April kept me informed about schedule, process, and expectations every single step of the way. Robbie is extremely knowledgeable and practical - he helped me understand what repairs were needed without trying to upsell me on things that were not needed for my project. It was an extensive and complicated abatement and repair, and would have been very stressful without Patriots thorough and capable project management. I cannot sing my praises loud enough for Patriot Crawl Space Repairs. There needed to be extensive work done in the crawl space of my home. They needed to: replace dry rotted sections of beams, floor joists, sill plates on the back, side and front of the foundation walls, cap band-boards, replace the moisture barrier, re-hang duct work, install a new access door, install gutter downspout extensions and replace crawl space vents. They also treated the crawl space for termites.During this entire process April and Robbie were very thorough in their explanation of what needed to be done and why. Also, how to take care of the area to make sure no future damage was done. They did the work and sent before and after pictures with a very detailed explanation. I am so pleased and relieved knowing I picked the right company for this massive job.I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.Thank you again, April and Robbie!

My mother’s house had moisture and termite damage to the wood beams in the crawlspace. In order to sell the house this Damage had to be repaired. Patriot crawlspace came in and did an absolutely incredible job with some pretty complicated repair work. The people in the office were extremely kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make the house ready for sale. If I had a reason to use another service such as what they provide, I would not hesitate one second calling them to do the work.
