    The plumber Terry was great kind and informative.I was disappointed that the company charged me a diagnosis fee when I because they are suppose to be experienced plumbers, also not happy I was charged tax even though I paid cash, they honored a 20% discount but added the tax and diagnosis fee and the 20% went out the window.

    Very quick response to call about no heat, came out same day. 1 hour and my heat was running. The technician was polite and knowledgeable and also educated me on my heating system including energy saving tips. He did not leave until he ensured that my heat was running for a good period of time.

    We’ve been members with the company for a few years. They are very honest, and have made us a priority on many occasions. We used them in our previous home and current. Very knowledgeable, and we trust them. We never have a worry with our heating and cooling systems because we know they are meticulously maintained by 1-800-plumber. They show up almost immediately when we call for service, and go out of their way to make sure our systems are up and running. We highly recommend this company, and the prices for the work they do are the best around.

    We are long-time customers and have an annual maintenance contract with 1 800 Plumber + Air. They maintain and repair the systems in our house and garage apartment. They are the best plumbers and HVAC professionals we’ve ever used. Their annual contract is a fantastic value. They come twice a year to change filters, clean coils and check system. One example: We lost hot water today in the apartment and our regular tech, Andy, was here quickly, diagnosed the problem, went to get parts and did repair—all in one afternoon. Can’t thank 1 800 Plumber enough for making the extra effort to get our system back on line.

    Terry, John and Andy installed a new oil furnace and water heater, replacing my 30+ year old equipment. They did a fabulous job, paid extra attention to detail and consulted with me every step of the way. This is the second major install Ive had with this team and I would use them again in a heartbeat! Mary-Ann also made this process seamless for me!

    Don’t hesitate calling 1800plumbers. These guys are the best of the best. Especially Terry and John. They both did an amazing job and took their time to explain things to me.     AMAZING - These guys are the Ritz Carlton of HVAC in terms of superlative customer service. I first learned about JPs on Google where I read other highly positive reviews. Being an avid Yelp reviewer and having just read an article on fake Amazon reviews, I am always a little cynical about reviews and their honesty. I have to say from my first conversation with Christina in dispatch I knew this was a company that truly put the customer first. I made an appointment (last minute) to have our HVAC attended to. The appointment was for 3 pm. Just before 1 pm Andy calls and says he can come right away. I was elated. Andy meticulously reviewed, analyzed and cured our problem, explained everything he did and took detailed pictures of every part, every issue so we had full documentation. WHO DOES THAT? Andy was courteous, kind, honest and highly detailed in his approach. We have scheduled a follow-up with John to review a full replacement of our HVAC system largely because Andy was such an amazing ambassador of the JP brand. We have a 24 year old system which needs a lot of love. We were astounded and delighted at JPs Plumbing did for us. They are awesome.

    Jimmy has solved a number of plumbing problems for me over the past four years, so when it was time to do bathroom renovations, he (JP Plumbing) was the obvious choice. He comes when he says he will come (barring weather emergency-related events), is totally trustworthy, competent and thorough. He always leaves the work sight cleaner than when he came. He is also relaxed and easy to talk with. Its been great working with him.

    JPs came out to my home and fixed my no working furnace. He was very thorough and got the job done. He spent a good amount of time cleaning the unit which has not been properly cleaned by a prior company. The unit never ran as good before JP came out. You get what you pay for and if you want it done right, contact JPs. Hes very experienced and does the job right.
