    Our technician, Jacob, was amazing. He kept us updated on his progress and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, helpful, competent, and personable..     Ive been using Best Services for a little over a year for HVAC maintenance. I had problems with my sewer lift pump a few days ago, and they were also able to help out with that. The two technicians, Cristian and Alex, did a great job.

    We had a slow water leak and Best Services was the only company that could help us quickly. I knew our leak was external to the home but could not find water in the yard. John narrowed down the possibilities to the irrigation system and to the control unit that was the problem that had just been replaced the week before by our irrigation company.     After 4 plumbers and many days of not knowing what was going on I was ready to give up on ever fixing my drains, Best services was able to quickly diagnose the problem (a large rock like blockage) and gave me a fair price to replace the cast iron pipes under the house. They were on time, courteous, and extremely helpful. 10/10 would use again.

    My heat pump compressor fan wasnt running, and Best Services was able to send out a technician the next day. A few other companies I called would have delayed service by another day.Will was a great technician and quickly diagnosed and replaced a bad fan motor capacitor. It cost $229 to get our air conditioning up and running again, but it was well worth it in this brutal heat.I also appreciate the IT system in place throughout the whole process. If you are a repeat customer, they immediately know your name and address when calling to schedule the appointment, which saves some time. In addition to the typical service date confirmation text message, they also send an email and text message with the name and photo of the service tech when they are headed to your house. Finally, you will get a PDF of the invoice emailed to you at the end of the appointment. This is all a very streamlined process.

    Best Services of Oconee gets 5 stars from start to finish. From the time I called the office to schedule an estimate on a new HVAC system for my home. The ladies were friendly, they worked around our work schedule to set up a time for us. I received email and text alerts that included a photo of the technician and when they would arrive on-site. From the original estimate that Mike gave to the final installation of the new system.     The technician, JD, conducted a troubleshooting and repair of my AC unit on 9 September 2024. He quickly identified the issue with my unit and conducted the needed repair. He did a very good job of identifying and explaining the problem to me, and pointing out issues that might arise with my AC unit in the future. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me various options to consider going forward. His professionalism and knowledge of his craft are remarkable. I appreciate the great service!

    The tech arrived on time and was very efficient in diagnosing the issue with my HVAC unit He quickly fixed the ‘symptom’ but also troubleshot the root cause and fixed it. He allowed me to look over his shoulder and explained everything he was doing so I fully understood the problem. The service charge was very reasonable and he also discussed future options for eventually replacing my aging HVAC unit. I highly recommend Best Services.

    Not knowing who to call for service on my tankless hot water heater, I called a local plumbing supply company to see who they felt was knowledgeable and competent.     Holly in the office was very helpful in getting us set up on a service contract and then scheduling a convenient time for service. Jeff (the technician) arrived right on schedule and not only serviced our HVAC system but addressed a problem with the compressor that was causing extremely high energy usage. We felt the cost of the service contract and the repair were very reasonable. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

They did a bad job and when I needed additional tasks completed, they ghosted me. Best Services did a quote immediately and the turnaround time was fast! They were fair in pricing as well.     Travis was great. Came on Sunday to fix weekend emergency. Timely, friendly, knowledgeable. Got parts not on hand and was back within the hour to finish the repairs. Educated me about lifetime warranty on Moen and Delta parts, and gave me helpful tips re other DIY projects I can handle on my own. Why go anywhere else? Travis is the man!

    I have used Best Services for HVAC maintenance and repair with excellent service. Recently my 3-year-old gas water heater went out on Sunday, July 2nd and called first thing on Monday morning to see if there was a possibility of having a technician come by to investigate. I figured that since it’s the day before the July 4th Holiday the best I could hope for was someone to come out mid-week. To my surprise John List was able to come out that afternoon. He’s professional, very experienced, and detailed oriented. John was able to determine that the entire control box was defective (not just the Thermopile assembly). He contacted the manufacturer’s tech support, and a warranty replacement part was sent out. The replacement part was installed properly, and our water heater is back operational. I would highly recommend Best Services and their technicians for both HVAC and plumbing services to anyone. Excellent job!

Eric, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He had the part I needed on his truck and was able to get me up and running quickly.     After calling numerous companies, I finally got Best Services. After a call for service that I had no hot water, I was given an appointment between 4 & 6pm. Prior to Tech arriving I was told that someone would stop by to make sure what size the heater was. The person arrived (forgot name) took a look at heater and turned main water off. I was told the Tech would be here as stated he just was here to see size of heater. As stated, a Tech named John arrived. He got to work immediately. I was not aware that a new water heater was needed. John apologized, stating he did not know anything as he received call to service at my address. In any case, He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He informed me that I needed a new heater. He helped me understand the process and took the time to get information from his office so I was able to finance a new water heater. Overall, my experience with Best Services (John) was GREAT!However, the only compliant I have is that I was not initially told that I needed a new water heater and the cost to install one. When the first tech stopped to get size of heater and turned off water, I should have received a call from Best Services explaining what was to take place. That is the office responsibility. Clear communication is important. Hopefully, this review will impress the importance of clear communication.But, like I said, the experience with John was great. I hope all their Technicians are like this.

