlet we had issues with. It was week and getting warm. He also checked out a couple of other things us. Again Wes was awesome and we now have a new electrical company. GREAT job Wes. Thanks so very much.

As first time homeowners and not sure what to expect, my husband and I had great experiences with Jim and Joe. Jim came out and checked out an unusual find and gave us a candid solution. After asking for other opinions we went with EES and Joe was sent out and fixed the problem like Jim had said. He also looked at a couple other concerns and was efficient and direct. After reading some of these other reviews, I am looking forward to working with them on future projects.

When the job was finished they cleaned up and left the place in good order. Their work is excellent and I will definitely call them again whenever I have need of electricians.

I am very impressed with their level of service and professionalism!We had an electrical problem that caused a power outage to three of the units in our building. The electrician that we have used in the past could not help and for some reason did not want to give us any referrals (that latter part really annoyed me). That is when I took to Yelp... I found great reviews for this company, so I called them.Jim answered the phone. He said that even though he was booked, he would try and get a tech over there in the afternoon. Glen (the tech) showed up at the end of the day. He notified me that the problem was with the meeter side of the line and said I should call NV Energy. He gave me their number before we got off the phone.In the end all was resolved and the Enhanced Electrical Services has a new satisfied customer!

I first used EES to upgrade an outdated electrical system in Old SW Reno for a rental and was super impressed with the professionalism and just how nice they are! Years later they are still my go-to people for everything electrical. Wes has been the lead guy with our own electrical problem solving and updates at our house over the last couple years and its so nice to know they can be relied upon for consistently being: on-time, professional, nice, trusty, and a good memory to boot! See you for the next phase soon!

My wife and I have used Jim and his crew at Enhanced several times now. They have always done professional, quality, timely, fairly priced work. Recently we purchased a multi-unit investment property in Midtown Reno that was in need of a complete electrical upgrade. That is when we met Glenn. Glenn helped us make some important decisions with regard to electrical upgrades to our investment property and went above and beyond what we would have expected from an electrical contractor. Beyond that, he is really enjoyable to work with. Well be working with Ehanced again in the fall with another building. We would not consider contacting another electrical contractor for any needs we have in the future.

Our electrical panel was outdated and needed to be replaced, we called Enhanced and they gave us a great price on a new panel installation. They were professional, and their employees were friendly and knowledgable so we knew exactly who to call when we needed a new hot tub line installed. Two jobs well done, by a great company! Jim and Enhanced have done 3 jobs for me ranging from replacing industrial light bulbs and ballasts to installing shop fan and other electrical repairs. They are very easy to deal with and all work has been done quickly and correctly the first time. Highly recommend.

If your deciding to have some work done this is a great company....I had some more work done to my house and Glen came out on time and did a great job on installing what I needed. Awesome company

Would absolutely suggest these folks. I had a simple wiring issue that was just over my head. Wes came on time, well prepared and without making me feel like an idiot, explained how the wiring worked so that I could actually perform the installation on my own the next time. On top of that, he looked into another wiring question/issue that I had without charging extra for either. Actually, he provided a discount to their regular pricing.Wes was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable to the point that I wont likely need to contact them for the simple wiring, but will definitely be calling them for the work Ill need to have done in the future.

I contacted EnhancedElectrical through HomeAdvisor to install a security camera and associated wiring and new power feed. Their office returned my call promptly and the scheduled service was timely and expertly performed. They even applied 10% good faith discount for having to reschedule my appointment on short notice due to a complete power outage at another client. The technician, Dan, was knowledgeable and courteous. 5 stars, and my preferred vendor for any future electrical needs.

NV Energy shut off power to 3K customers Tuesday afternoon, due to a brush fire across Mt. Rose Hwy. I received several outage updates from NV Energy throughout the night. When I received a update that power had been restored, I was concerned, because we still didnt have any power, nearly 13 hours later. I checked the breaker box and saw that the main circuit breaker had been tripped off and would not switch on! After several attempts at pushing the switch on, I decided I needed to call an emergency electric service company, because I was worried about my refrigeration and freezer items. After calling 6 electric companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service, and also each having 5 stars, I was totally disappointed and frustrated, because 5 of the 6 were booked up, and the earliest anyone could service the breaker would be in a day or two! That is, until I reached Jessica at Enhanced Electrical Services! She listened to my situation and then put me on hold, only to come back on to say that someone would be able to come to my home at 12/noon, even though they too were booked. Jessica also asked me to please take a picture of breaker panel and email to her, for the electrician. Yeah! Wes showed up 30 minutes early and determined that main circuit breaker, installed 47 years ago, needed to be replaced! He got ahold of a wholesaler who happen to have the breaker needed! Then, he needed to get ahold of someone at NV Energy to turn off power, in order for him to replace breaker. Needless to say, after nearly 30 minutes of explaining and pleading with the paper pusher who he contacted, the soonest NV Energy could come out would be the next day, even though my power had been off for 20 hours now, and his foreman said it wasnt an emergency! Wes then left to pick up the breaker, and then called me to tell me someone from NV Energy would be at my home in 15 minutes, after he was able to contact his go to person! Woohoo! Wes returned and NV Energy arrived, and nearly 22 hours later, I had power, with everything running, including some well needed A/C! Wes and Jessica both deserve 5 stars for caring enough to help me out.

I have never had a service by any company as professional and responsive as I have gotten from WES and his team at EES. Just prior to my daughters backyard wedding we had multiple electrical issues. Wes diagnosed all the problems including a short in the pump in my pond. Wes called the local pond guy had him come to my house while Wes was there to ensure it wasnt an electrical issue. It in fact was an old pump that failed. Wes went above and beyond knowing the weeding was this upcoming weekend, he offered should anything not be working, you call me on my cell and I will run over directly and get it fixed. Again who does things like this? EES does. They will have my business and my support forever.

I had a some outlets go out in my garage - checked the breakers and they were all fine, couldnt figure out what had happened. I had Enhanced Electrical out - they were able to get me on the schedule in just a few days and when the tech came the outlets were working fine. We looked around for a while - he checked my breaker box - eventually he helped me figure out that the garage was for some reason tied into the GFCI in the master bath on the second floor of the house. It was a very pleasant experience and I was super grateful for his time. I expected to pay the 1 hour min, however, the office called me the next day to let me know that since it was such an easy fix they werent going to charge me for coming out! I let them know I was happy to pay it, but she said it wasnt necessary. It was a super nice gesture on what had been a pretty tough week - so all in all I would say I am super happy with them. Just got a quote to have them do some work in my house - they are very well priced and fair and super great to deal with. Id say give them a call before you call any of the other electricians in the area. (Some of whom still havent even called me back and its been two weeks)

My husband and I have used Enhanced Electrical Services on several remodel projects and can recommend them with any reservations. Jim and his staff show up on time, are respectful of our properties, are great at helping us problem solve and have helped out in a pinch more than once. Their prices are fair and they always help us find the most economical solution without scrimping on safety or quality. We work alot with Glen. He is knowledgeable, has a fun, positive personality and always goes the extra mile for us. We would not consider using another electrical company in this area.UPDATE: Just finishing another project. Again, so great to work with. Its great to have found this go to electrical company we can just call and rely on getting things done right, timely and fairly.
