KD Electric is made up of very friendly and fast working employees! We needed a connection for our RV as well as a conduit to the garage from the house before the new garage door could be installed. We called more than five other companies and they didnt have the time to fit us in until sometime in August. Damon said he could come out the next day, he did, he gave us a quote that night and scheduled the work for two work days later. They arrived at the agreed time and got right to the job. Damon, Mike and the rest of the guys were done with trench digging, electricity running, answering our questions and off to their next job after only 6 hours. This is a great company and we highly recommend KD Electric.

We needed a new circuit and electrical outlet installed. We were able to get an estimate within a week. The owner,Damon, arrived and completed the estimate quickly. He was very professional and sent the estimate to us that afternoon. Our install was scheduled a week later. RJ and Tanner arrived to complete the work. They were finished within an hour. They explained the process to us and kept us informed throughout They even cleaned up the small mess they made in the garage! They worked well as a team and have a great sense of humor. KD has always been a trusted Electrical company for me. I have worked with them on several occasions for various projects. Recently they came out to my house to do some service work. Mike and RJ were the technicians and great to work with. They diagnosed all of my concerns and corrected them same day. They charge hourly but worked hard the entire time, they had great work ethic. They even found a couple of items I didn’t know about and we decided to fix them up too. All of my ceiling fans, switches, and GFI’s are working correctly now. Now I realize how important it is to maintain your electrical system just like all things on your home.

Great services, fast, and reasonable pricing! The first time I called KD Electric was to help install some garage outlets. When they arrived they pointed out to me there was no way to get up to the attic to run wiring needed. They did not even charge me for the trip out. I then had an access panel cut into the ceiling to create the access for them. I then scheduled them to come back out and install the garage outlets and relocate our 2 AC unit panels (50 amp) so we could the units. They came out and were on-time and confirmed all the work with me before leaving. They worked around our other contractors as well. I was pleased with all the work from scheduling, install, invoicing, and price (which I think was a fair price). It took them ~4 hrs. to get the work done with 2 electricians. I would highly recommend them to anyone for high and low voltage needs!

They responded quickly, professionally, and with good care for what we were dealing with. Special shout out to Gloria, who was very accommodating despite the short notice.The crew that came to my home was once again professional, 2 of the 3 had been to my home for the previous electrical emergency and all were excellent guys.You have a good group of people over at KD and you should all be pretty damn proud of yourselves for your conduct and workmanship.Second edit 1 year later: June and again in July 2022We had a panel that the HOA controls got out on us. The owner came out and diagnosed the problem without charging us a dime.Also had them come out to install GFCI outlets and thermostats to bring my place up to code before selling. Once again these folks did excellent work and bent over backwards to stay within a quoted budget which they were $200 bucks under.Im moving to Florida soon and wish I could take these guys with me. Never had anything but excellent experiences with them.

Excellent job. Called for an estimate and Damon was out the next day and provided a reasonable estimate. Eric and crew showed up promptly and on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They took extra care to make sure to cover furniture and cleaned up the debris from installation of six canned lights. Voila, extra lighting and it was like they were never there. We are extremely happy with the work and wouldnt hesitate to recommend KD Electric to anyone who needs their services.

I needed a 240 VAC panel installed to accommodate a central air installation. Damon came out, no nonsense, quoted, and inked the appointment. All communications and texts were quickly answered and personal in tone. I felt from the initial meeting to completion, that dealing with Damon felt like dealing with an old friend. On the day of my appointment, the KD Electric professionals kept in touch before showing up, and when in the area called again with an ETA. Once on site, the job began with Damon walking his crew specifics about the job and his expectations in completing the job. Damon departed to go to another site. His crew jumped in and worked steady and methodically. When Damon returned, he did a comprehensive quality control inspection of the work up to that point, and jumped in help finish the job. When completed, the site was cleaned up, and the power panel, circuit breaker box closed and secured, and I was given a walk through of the the completed job aspects.Damon tested the system with me present and the job was done. KD Electrics is the company you want for your home power and electric needs. Thank you, Damon and crew. From initial contact to job completion, thanks for the outstanding job. They came out and gave me a free estimate to install an electric vehicle charger for my Nissan Leaf. The price was reasonable, and they even mentioned a special offer from Charge Point that I could take advantage of for earth day.Less than a week later, the whole thing was complete , professional, and they even cleaned up my panel. Great work, fast responses, and the prices were reasonable and inline with my expectations. I would hire again for my next project.

Damon, the owner, has been responsive, fair, and customer oriented. He and his crew performed the work in a timely fashion. They informed me of issues and asked me about my choices as the work progressed. They left as small a footprint as was reasonably possible, considering the construction obstacles left by the original (1987) construction crew. I will absolutely utilize KD again for a future project.I used this company again for ceiling fan install and bath exhaust fan install. Timeliness was somewhat lacking. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into a 4 day job because of the weekend. Original job was on Thursday and crew was to return on Friday about 9-10am after “small” job on Friday. No call no crew all day. Received call in afternoon that crew hit tied up on the “small” job from the morning. Crew would return Monday to finish. In meantime I had to live with mess, disarray and plastic sheeting in bathrooms. Was told crew would return at 10am on Monday. No crew once 10am arrived. Called office and was told crew would be here at 1230. I think the “small” job on Friday and whatever job they were working on Monday should have been postponed in order for my job to be completed. The fair approach would have been to delay the other jobs because they were scheduled AFTER my job. My job was delayed TWICE in favor of other jobs that were started after my job.

We gave KD electric an ambiguous job of “tripping circuit breakers” and they showed up a little late from another job, but in force with 3 guys who all knew what they were doing. RJ, Scott, Teo, and of course Damon were absolutely terrific! Damons wife who takes, and sets appointments is very professional and kind as well. They went above and beyond. I made 3 appointments with them. They showed up on time, or even earlier. I had to cancel the fist 2, even though they showed up right on time. Those 2 were MY mistakes, not theirs. The third appointment, they were right there again, on time, and super courteous as the previous times. Completely professional, very kind, excellent quality work and a good value. I would recommend them to anyone, who wants or needs ANY kind of electrical work done to their house.

We’ve worked with Damon and his crew with everything ranging from extensive electric panel repairs to repairing faulty wiring from the previous owner to installing recessed lightning.What I love about KD Electric is that the crew is filled with problem solvers. They are friendly and professional of course, but when they run into snags they don’t ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and walk away. They figure things out. They are going to be more expensive up front, but they will be far less expensive in the long run when their quality holds up. In the odd circumstance where you need their support on something they installed, they’re ultra quick to respond.Only critical feedback is that they don’t do any drywall repair work. But then again, they are specialized in exactly what we hired them to do, which is high quality electric work.
