I recently had the pleasure of using Als Plumbing for installing a new hot water heater, and I could not be more satisfied with them. Mike was both professional and responsive. They scheduled an appointment promptly and arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable and efficient. The quality of work was exceptional, and he left the work are clean and tidy. I was in a pinch as my hot water heater was throwing only cold water! Mike and his dad were able to provide same day service! Not only was the price right, the service was excellent. I called them 7:30 in the morning on a Friday and by 4pm heater was installed, area was clean and the job was done correctly! Meant to write this a while ago, but about 3 month ago, we needed our dishwasher and new sink hooked up, so Mike and Mike came and installed it. The old water line was leaking and no one had a spare one so they came back a different day to replace the water line and charge an extra visit, which we didnt expect, but since they were nice and got the job done well in the end, im not going to complain too much and give the service its full 5 stars

Love these guys. Picked up immediately when I called to make an appointment, had me on the schedule right away. Came on time and knew exactly the issue. Even let me watch the repair so I could just learn how stuff works. I love finding a group that doesn’t mind the small odd jobs (although he does the big stuff too). Price was in line with expectations. Looking forward to calling them again when another issue pops up. Glad to have them in my corner.

Had a seriously bad leak from my bathroom upstairs to below kitchen. Mike and team ensured that it was taken care the right way. Gutted out the bathtub & drain, replaced with new fixtures. ALS PLUMBING IS GREAT! Had Scgc come out for gas leak he found 4! Called Al he was there in record time to check it out. HE had his son Mike and employee Lief come that afternoon only to find I had 6 leaks!! Mike and Lief were very explanatory and thorough ! The job took a day and a half but all is well. They even waited for the gas co to come back to give the ok. They were friendly and concerned to get us back up and running. A true pleasure to be around. I think what surprised me the most was that Mike called the next day to make sure everything was ok. NOT only that Al called too ! Wanted to make sure everything was ok also. I CANT RECOMMEND ALS PLUMBING AND HEATING enough! If you need work done in a timely and efficient manner THESE ARE YOUR GUYS!!! Call ALS PLUMBING AND HEATING !!!! I KNOW I WILL.

My water heater started dumping water into my basement and within an hour of calling, Mike and his team were on site within an hour of calling.After diagnosing the issue, they were able to provide me upfront and transparent pricing which made me very comfortable. They were also able to get the new water heater installed within 2 hours of arriving at my house. Their pricing was competitive with others in the area, but their ability to act quickly and not take advantage of my bad situation put me at ease.While here, Mike also helped me identify another plumbing issue that he is also fixing for me.I recommend them to anyone who will listen and will continue to use them with the highest level of confidence.

Had a clogged toilet. Called a big chain plumbing service who came out and quoted us a huge number and couldnt guarantee repair. Called Als. He called us back and said hed be by as soon as possible (he was eating lunch). Within an hour if calling, he was at our house. Took care of clogged toilet and fixed another issue with water in our toilet and now it works better than ever. Final price was 1/3 of what the big chain quoted us. Would highly recommend- friendly, knowledgeable, personable. Will definitely use Al and recommend to others.

We had been having some trouble with our water heater - it was installed in November 2020 so it wasn’t very old - it was not installed by Al’s. It had been circling the drain for a while - bad smell, soot. We called Al’s and they were very responsive. The owner and his son came out. Explained what was wrong and what they would need to do: they would have to replace the burner and the water heater. They were polite and professional. They cleaned up behind themselves. We would not only use them again but we would recommend them to others.

Al and his son Mike were amazing! They are very polite and respectful people. They listened to our problem. They had to replace the ejector pump (in our downstairs bathroom) that connects to the sink, shower and toilet. They gave us a reasonable estimate and left to go get a new pump. They immediately came right back to the house and fixed it within an hour. They realized our toilet was ruining constant and they made time to replace the insides as well. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Al’s Plumbing is the only service we will ever use. We had a leak in our basement that was so random and made no sense, no matter how we tried to pinpoint the problem. We hired 2 different company’s, after being here for many hours with astronomical prices no one could figure it out. Finally we called Al’s plumbing and they figured it out within a few hours, it was the refrigerator line! They repaired everything and looks like new. Last night our kitchen sinks drain broke.I called first thing the next morning before 8:00 am and Mike from Als Plumbing came out around 9: 30 am. Mike and his coworker fixed the drain. Als plumbing is WONDERFUL! At 11:00 pm I came home and saw my basement flooded with water from my hot water heater. I called several plumbers listed on the internet, but only Al responded to my call. On the phone he described how to turn off the water heater and how to turn the valves. I texted pictures of the water heater and he guided me through the things I had to do to correct the situation.I will recommend him to everyone I know. I was very anxious and worried but he was very patient and kind.

Let me start by saying if you want a CHEAP job, maybe look elsewhere, but if you want the job done RIGHT, keep reading!I had an emergency toilet leak on the 2nd floor which necessitated a floor replacement, as well as a patch of the ceiling on the first floor below. Mike came out and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my initial call. Final price came in about 15% above, which I considered to be within reason due to the extent of the work. The workers had my bathroom up and ready to go the very next day, and kitchen ceiling repairs done soon after. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding proper care of my new flooring, and went above and beyond making sure other areas of my home were kept free from construction debris, mold, etc. The quality of the work is absolutely second to none, I truly couldnt be happier. Als will be the first call I make for ANY future home repairs or remodeling.
