These guys are the best! Weve called them for multiple jobs, a burst water line at the meter (our side, so our problem) and most recently a water heater that had to be replaced, as well as a few minor issues, clogs etc. Theyre always quick to respond and they dig in and stick it out till the jobs done! Theyre up front and reasonable about pricing, and are worth every penny!

When it comes to good service, they hit the mark and then some. Other plumbers were ridiculous in taking our call. Mike and a to x plumbing came right out and immediately resolved the issue with our sink. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem and educated me while doing so.10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone needing plumbing service.

My AC went out 630PM I called A To Z and Mike went above and beyond and came after hours at 9:00PM to diagnose and fix the issue and charge me a reasonable amount for the part and labor. He didn’t have the part that was needed but he went out of his way and went to his shop to get the part and he didn’t charge me mileage since he was already in the area with the previous job. He could have easily done the job in the morning but he definitely helped me out. Hes a stand up guy!! Definitely recommend!

Very professional, and great service the guy stood out in the heat watching the old meter and it never did move a tick.Got the new meter with the orange triangle and it was spinning like crazy.Dug up the hole and found the leak.Now I am waiting for them to come back and fix it for me. Hurry up guys.My strawberries are thirsty.You spoke with my mother and we are in Wyandotte Oklahoma,Said if you didn’t get here Monday you would be here for sure on Tuesday.We call around 1:00 pm Tuesday to see if you were coming back and chuck said you were going to be here today(Tuesday)Where are you??Wednesday is going to be raining.I am very sad that you didn’t keep your promise nor did you have the guts to call my mother and let her know what your situation was.Wasted my day waiting for you to show up.Lets see if you will be here asap.My mother would like to go home to Arizona as soon as this pipe is fixed to my spigot and T-pipe with divert valve.

They have done 3 plumbing jobs and 2 hvac jobs. Today ( 6-23-2022 ) they fixed my a/C have always been timely, and efficient. Price seems fair and reasonable to me, especially considering the price of gas for traveling. I am very happy with them and will use them when ever I need plumbing or hvac work.

Lightning destroyed our water heater and Mike at A to Z became a lifesaver! He removed the old unit and installed a new one promptly and professionally. He was knowledgeable and informed about bringing our new system up to code and the new unit works beautifully!

They answered the phone after hours when my A/C went out in 95 degree weather. They came to my house at 7am on Father’s Day to get our A/C working with no promises on how long that would last. When it didn’t, they ordered a whole new system and had it here and installed in 2 days. They also found another issue and resolved it alongside the installation. They went well above and beyond at a time my household really needed some help. Good people - excellent service - professional work!
