    Air and water solutions is assigned to us by our home warranty company. Daisha fit me in earlier than scheduled because our AC wasn’t working in a heat wave. Daisha was extremely professional when I spoke to her on the phone and assured me a tech would be out the next morning. The tech (Victor) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair on the spot. He was professional and thorough. A&WS really came through and I am very appreciative that they were able to complete the job in a timely manner.

    I had the best possible experience with Air and water Solutions. Tony was the tech assigned to my job, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He made sure I understood what was needed ( during this visit and possible future needs) as well as keep me abreast to what he was doing- Tony even showed me the dirty broken parts he removed. As a single female homeowner, I truly appreciated the genuine helpfulness shown to me by Tony. I would defiantly recommend and connect Air and Water Solution for my heating and air condition needs in the future.

    We had a persistent issue with a malfunctioning air handler. After athird re-call in three weeks, the home warranty company dispatched Air and Water Solutions, of Shelton, CT, to make the repair that two other local HVAC were unable to fix, one even made the problem worse. Jim Hamel, the owner, quickly diagnosed the issue, then made the repair. While working on the unit, Jim was nice enough to tell me what was wrong and what he was doing to repair it. He also showed me some additional maintenance I could do to keep the aged unit running better. They will be my first choice going forward.

    Jim is great! We connected with his company through our home security company. My AC was not working and despite being a holiday, he showed up on July 4th! First, he took the time to explain and walk us through the process. Second, he quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. Third, he checked our second unit to make sure all was fine. Importantly, the problem was previously diagnosed by another company but they were asking twice the price that Jim gave us (installation included). Throughout the process we communicated seamlessly through text. Will continue working with them from now on! Thanks Jim!

    I have to admit, from the other reviews of this company, I want skeptical. I even asked my Home warranty company to change the contractor so that I would not have to deal with this company for our AC repair, just based on the poor reviews I read online. When I got in touch with the company to schedule my appointment, I spoke with Jose, who was very kind and got me scheduled at the earliest convenience. I asked for a phone call 30 minutes before the technician arrived, and he called 35 minutes before to give me a heads up. When Tony (the technician) arrived, he was efficient, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. My husband and I were very pleased with every aspect of dealing with this company. If we have to do business with them again, we would be very happy and would also recommend them to anyone!

    Jim is the best! I highly recommend Air & Water Solutions. They did an excellent job installing my HVAC in our new build home. Very neat job and very professional. The price is reasonable and we are very happy with the work completed.

    Third time with Air & Water Solutions , LLC. Jim was on time, friendly and did a fantastic job. All-3- times they provided excellent service. Talking with Jose was also a pleasure. He listened and answered all my questions. He scheduled the service call around my work schedule which I appreciate. Owner and employees all very respectful and knowledgeable.Also in November - they installed a new hot water heater.John did a fantastic job. Friendly, neat .....you would never know that he was here. They always a show great respect for your home.They just installed a new furnace on 10/28/2023. The crew was neat, on time, friendly and did a perfect job. They answered all my questions. I will only use this company. They are competent, customer friendly, reliable and extremely neat.     Jim quickly and seamlessly repaired our Trane air conditioning unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and has integrity. Previously, his company repaired our heating system as well-seamlessly. We would definitely recommend this company.

    We contacted our home warranty company and they assigned Air and Water Solutions to help us with our issues.Tony came out, paid attention to the issues that we were experiencing and then went over to the basement to look into what was causing it. He literally took no more than 10-15 minutes to figure out what was causing the problem. Another 15 minutes later and we resolved the heating issues in a portion of the house that we had been living with for months now. He helped educate me and answered my questions. Would highly recommend the company.

