    Our clogged kitchen drain was not a routine easy fix. The technician had to use the full spool of cable to finally break up the harden clog. He kept working hard on it for 1:45 minutes and it finally broke through it. There were no additional charges for the extra time required. Great service, pleasant to work with, and on time; I could not have been happier! I will call them again for any plumbing issues.

    I appreciated the tentativeness they displayed when I contacted them about an issue I was having with my plumbing. They showed up that night around 8pm but didnt have adequate supplies to complete the repairs that were needed. Note there was more repairs needed than previously thought and taking in the time of their arrival I was understanding of the decision to come back first thing in the morning. But being a Plumbing company and a seemingly common plumbing repair made me questionable of the competency of the outfit. The next day they arrived as promised and complete the repairs but not completely. The toilet they set wasnt solid and the tec said he had to come back to fix it right. When I contacted Royal Plumbing they were unaware of the incomplete work.

    We had a great experience with Dave. We had to cancel our original date due to our supplier, but Dave was able to fit us into his busy season. We did a total bathroom remodel and they did a super job. Easy to work with and very professional.

    We bought a new fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser. The existing line was not moving any water. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and repaired it. They had to run a new water line and connect it to the fridge. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Would call again for service.

    Prompt, friendly and excellent service. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. The toilet had an issue on how it was mounted on the floor, but two colleagues showed up, including the owner, and they resolved the issue It looks terrific. The kitchen faucet works perfectly. You would never know all the work that went on removing the old water heater and installing the new one. Everything was left clean and works just great.

    Royal was reaponsive and professional. Edwin did great job repairing pipe under laundry basin, replacing sewage ejector pump, and reconfiguring pipes and vent so they stuck out less. I will definitely use Royal again.
