Service Requested : Electrical panel replacement, dryer circuit, bedroom circuit & quad outlet.The crew were early, dedicated and doggedly determined.Day one was a the long pole, the panel replacement. They didnt stop until they were done.Went to sleep in a warm bed that very night.Next day they returned to wrap-up the dryer & bedroom circuits.They were thorough. They did the best effort and took no shortcuts.And the quote was much lower than every other (I obtained 7).Completely and happily recommend them.

Snohomish Valley Electric just finished installing our heat pump yesterday. It was 90 degrees and we loved it right away! I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Jamen was the person who came over to tell us about their services and how the job would work. We decided and picked their company based on the way he went about the initial job description and the fair pricing. He went over where the unit would be placed and the inside units with us to make sure we liked where they would be. He was in constant contact with us before, during and after the job to ensure things were running smoothly and that we were happy.Each person that came over to work, the installer Scott and the Electricians were the most courteous workers we have ever met. They were so careful to take off their shoes and cover each area carefully, After they left, the first night and then when they finished the job, we would never have known they were there, because they cleaned up beautifully. Jamen came back the next day to make sure we knew how to use the remotes that came with the units and to make sure we were happy. I have hired a lot of contractors and workers over the years, but this was the best experience I have ever had with any company. I would highly recommend them for any job, doing heat pumps, or any electrical work needed. I give them the highest possible rating and am exceptionally happy with the entire job and experience. Thank you to Snohomish Valley Electric and AC, for making this wonderful for us. Now we have a friends and family discount for any electrical needs for our future work and we certainly will be calling them on any future work needed. Thank you for everything!

In July this year a part in our heat pump system needed to be replaced but the company who originally installed the system is no longer in business. Wanting to stay local, I contacted Snohomish Valley Electric Heating & AC. Technician Matt did a super job replacing the part and adjusting the system. We are very happy with the result. The system has worked better cooling and heating than it ever did before. Thanks, Matt for a great job well done!

We had a great experience with these folks. Mike came to Seattle, was on time, super friendly and professional and gave us a quote. They came a week or so later and did an excellent job. Very clean, on time, etc. Would recommend them 100% and will definitely use them in the future.

Great response, great price, great work. I had them install a NEMA 14-50 Outlet to charge an electric car. Involved rearranging the circuit breaker and installing the wiring outside. Everything was done at the price quoted, in the time estimated, and to our specifications.

We needed an outlet replaced for a gas range because the old one was electric. Jason was awesome, courteous, and a great person to talk to. He also finished early so he used that extra time to helped us move the ranges around. Great experience.

I called Snohomish Valley Electric & Heat for an estimate to install a ductless mini-split in our bonus room above garage. Jamen, project manager, was out the next day and emailed a bid for the job immediately. The estimate was very reasonable and the one day job was scheduled for the next week. Jamen was very professional and provided us with good information. The installers were on time, courteous, neat, and professional. Hats off to Snohomish Valley. I rate them 5 stars and would recommend and use them again. Thanks to the entire staff at Sno-Valley. Brittany, Tracy, Jada and all... are so polite.

Snohomish Valley did an excellent job from the quotation that Jamen did to the 2 electricians they sent out to the 2 installers. I am very pleased with their work, the quality of the unit they provide and the value. I went out for 3 bids that they were the best value.
