    BrightLife Electric is awesome. I needed an Ethernet cable ran from my house main panel through the attic to my office and they did a great job. Andrew was on the job and he finished the job timely and left everything neat. He was very polite and respectful and explained everything before he started working to ensure we were both on the same page. They provided high quality cables (Cat6a). Overall I’m super happy and will use them in the future for any electrical and low voltage work.Also their prices were extremely fair compared to some of the quotes I received.

    The service was great except for the fact that the technician was several hours late. I called after an hour or two and they apologized and said the electrician had been delayed at his appointment before ours but as soon as he finished there he would come. If I hadnt called them to find out the cause of the delay (which, luckily, wasnt a problem for us), I dont know if we would have ever been contacted regarding the delay. Once the gentleman arrived, the work was done to our satisfaction and in a professional manner and at a fair price. Regardless of the little blip in their service, I would be very comfortable recommending them.

    Andrew did a great job troubleshooting and re-installing the light/fan in my master bedroom. Since it couldn’t be repaired he went to Home Depot and found something similar to replace it. He was on time, courteous, and kept things tidy. I’d hire him again if needed.

    Great service from office staff Bradley & Shannon and electricians Trevor and Jason too. Very reasonable prices. They were very helpful in arranging the schedule to work with mine. They were able to easily handle a difficult light installation that another electrician said he couldnt figure out how to do.

    I had a very positive experience with the crew at BrightLife Electric for my new electric water heater project. Since our solar roof installation, we have been moving several appliances off of natural gas and needed a new single-phase 240V/30A circuit in our garage. I described the project, measured the length of the run and sent a photo of our main panel so that I could receive an estimate which they were able to honor. They arrived on time and the installation took under three hours. They were able to ensure I was happy about the conduit placement as it ran from one side of the garage to the other and the location of the new box for the water heater. Very pleased with hiring them and plan to use them again for any future electrical projects.

    BrightLift is amazing! Im currently having some minor renovations done on our future home, including several items performed by BrightLife. These included adding multiple 240V circuits, 120V circuits, isolating some existing plugs into their own dedicated circuit, coordinating with some flooring people to do heated floors, and installing an energy meter in the main breaker panel. In every case BrightLife did excellent work, including the coordination and specing out of the heated floor thermostats.BrightLife consistently showed up on time, made accommodations based on the work other contractors were doing, and generally impressed me with the quality of their work and their level of customer service. I have now used them multiple times, and will definitely use them in the future if I think of additional changes I want done.

    So I needed a professional to install my Universal Tesla charger inside my garage same day. I asked for a quote for work the same day because I was leaving out of town. My home is newly built and had all the pre wiring for a EV charger installed. I know I only need the exterior connection EV box connected. Which should only take an hour. I sent out a quote request for the job 7:30am on yelp. They responded back by 8:am. This what they said via text.Hi good morning Perto, thank you for reaching out. We actually do have someone available today and we would charge $250 for the installation because we do need to check the current wiring to make sure the right wire gauge was installed, if we have to change the breaker to be a 60 for a Tesla then we would charge an additional $50So I decided to go with them. Schedule 10:00am -12:00pm install. Shaun the electrician was very friendly and informative. Got the work done on time in an hour he save me $50 by switching out my breaker and doing an even exchange on the breaker.He also helped me out with questions I asked him about electrical wiring about installing light fans in the home that I was installing that same day helped clarify things.Overall I rate BrightLife Electric NV5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and will definitely use them for future electrical work!!!!🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

    BRIGHTLIFE was THE BEST! Not only did they STILL show up during the bad weather but they were timely, professional, kind, and knowledgeable! They installed my new fireplace insert and moved the things that needed to be moved, covered up all wires AND they did it all for about $1500 LESS than my first estimate. I will DEFINITELY use BrightLife again! Andrew and William were both AMAZING!!Please note, they are NOT responsible for the shelf, the one I have is not gonna work and we have another plan in the works, will edit this review and repost once we are done…..it is NOT their fault as they did inform me that they don’t do shelving…..I am COMPLETELY satisfied with their portion of this project!

We scheduled the install day and the person she assigned to do the work (William) was equally great to work with and clearly a professional.     We recently moved into a beautiful but dated home in need of a lot of love. One of the issues was that there is no exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Enter BrightLife Electric. They were among the first to reply and gave a reasonable estimate.After scheduling I received a confirmation text (a very nice touch). The day-of, I also received a confirmation email that William was on his way (very much appreciated). When William arrived for the job (right on time) he inspected the location.Now, its important to understand that while the house is beautiful, the architecture made the installation very difficult. The ceilings in the master bathroom are massive and theres slopes and contours throughout the house that make it a nightmare to do any work within the attic.In spite of this, William thoughtfully walked through the scope of work with me, weighing options, and he and his assistant kept looking until they found a solution.Solution achieved, they did they got right to and completed a very difficult installation in just over two hours. I tried to give them a tip for all the extra effort the job required but William politely declined, too professional to accept more than the hourly rate that had been quoted.Because of all the other work that needs to be done I had a million questions for William, and he politely answered each one, taking extra time to go through how my house was wired and what options and price ranges would be.This turned out to be a good investment because I will DEFINITELY be making use of their services soon!3/14/2023 edit: BLE came out for additional services, including installing in-wall wiring for a television, adding a new outlet and swapping out an existing outlet. Bob was polite, friendly, and very fast. Great work as always!4/11/2024 edit: BLE hung a vintage chandelier, swapped out a vent fan in our laundry room for one with a light, and installed an electrical outlet with USB power, all within 2 hours. Eric and team were friendly and helpful and needed little more than to be pointed in the right direction to take care of everything!

    This is the only electrical company that we will use in this area. Their work speaks for itself but far more importantly their electricians are the nicest tradesmen we have ever met bar none. These guys will go out of the way to make sure everything is perfect before they roll up. I wont even speak to another company, period.Update: Found one little issue when the drywall guys were patching. Called Brightlite and within an hour Sam was at my house. Took care of the issue had a good laugh with me and was down the road in less than 20 minutes. You get far more than you pay for with this company.

Problem is, when I tried to flip it back to the “ON” position, it wouldn’t stay ON and just reverted back to the tripped position.     I called BrightLife to get an electrician to look at the systems of a house we are contracted to buy and to get a bid for the work needed.     I needed electricity brought into my shed from a junction box then various outlets, a overhead light, and a switch installed. He also installed a gfci outlet in one bathroom and a dimmer switch in the studio.     Stellar service and communication!Will and Shannon are top notch. Will did a thorough electrical inspection of our old 1920s home. We had our own list of desired repairs as well, which were addressed by Bob and his apprentice at a later date. Shannon was a terrific resource and fantastic communicator/coordinator. She was very quick to respond and address all of our questions and scheduling needs. Upon request, she also provided me some referrals for other trades people.They were even able to arrange to have an old satellite dish removed from the roof, as one of their workers had previously done that kind of work and had the capability. This company consists of straight up kind-hearted people, so we are happy to always give them our business.     I don’t review often, but I was really happy with this experience. Brightlife ran 230 for our spa, and converted the spa from 110v. For a really small business, how they operate is super professional. You get automated emails and texts for quotes, approvals, and to confirm appointments. Shannon who handles the operations was super responsive and helpful. You also get a text when the technician is on the way to their appointment, so your not left wondering anything. William seemed like a super nice relatable guy, and honest. He used his knowledge and changed plans to make the project better, with approval of course. He took the time to think everything through on the initial visit. Everything worked out great and looks super clean.
