Trustworthy and professional. This is the second time I used Lee’s Plumbing Repairs and once again received outstanding service. Caleb was the technician and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the replacement hardware and price point. He replaced the sink faucet, toilet wax ring, tub spout, and fixed a leaky shower in just a few short hours AND they clean up everything good as new. The quality of work performed and the value is unbeatable. AND the work is backed up with a warranty. I absolutely recommend Lee’s.

I had major plumbing issues (Ceiling water line leak) over the Christmas and New Year Holiday. (Reno) Chase Lee (owner) came to my house within two hours of my call fixed the problem, then within a hour of him leaving we developed another leak in a different area, again he came out and fixed that problem within the hour. I then developed 2 other ceiling leaks in different areas of my home. Again he was here fixing the problem within 1-2 hours. I am elderly and he knows I have no idea what to do in this situation. He is so respectful and polite. Not to mention he is professional and does exceptionally good work. I would highly recommend him and his company. He also called me daily to make sure everything was okay. Now days it’s hard to find someone that will work, let alone over the holiday season. I just can’t say enough good things about this young man and his company. Thank you Chase Lee (Reno) for taking good care of this Grandma and my home.

I’ve called on Lee’s Plumbing Repairs about three times now and each time they have consistently been quick to respond and send a technician out almost immediately. They are honest and competitively priced. This last time I called on them for an estimate, the tech was honest to tell me that I didn’t need a replacement of my washer/dryer bibs. This was a huge relief! I trust in their feedback and will continue to call on them for all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Lee’s!

We called Lee’s Plumbing Repairs to come out and work on a severe leak in our backyard. They sent someone out immediately, on Saturday, to find the cause of said problem. They quickly let us know what the problem was and what we were looking at financially and came back out Sunday afternoon and took care of the problem. Extremely kind workers who are not looking to overcharge but give an actual reasonable price. Will absolutely recommend and call on should another problem arise!

Lee’s has been out for ALL kinds of repairs now at our house. They’ve installed new equipment and fixed older things. They won’t try and sell it to you unless you actually need it. We live in a very old house that always seems to need a repair. They respond promptly to both the big and little concerns. All of the staff is incredibly polite and work quickly. I strongly recommend them for any type of plumbing work.

Wow! These folks are fabulous! I called for non-emergency work (replacing hose bibs) around 7:00 a.m. and Caleb and Cage were here by 9:30....and the whole job was done by 11:30 (and that included them going to get parts). We couldnt be happier and the fee was extremely reasonable and we feel confident in their ability to do things the right way. In addition to that, both Caleb and Cage were friendly and very professional. I would use them for any future plumbing issue and highly recommend them. They work all San Antonio locations.

Very pleased with Lees Plumbing Repairs, especially with Donald. He replaced a toilet flange, which can be difficult in an old house like ours if not done correctly. He was pleasant and courteous, skilled at his job, and cleaned up after himself. He also kept me informed every step of the way, including any potential hiccups that might happen but did not because of his thoughtful and diligent approach. (For instance, slow drilling of pilot holes into the ceramic tile to avoid the old tiles cracking.) He never acted rushed, double-checked his work before leaving, and took the time to do the job correctly. I will definitely use Lees again!

These guys are terrific! Had Roto-Rooter come out to my sons property and they wanted over $500 an hour just to find the leak. Found Lees Plumbing on Nextdoor and they came the next day. Brayden came out found the leak which was nowhere in the spot Roto-Rooter thought it was. He fixed it and installed a pressure regulator for less than what Roto-Rooter wanted for an hour of labor. It pays to support our small businesses. If you ever have plumbing issues Lees Plumbing is definitely the way to go.

I live in a historic house with plenty of old pipes and plumbing issues. Lee’s Plumbing has consistently helped diagnose and solve our issues all while staying affordable. We’ve had them repair a water line, an out door faucet, a pressure regulator, and install a new hot water heater.We had a leak in our yard last week, Lee’s couldn’t come out for a few days, so I called another company to see if it was a big deal. The other company wanted to rip into drywall and look for leaks inside my house. It took them several visits to tell me a diagnosis and give me a quote in the thousands. I decided to wait and get another opinion. Donald from Lee’s came out a few days later and found the problem within the hour of him arriving. He fixed the issue in no time by digging where the water was pooling and figuring out the root cause. Since my house had the faulty nimbco PEX pipes, I opted for a total replumb of the house. The work was completed, but what they ended up doing wasnt what we talked about originally. Things changed as I think they ran into more problems than they expected. There was probably a moment I could have stopped from moving forward, but the extent of the damage to my tile was underestimated and understated until it was happening. It was probably a good lesson for me to be clearer with expectations. Plumbing work was done well and in timely fashion, as the many positive reviews reflect, but probably would go with someone next time that is more experienced/delicate with older home repair/restoration work in case that is what youre looking for. I wish I would have kept trying a simpler fix, and/or got a second opinion.

Where do I start, I was having trouble with my hallway bathroom not draining properly. after calling around to many different company’s and getting quotes from 500 all the way to 2,000 dollars. But nobody would explain to me what needed to be fixed or why this was happening I was frustrated. I found Lees repairs on thumbtack, after reading the reviews I decided to give them a call and after talking to Reno, he told me everything from start to finish about what the problem is and the solutions to fix it. Made me feel very at ease about the whole situation. Safe to say I have a go to plumber now if anything else happens. .

We approached three other plumbers to look at our shower drain problem. One said he did not have the tools to look in the drain. The other plumber came out with a camera and said we had a break in our drain line which was causing water to leak through the foundation cracks and causing damage in adjoining walls. Said he was an expert. The third plumber was I guy I used before and trusted said we definitely had a shower pan problem. We had a tile guy come out and removed the old 1060s shower pan. The pan was completely shot and thats what was causing the water leaks in the adjoining rooms. As for the drain, we called Lees Plumbing. Brayden came out snaked out hair, placed a bladder in the drain with running water and made sure water was running properly through the cleanout outside. After that he ran a camera to the shower and then did the same downstream to the sewer. He found absolutely no problems with the drain. Now we are replacing the shower pan and all is well. Our experience with Lees Plumbing was fantastic and surprisingly the cost was very reasonable. We will definately use them again.

The cold water compressor underneath my bedroom sink started leaking and I’m turning off the water somehow the handle came off and water came gushing out. My carpet was soaking wet and I called Lee’s plumbing and Lee said he could come to my house immediately and was at my house in 30 minutes and even though my bedroom closet carpet and the front of the cabinet carpet was soaking wet, he got under the sink and replaced the two old compressors. His clothes were soaking wet but he never complained. He did the job. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with his work and will recommend him very highly. Very professional and prompt.

I hired Lees Repairs to fix a drip in my kitchen faucet. My kitchen sink does not have shut off valves under the cabinet; water has to be shut off at the street which is something I did not want to mess with. Also, the kitchen faucet is an older model that came with the house, so I had no idea how to begin repairing the drip. Thankfully, Lees Repairs was able to handle this by locating a replacement faucet and installing it. Granted, the repair was a bit more than I had hoped, but it was still better value than one of those plumbing companies that advertise on television. Since the faucet was older, it took a bit of work to remove the old faucet and install the new one. Then, it took a bit of time to make sure there were no leaks. The only downside is I learned that the water pressure in my home is a bit higher than it should be, and I need to have a water pressure valve installed where you shut off the water to house. Ill be saving up $$ for this next repair and definitely contact Lees Repairs when I am ready to have them work on this!
