We have had 3 homes built by Zephry Homes. 2 as investment properties and 1 as our primary residence in Sebring, FL., we couldn’t be happier with the value we got. Great layouts and modern touches make it very nice. All interactions have been positive and customer oriented. Looked at buying used and renovating, but once we crunched the numbers having a new home built was hands down a smarter and better financial decision.

I have sold quite a few new construction homes over the years and both the agent representing the builder and the builder were amazing to deal with. There were some minor issues that came up during the home inspection process but they gladly resolved them to ensure the buyer was happy with his home. I wish all companies would operate this way. I hope to deal with you guys again😎

McFarland, you have a very uplifting personality, very joyful, we appreciate you checking to see how things were going with our SOS 🛟 repairs everyone is so kind and it makes my mom and I feel blessed to know that people care about the quality of the home they built together and their detail to craftsmanship and if something is not working right, Michelle help with our request, to help us with online sight how to fill out 🛟 and check to let us know someone will get in touch with me as soon as possible and their name so we know who’s calling or coming to do repairs, We really appreciate it very very much, thank you 🙏 we love 💕 our home, besides checking all the boxes of our needs and wants it surpassed them, I also must add being here during the storm we felt very safe and our new home 😇🙏 thank you everyone that take calls, fill out forms, do repairs, making sure our home is not only beautiful but safe and sound that electric , plumbing , and everything works properly, again thank you 😊 special thanks to Michelle she knew my mom had heart surgery and we are new in Sebring she gave my mom comfort in knowing that she cared and wanted to just check on her and see if the miner repairs was done and ✅ ok Michelle truly love her job she is very professional and most of all cares about people, beautiful home, beautiful area, beautiful neighbors, and beautiful town of Sebring thank zephyr
