    Great service. Called on a Thursday night for my moms fridge that went out, they were there on Friday. Very friendly and quick to respond. I had gone thru Yelp to find them and it was super easy to contact them.

    We came home from vacation to see sparks flying when we turned on our garage lights. Central One was awesome! They came to our home the next day, were able to locate the issue quickly and took care of it. Timely, professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Central One!

    Central One: Service on a GE refrigerator, fridge portion had quit cooling, freezer was still working.Initial visit was punctual, diagnosis was that the evaporator fan motor had quit working. Delivery of part was better and quicker than I expected and the return visit to install the part went perfect. The price was reasonable, fridge is now working like a new one. I thought that I was probably facing buying a new refrigerator. Really didnt know what to expect because I am new in the area, but you can bet, I will absolutely call them the next time I have a problem.

    I woke up one morning to water leaking from my refrigerator. I called Central One Service and they came that morning. After checking the refrigerator over very carefully and asking me some questions, the service tech informed me that the freezer door had not closed fully and that it needed no servicing. He could have fixed any number of things & I wouldnt have known the difference. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity.

    My washing machine wasn’t draining so I called Central One Service. They sent out a technician, he came out, performed a diagnostic test and found the issue. I needed a new drain pump. Central Services ordered the part, and sent a technician to install it. The prices were very reasonable. I will be using them again.

    I highly recommend Central One. The technician (Matthew) called beforehand and arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was both friendly and professional. After assessing the issues, Matthew advised it was necessary to order a part to repair my refrigerator. He then returned promptly on the date and time scheduled and installed the new part. I purposely waited approximately two weeks to submit a review. I am happy to report that I could not be more pleased! Thanks to Central One and Matthew, my refrigerator has continued to run and cool as well (or better) than it did when I initially purchased it several years ago. I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism of Central One! I will definitely call them for any service/repair needs in the future!

    Refrigerator died so I called Central One Service and they had someone out in a couple hours. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The fridge was one in garage but had never had any problems with it. It was over 35 years old and just “died”. He was honest enough to tell me it wasn’t worth repairing.I appreciate a truthful person. Will use them again if I ever have any problems with any appliances.

He called in the morning and again when he was on his way and arrived masked and businesslike. When he left, the dryer was working again and all the dust and socks had been swept out from behind the dryer. It was a perfect call. That was several weeks ago and everything still works fine.