    Admittedly, I am completely stunned by these negative reviews. My experience has been the absolute opposite, so much that I actually checked the business address to make sure it was the same company! Our A/C went out and Air & Water Solutions were assigned to us through American Home Shield. From the first call from Jose to schedule our appointment (within 3 hours of my service call being made) to the confirmation call day of the appointment, the Joses customer service was impeccable! Tony arrived on time and with a 15 minute to arrival courtesy call, and he was an absolute professional and so very pleasant! Not only did he diagnosis the issue (frozen unit), he walked me through our systems to ensure we knew what was going on. The units had to defrost, then they would be back to add Freon. Tony walked through what our share of the Freon cost would be so we would not be surprised. He clearly articulated this on the work order for the next technician so there would be no confusion. Nice!!! Like clockwork, Jose called to schedule f/u visit. Again, exceptional customer service. Julius arrived today to (super professional, extremely nice and again with a 15 minute arrival notification call). He checked to ensure all lines were thawed and again walked through the out of pocket cost to ensure we were comfortable. He filled up the unit with Freon containing dye and leak filler. Julius explained it would either seal any of the small leaks leading to the need for Freon, or the dye would show were the leaks were if they needed repair. Again, NICE! I will not hesitate to use Air and Water Solutions, and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!

    The care and concern for customer satisfaction is readily apparent working this team. Tony went above and beyond to make sure not only that our heat was fixed, but that our wiring was corrected and we wouldn’t need to call back in the spring to get our A/C working as well.

    My boiler broke in the middle of below freezing temperatures. They responded quickly and came out the same day to resolve the issue and get my heat back on. I will be using them again if any other issues come up.

    Had a gas furnace installed, it took a while because of american home shield wouldnt wouldnt pay for the installation unless so many criteria were met they fulfilled the contract and Im happy. It just took long for the insurance company to respond to this situation but the company responded ACCORDINGLY

    Very profesional and knowledgeable , I had 2 other service man to repair the furnace and they were not able to resolve the issue and did not come prepared with parts.     I must say that out of the numerous companies that do HVAC work, I have done business with many throughout the years. SOme have been Great a few that have been horribke and some in between. In my most recent experience, Air and Water Solutions, LLc, has given me a great feeling about their quality of service, workmanship, and professionalism. I have to give them an A+ / Great rating. They have not only followed through with what they were going to do, but even a follow-up to ask if everything was ok and how I was doing after they came out. This is quality piece that most business forgot somewhere along the way. Its great to see it returning..

    Was introduced to Air and Water Solutions, LLC through a home warranty company to diagnosis and repair the A/C system.Though the initial repair was addressed quickly, another (much more expensive component) failed two weeks later. Air and Water Solutions, LLC went back to the home warranty company and successfully obtained funding for the expanded claim.Because of Air and Water Solutions, LLC; we were able to completely update the A/C system at a fraction of the cost!

    These folks are phenomenal! My boiler blew just before Easter Weekend. I had not heat or hot water, with night time temps in the 49s. I also had a small child at home and guests coming from out of state for Easter Weekend. Then a pet had to be ordered to even implement the fix. That was even more time in the cold. It was a disaster. These folks took in my concern. They called me with daily updates. They moved mountains in their own scheduling, and got my fix in on the holiday! Good Friday was exactly that! A cheerful worker showed up that morning, part in tow, and made sure me, my little one, and our out of state guests had a warm and beautiful holiday weekend. Their concern for people and quality work was on display in every interaction. I highly recommend!

    Assigned through a home warranty company, and have worked with them multiple times since then. Similar to other reviews, Ive had my issues with them on timing, scheduling, etc. but those typically arise from the warranty company, not from A&WS. Jim and Tony are wonderful, experienced technicians, their problem is usually taking on more work than they can handle (and having to prioritize true emergencies from not-so-much). Those issues have been addressed with hiring more resources, so I think are much better now than in years past.

    They serviced my Navien boilers. Only ones who actually knew what they were doing. Jose always polite. Tony has come out twice and always respectful, knowledgeable, gives tips on troubleshooting. They have been quick to service these boilers. I usually request them when using AHS.
