Jack was great. I had him last year and so glad it was him back servicing my units. He is professional and really chill. I had a dog in my house and he was great with her. He also educated me on how I can help myself through out the year to make sure my unit gets the best performance. He would never suggest something you dont need. He suggested a deep clean and I didnt know that was a thing until he told me about it. That was the best thing I ever did for my units. Evergreen State is very lucky to have him as their employee. I used Evergreen State to replace my electrical panel in my home. Christian the electrician did a phenomenal job throughout the whole project. He went above and beyond, taking his time to ensure no drywall repairs would be needed after the install and label every circuit with a label maker. The final panel wiring was immaculately tidy - so much so that the inspector told me to compliment the electrician on the fantastic job!

I conducted a thorough search for an HVAC company to install ductless mini-split AC units in 3 bedrooms. I received 6 bids from highly rated companies. I chose Evergreen Eastside due to the knowledgeable estimator, his specific solution, install proposal and good value. The installation went smoothly, 3 days, 2-4 workers per day. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. So far, all units are working as advertised and we are very happy. My only area of improvement would be for the workers to be a bit more aware of the dirt they track in and lay down carpet coverings. This is a good company to work with.

After I had a mini-split heat pump system installed, Christian Hammond said that they also do other electrical work. Their work was inspected by the City of Bellevue and the electrical permit was signed off by the inspector. No problems.I contacted Evergreen State Electrical Services after purchasing light fixtures and other materials. He gladly adjusted the brightness of several fixtures. You dont realize the difference between Soft White and Warm White in the store when you are deciding which fixture to purchase. Made a difference in my kitchen and living room.He is very experienced electrician and was educating his co-worker. It gives you confidence in the installation. I am happy with his work and will enjoy my home even more.

When I first called she reached out to one of the techs and called me back to help troubleshoot the problem. I called back later and like I mentioned above she was able to get me on the schedule. Thank you Christian for fixing our electrical issues! We previously used another electrician to install an EV charger, but the work was sloppy and we began experiencing electrical issues throughout the house. We brought on Evergreen to troubleshoot our electric woes, and they were able to identify and fix the issue, and even helped re-route some wiring to make the installation much more seamless. We wish we hired Evergreen from the get-go! Couldn’t thank you enough!!

Evergreen State Electrical replaced and upgraded our panel and rewired our kitchen for a remodel. It required running new circuits and re-wiring some other circuits. They also fixed an issue in a circuit in our basement. They were highly professional, followed through on everything as planned, devised great solutions to some of our difficult issues, and delivered high quality work. I also want to call attention to Christians work, he was very attentive to many details in our kitchen and made great suggestions, he earned our trust and was a highlight of the project.

Christian provided expert electrical system installation and modification for my gas to heat pump furnace conversion installation. Christian was on time, friendly, and willing to engage on all my questions. The switch panel modifications, wiring runs, outlet installs and continuity checks were all perfect. He worked in sync with the heat pump install team. We talked through and agreed on my preferences on wiring runs and wall penetrations. Permit inspector completely approved the work. Christian and Evergreen State Electric were an absolute pleasure to work with.

I upgraded my HVAC system from electric resistance to a heat pump. I looked for superlative installation and certainly found that with Evergreen State. From the very start Blaine answered all of my excessive technology questions and designed a robust system to meet my requirements. I wanted to move the air handler from the crawl space to an interior closet and Cliff and Rich quickly determined that they could make that happen! Within a week, Evergreen State was back for the installation. Everyone was on time, courteous, and professional. I kept myself out of the way except a few moments where I just had to ask some questions. Dom received the first barrage of installation day questions, and he responded clearly, in a manner that seemed effortless, and was openly welcoming – made me feel great all the way around! As the installation progressed, I observed consistent attention to detail and quality. About half way through the install they asked me about preferred placement for something. I shared my admiration for the excellence of their work and my response was simply, “I trust you and empower you to just do the right thing.” Rich then talked of “craftsmanship”, the importance of his personal brand, and the Evergreen State brand. Dom supported with similar. Wow, I was/am so very impressed. Skipping ahead to the end result… the system is wonderful, the house is uniformly warm, the air quality is fantastic, and it is blissfully quiet. Of course, I crawled the crawl space and inspected all of the work (duct, electrical, pipe/tubing runs, etc.) and it is outstanding, and everything was left clean and neat! Jacob did a great job. The ac seemed to be struggling with keeping cool during the high temperatures. We have been hosting much so called Evergreen to come out. We were blessed. Within 1 working day out to check . Embarrassed to say Jacob opened it up. Excessive filter dirt. Had not been changed for a year. Stupid..she did—he did. Guarantee won’t happen again! Thank you!

A little bit Evergreens fault, but largely the power companys fault. Evergreen did find a way to get my heat pump set up and running while I wait for my electrical panel issues to be sorted out.

We hired these folks to install AC / heat pump and they just finished up today. Seattle continues to get hotter and we are thrilled to finally be able to cool the inside of our house.The entire process, including initial consult with Jason, scheduling with Christine, electrical install with Richard and Cody, and heat pump install with Rich and Abel was super super smooth. From start to finish, it only took roughly three weeks. We couldn’t believe how fast they got everything done, and everything works perfectly. They were all friendly, professional, prompt, and just plain delightful. For the actual heat pump install, Rich and Abel did a fantastic job, going as far as sweeping up our entire garage when they were done, and doing a thorough maintenance, care, and equipment usage walkthrough before taking off.
