Update**I would like to thank the supervisors for reaching out to me. I means a lot to me and thank you for rectifying the situation. I am re-doing my review because of this.*********************************The plumber did a good job. But I am very disappointed with the billing. I have always tried to use local plumbing when possible to support small business, but this was a very simple leak by my meter. Replaced 8” pvc with union. My bill was over $430 after 10% discount, feels a little unreasonable. I could have done this myself for about $20 honestly. I was prepared to pay $200 or so, unfortunately I will have to go back to doing it myself for small repairs.

Hi, I’ve used A1Tri County Plumbing for the last 10+ years here in Seguin Texas. There a great company to deal with and there technician’s are knowledgeable and respectful to people and property. They’ve replaced several toilets and installed faucets, fixed broken main line to septic tank and yesterday we had the main city line on my side of meter break. Guys came right out this morning at 8:30 am and had us up and running in about an hour, after digging down about a foot in mud, I’m really happy and will continue using A1 to fix all my plumbing problems 👍😁🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

So far with two payments on this agreement, it is setting on a pad without any hook up to a fuel supply. I bet I make a third payment and it still will not be completed.The gas hook up took place today, 11/15, and was done with experinced grew. The instll was not difficult and only took a couple of hours to complete. Now the next step is a scheduled install and testing by an electtrician. And yes, Ive make my third payment with two thirds of the installion now finished.

On Thursday, May 2, 2024, I discovered my homes water heater was leaking. I called A1 Tri-County Plumbing and Josh arrived within the time frame I had been given, approximately one hour. Josh explained the repair or replace options I had. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Since my water heater was 13 years old and had never been flushed of sediment, I opted to replace my hot water heater. A1 Tri-County Plumbing had the size I needed in stock, so a new water heater was delivered to Josh while he was still at my house. Josh and Mike then drained my old water heater, disconnected it, removed it in their van, and installed my new water heater in my garage. From my first phone call request, through delivery of a new water tank, draining and removing the old water tank, this was all accomplished quickly and efficiently within 3 to 3.5 hours. I was very pleased with the work and the timeliness of the quick service I received. I would be happy to work with A1 Tri-County Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Carol -Seguin, TX

Over the weekend, water began slowly leaking at the base of the door casing between our large master bath and master closet. We checked all faucets, water outlets, air/heater condensation pan - no leaks! When I called A1 Tri-County first thing Monday morning with the details of our water leak, Marlene assured me we would have someone out ASAP, quoting me the hourly rate that would begin when the plumber(s) left the office. Within 15 minutes, John and Noah called to tell us they were on their way. Ten minutes later, they arrived, assessed the leak, checked the attic, then went straight to the source: a cracked refrigerator hose that slowly leaked at the faucet onto the floor and wood leading to the door casing. They replaced the hose; within minutes, the water was gone and we were happy customers. Thanks John and Noah for your expertise, professionalism, and great customer service.

We have been using A1 Tri County Plumbing for over 10 years. Whenever I call, the office administrator lets me know the appointment time, the hourly rate, and that the rate starts when they leave the office. I know the rate may shock some people, but from doing some research their prices seem to be comparable to their competitors. The plumbers are always professional and knowledgeable (I can ask a ton of questions :) ).We had low water pressure in a couple of faucets and a toilet was taking forever to fill up. Our plumber, George, and his apprentice figured out what the issue was and fixed everything and did it in a timely manner.

Couldn’t figure out the problem for lack of water pressure in a new house my son was able to get through the VA. The lady who answered was extremely pleasant on the phone and was referred to technician MiKE. He was able to make it out same day for an estimate. Found the problem immediately and fixed it in 5 min. No charge. They do give military discounts. Mike was very friendly and good natured. He explained the estimates are free but do charge slightly more for actual services because of so much free time given away. I will use them in the future if need any plumbing services!

Called for a water leak early am and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out in the afternoon to fix our leak. Technician called me and was able to come out within an hour of our first call. George, our technician, was one of the most kindest people Ive dealt with in a long time. He kept in contact with me by phone if I was not available and kept me informed along the way. He was very courteous when coming into my home. Because of Georges fabulous customer service I will definitely use A1 for future repairs. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need!

Johnny and Jordan come to our house with in 20 minutes after we initially called. They were so kind and courteous and empathetic to our situation. With in 30minutes the pipe leak was fixed. I was so worried we were going to spend a fortune on this pipe repair. Their expertise, honesty and 5 star superior customer service was a true blessing. I will always cal A-1 Tri County plumbing for all of my plumbing repairs. These guys are amazing!
