I had an outstanding experience with Tripped Electric and highly recommend their team for HVAC and electrical work! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations.Ryan, the technician, was fantastic! He quickly identified that we already had an existing duct channel that could be used, and he was completely fair and transparent about the ease of the solution and the price. He worked skillfully in a tight space, arranging the fan, exhaust pipes, and power to set up everything safely and efficiently.Ryan also took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. I feel like I understand so much more about the entire system now, which really gave me confidence in the work being done.Tyler was equally impressive, responding to my inquiry in less than 12 hours and having Ryan on-site the same day for an estimate. I hadnt heard of Tripped, but honestly, that was one of the things that made me choose them. Smaller team, that really seems to give a sh*t about customer service, and what they do.D came into my home and we talked for a while. About my situation, and what I had envisioned for my newly acquired home. I had done some demo of my own, and D didnt judge, or condemn.He got to work.He fixed what I had broken, and made better what I didnt truly understand. But, he explained what didnt understand, and offered possible improvements.Upselling is a part of the deal with most industries, and D did too. But, he emphasized what was important, and what was truly optional. I chose a couple things that D suggested, but rejected a few as well. He didnt push, or even approached overbearing. I appreciate that.To say that I would recommend Tripped Electric would be an understatement. I would go with them again, to be sure.

Had a great experience! Faith in the office was extremely helpful with getting the ball rolling on our project. Diarmuid came out to clean up our panel, re-label and install a 50amp transfer switch. He was very knowledgeable, honest and trusting. I would highly recommend tripped electric. Jacob, Diarmuid and faith are all awesome and don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. I trust this company and definitely will be back for future projects.

Tripped Electric did a fantastic job on our home remodel in Bellevue, WA! They upgraded our electrical systems, re-configured our kitchen and bathrooms and installed new LED lighting. They are very responsive to requests and communications and great to work with.

Working with Tripped Electric was fantastic! So easy and quick with responding. They came highly recommended by an acquaintance. After doing our research and contacting multiple companies for quotes to install our EV charger in our garage we ended up moving forward with Tripped Electric. They are easy to work with and reasonably priced. They aren’t out to over charge you like a lot of the other companies we dealt with. We were able to schedule our install within a week. Jacob came out to install our EV charger. He was personable, reliable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend using Tripped Electric!

Jacob at Tripped Electric is the best! We had the team out to troubleshoot a tripped circuit that had been looked at twice by another company without success and the problem was solved in 40 minutes. Tripped Electric has also done our whole panel upgrade and a handful of other wiring projects which all went smoothly. Jacob is my hands-down recommendation for any electrical needs, particularly troubleshooting.

I went with installing a NEMA 14-50 vice hard wiring and When you need it done fast and done right Tripped Electric came through. Their Tech Dee came and explained the whole process from start to finish and it was flawless victory. Will highly recommend them to any other EV Owner who needs there charger installed.

These are great humans!I was driving on Smokey Pt. Blvd on 1/17/24, S. bound, stopped at a light. A car across the street was having mechanical problems.Tripped Electric to the rescue (saw the company sign on car).No cape, no giant S on his shirt, just a kind individual. He jumped out of his car, ran across the intersection, and helped his fellow man.Can we please have more of that in this world?Thanks Tripped Electric for being a great neighbor and community member.
