    Deets did a great job when they did a furnace check for me. Mr A Tarr did a wonderful job of explaining everything he was doing. Found a part that wasn’t up to par and replaced it the same day I was impressed with his friendly but yet professional attitude. Will definitely use them again next year and if any problems arise!

    From beginning to end, Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and determined to get our heating system working and ready for winter. He did an excellent job of troubleshooting the various issues that arose and also took the time to teach me some helpful facts about our heating system.     Deets is the most professional group that we have had to our house. They did a fantastic job of replacing 2 hot water heaters, servicing a third hot water heater, replacing valves and pipes that were corroded. They left everything in impeccable condition. They were all very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We have had three other plumbers here before we found them. Deets is the best by far, and their pricing is very fair and well worth every penny.     Our plumbing and HVAC guy for almost 10 years up in Tionesta recently retired, so we reached out to Deets for a furnace inspection and tune-up this week based on positive reviews and servicing Forest County. I was very pleased with Mr. Tarrs professionalism and attention to detail. Safe to say you guys are our go-to from now on. Thank you for coming all the way out to us, was quite a long drive in the snow. We will be reaching out to the sales team soon regarding the old furnace replacement.

    Very professional and honest. You get a text and email when they are on their way. My mom had an issue with part of her electric working in her cabin. Complicated situation but they figured out the main reason and it didnt cost her an arm and a leg. I would definitely recommend them. Most importantly they are honest!!!!!

    Our water heater broke late Friday night leaving our carpeted basement soaking wet. After seeing the owner of Deets at my restaurant Saturday morning, I asked if there was any possibility of scheduling someone for Monday. 1 phone call and a matter of minutes later, Austin returned saying a technician and himself would be at my house in 2 hrs to replace it….on a Saturday! He assured me it was not an inconvenience and that it was the right thing to do. Sure enough they were there and worked tirelessly until it was perfect. They were knowledgeable and fabulous to work with. In fact, we asked to book them for 3 more jobs (maybe more in our near future) right then and there! We cannot recommend Deets Mechanical enough. They are definitely community centered, show up when they promise, do a fast and great job and pleasant! What more could you ask for? Thank you Austin and Deets for replacing our tank and saving this fellow business owners sanity!

    Scott was delayed but was within the window he promised to be here. He was very methodical in his evaluation and sighted all my options.     Im not big on writing reviews. We moved to Franklin from Texas just a few weeks ago and unfortunately we purchased a house with many issues. I asked around and everyone I talked to told me, they had a guy, but whenever I have hired I have a guy it has never been a good experience. My brother told me to call Deets, he has used them for his business several times over the years with great results.I couldnt be more pleased. Deets is a very well managed company with happy employees. Every service person that has been here doing electrical, plumber, heat and air, etc. has been a smiling professional that has been respectful of my home, and has gotten their tasks done in a timely manner. Unbelievably everything they have done actually works without complaint. I have not had to call them to return to fix things they have done.I wont be calling I have a guy ever again. I would give Deets 10 stars if Google had them to give.

    Ok so I am updating from wanting to give 0 stars to 5 stars. This Company has really redeemed itself. They came out and fixed our original concern and after an estimate we got our electrical needs taken care of. We also had a plumber come out and they were very prompt it getting in contact with me and an estimate in a timely manner. Also gave me recommendations for the other services we need done that they cannot do. So my initial experience sucked but they have since gained a very happy customer and will be utilizing them for out needs in the future. Thank you Curt and Andy!!!Would give 0 stars but couldnt. I called for a estimate for the electric in a cabin we just purchased which badly needs ugrading. Told me originally 12-4 no problem day before appt. I get a remi der text and it said 1-5 still no problem. I was coming from 4.5 hours and was only gonna be here for the weekend. I called about 3:20 to let them k ow there was no cell service at the address given so i provided them with a landline # just in case the technician had trouble finding the address. Well it came to be 5:30 and still no one. I had to call them and ask what was going on. The lady said she would call the techs manager and find out and call me back. It is now 6 and I got no such call.I called this company based on google reviews because I am so far away. Well that did not work. I need alot of work done and thought wow they do it all plumbing, hvac and fireplaces one stop shop and belive me it would been alot of work for them.So disappointed now I have to have someone else come out and give me an estimate and have someone meet them.

    Deets came same day . Went through troubleshooting on steam boiler. And found out and figured out the reason boiler was not working was gas meter broke down and quit working boiler was not getting any gas.called gas company and they changed out the meter. After meter was installed boiler started working. They troubleshooted the gas valve, water level, electrical service, they went through and checked a couple other things and clean the water level sensor.
