Landsby Electric is quality. Nate is super responsive and professional. He works to give the best and most thoughtful solutions to any problem. As a designer, you are only as good as your contractors and subs. I have recommended Nate to several clients, including remodels, retrofits, and new construction. When Nate is on one of my projects, I am never worried and I know my clients are in capable hands. His communication is clear and concise; he is super knowledgeable and always presents well-informed solutions. He is also just a great person, and is nice to have around your home! I would recommend him to anyone!

I attempted to do a swap of a ceiling fan on my own. When I didn’t succeed I reached out to Landsby Electric. Even though Nathan (Owner) was taking a vacation, he found the time to communicate with me and let me know to expect a delay. Once he returned, we got in contact and he reached out the moment he had a window of availability. Nathan was very professional in his appearance and communication. As he began looking into the issue with my ceiling fan install he quickly discovered that the wiring in the light switches was completely done wrong by a previous individual and was causing the ceiling fan to not get the power it needed. He took the time to correct the wiring and was able to walk me through what he was doing and how he fixed it. I was very pleased with Nathan and how he helped with my electrical issue. He was also very friendly while in my home and I would not hesitate to use his professional services again if needed.