    Beyond happy with Best Services. Alwways on time and very knowledgable in every position and aspect. THe installation crew was an over the top crew of 3. THey worked together, communicatted everything and were ultra neat and tidy in our facility. Most of all the greated me with a handshake by each of them. They use a handy text service that tells the renters # and our business phone # when they will arrive at a rental to make a repair, and convenient billing. Tech calls us with professional diagnosis & recommendations before proceeding, if desired. Great for home & business!

    I have called Best Services in Seneca, S.C. for all my HVAC problems on an older Gas Pack and they have never failed me. On May 21, 2021 I had a technician named Eric that was very nice, professional and did not leave me waiting on parts. The problem was fixed in a timely manner and was explained in full what was going on with my HVAC and made sure I was satisfied with his work and it was back to working condition before he left. Even went under home to repair the duct work that became loose and made sure it was snug so air would circulate properly. Their prices are lower than other companies that I have used in the past and I have never called any other company after I found out about Best Services over 2 years ago. I will always call Best Services because they stand behind their name and are trustful in their business with their customers. Thank you.

    Great work, reasonable price, knowledgeable technicians, and friendly service. The scheduler was so helpful and kind, too. I had to schedule a toilet repair the night before Clemson Graduation on my rental property, and they were there within 20 minutes! First experience was superb, so I called them for my regular HVAC maintenance. Also great experience.

    I have used Best Services several times for a rental property that we have at the lake. Due to our rental being a short-term rental, if there is an issue, a prompt response and professionalism toward our guests is of utmost importance. I have always been pleased with Best Services.     I wish I could give more than 5 stars. However I had one of the best experiences ever, with Justin regarding maintenance on my HVAC system. I thought I had an issue with my unit due to the cold weather but he determined it was a wiring issue with the thermostat. I had installed a smart thermostat and he diagnosed the issue and patiently worked to resolve the issue. He spent quite some time on the phone with me and the manufacturer of the thermostat. When we thought it was all fixed and attempted to add the device back to my app we had an issue. We spent another 45+ minutes and finally found a work around. I cant thank him enough for his patience and willingness to work until it was 100% completed and I was satisfied. This level of service is very rare indeed. I would highly recommend Best Services of Oconee and they have earned my business.

    An amazing company. Our AC went out on Saturday, we called them on Monday and the AC was up and running that same day. They responded quickly and kept us informed until Eric was able to arrive. We are totally impressed with their professionalism and response time. And, of course their service and Eric. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC service and repair.

    All I can say - what an incredible team. We have had our HVAC Systems serviced bi annually by the Best Service Team. When we have had issues - AC (freon Leak) last summer , Heat not working (Mud Wasps had built Nets in Venting) this past winter and most recently water leak detection last week - the entire team is responsive... Christie in customer service is prompt, courteous and ensures that an appointment scheduled is an appointment kept- checking in and providing updates on arrivals for the technicians... Glenn who solved our Heating and AC issues - knows the ins/out of our system - called me twice to ensure we had heat (via heat exchanger vs gas furnace) til he could arrive later in the day, to Jeff who conducted our biannual services - always making sure either AC or Heating was working for peak performance, to John who educated me on our water lines, to how to detect for a water line leak, to how six mile waters pressure fluctuates throughout the day, to helping me find why we were using so much water .. hint it was the Kohler Silent Toilet Fillers that were running continually - unknown even while standing by the toilet and listening....To Best Services a Problem identified is a Problem solved ..this is the best way I can compliment Joshs entire Team ..Simply Great Customer Service...

Helped us make a few changes to up date to a better and more efficient system. Best Services installed on the date they promised, installed a clean tight installation and left zero mess with unit running as expected. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and feel we received truly professional service above and beyond.

From the initial sales consultation and estimate of the scope of work, to the communication about the installation timeline, the team went above and beyond to answer our questions. The installation went smoothly and we will be using them for any future HVAC or plumbing needs we have. The pricing will not be the least expensive, but the value (which is what we are more concerned with) truly is the Best in the area.

    I have called these folks for service on my aging heat pump twice this winter. Both times I had a technician arrive within a few hours! So fast! The two problems were different from one another and both times my service technician Justin knew exactly what to do to get it working again. I’m sold on this company as I have had other heating and cooling companies work on my heat pump but not nearly as swiftly and thoroughly as Best Services. I also love that they text me with a name and photo of the technician when he is on his way with an estimated time of arrival.

During their troubleshooting they discovered the alarm float had a random malfunction. They made the repair in about an hour and had the system working well again.     Called the company out due to toilets and showers backing up. They came out twice and ran a snake down pipes which seemed to solve the problem at that time. I still have the same issues and called them again to come out. The girl who answered the phone told me she would get with the plumber and call me back within the hour. two and a half hours went by and no one called me back. I called back and she told me to call another company that they did all they could do. I think she should of kept her word and called me back and the company should of called me back out of courtesy as a customer instead of just ignoring me. They lost all future business from me. Not to mention I could of found someone new sooner as she new I was not able to use any of my bathrooms. No common courtesy
