    I had a sudden pipe leak in my house and Mark from Mr. Rooter’s made it out to my house quickly, completed the repair within the hour and had the water to my house back on quickly. He was professional and helpful at making recommendations for other contractors that could give me feedback on the condition of my drywall around the leak in the event that it had been going on unnoticed for sometime. They were reasonably priced with great, responsive service.I had called a couple other plumbers before hand and they weren’t available to give me a quote for the work for over 24 hours and the repairs would have been done the following Monday so that I didn’t have to pay overtime rates. Mr. Rooter allowed me to get my issue fixed quickly and kept me from going the weekend without water in my house. I highly recommend, Mark and Mr. Rooter.

    When I called Mr. Rooter they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. When our plumber, Mark arrived he was professional, friendly and efficient. There were no surprises about the cost and even offered us a military discount. Definitely recommend this company as they were fast, knowledgeable, friendly and I am happy with the finished product!

    I had running toilets and needed a sink install. Mr.Rooter sent two technicians the day after I called, Cody and Jared who were very friendly. They were very up front about all costs before they did anything making sure it was at a price I was ok with. They did the job in great time and were very professional! I will definitely keep using them, and would recommend you to do the same!

    Great service, Joe (sorry if I heard your name wrong dude) came out for a problem Ive been on and off dealing with for months now in our bathroom and we went over every possible reason we might be having this issue (no symptoms present while he was here, of course, classic plumbing dilemma) and he made adjustments here and there but didnt want to do anything big until we were absolutely positive about the source of our issue. Whatever he did worked and he didnt even charge me up like those guys at ME plumbing did last time they came out. Will be calling Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing needs from here on out

    Jared Creasy came out on a very, very hot Saturday afternoon and fixed our broken water connection, which was outside of our house and had left us without water since the evening before. And he had to work for hours in the hot sun, and did an excellent job fixing it! And he showed us, and thoroughly explained, everything he had to do to fix it. And if we ever have another plumbing problem, we will never call anyone else but Mr. Rooter! And well ask for Jared!

    I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Seguin is truly exceptional. Last week, my tankless water heater went out, and I had company in town. I tried calling other plumbers, but none were available or capable of servicing tankless water heaters. Within hours of contacting Mr. Rooter of Seguin, Andrew, arrived with a new water heater. He worked diligently after hours to replace our water heater, and didn’t cut any corners. He was professional, exceptionally competent, and very knowledgeable. I will continue to call Mr. Rooter of Seguin if any plumbing needs arise in the future. I highly recommend them without any reservations.
