Great company, great customer service and fast service. Needed a pump out and inspection they can out the next day. Brandon and the other gentleman with him were great. Very informative and educated me on a few things about my septic tank and system. Just very satisfied and will be using them in the future. Very professional team.

I highly recommend SOS, got to work with Jerry on replacing my entire septic tank and field. Best customer service and follow up, and he did not give me the run around like other companies in the area. They give you a straight answer and price. Well worth it, again I highly recommend their services and Jerry’s expertise.

Doug was amazing and so helpful! I was quoted 25k to replace my septic system by another company, after I moved out of state.In looking for a second opinion I found SOS Septic I called for a quote on a replacement system, Doug took a look at the inspection from Priority pumping and told me he didnt think i needed a new system, he referred me to Down South since he doesnt do ADEQ. He was honest and even though it meant no sale for him he did the right thing and told me it could be fixed. He came out the same day to look at it and even noted that it did not appear that anything had been dug up recently. I was very impressed with Dougs honesty and integrity. If i ever do need a replacement SOS will be doing it:)

I give SOS Septic & Sewer a huge shout out for keeping the neighbors yard clean.They had to come thru my yard to install a new septic tank system Fearing the worse with all the heavy equipment involved they left it just like it was...holes all filled in and leveled yardSpecial THANK YOU toNICK !! The young man who made sure everything was perfect to my likings.I would recommend SOS highly. Job well done !!

They were very friendly and efficient on the phone in setting up a time to take a look at my septic tank issues. Jerry came out and diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue and even improved the system. Very friendly and extremely professional!

When I had problems, they took care of everything. I had some medical problems, and Steve understood and helped me get things done. They replaced my drainfield, while I was up north in the hospital. Excellent job****This is an update, 03/11/2022, it’s been about a year and a half, since my drainfield replaced. And now I have wastewater backing up in my showers, and the toilets. I was told that this should be maintenance free, for at least 5 years, or longer. So for now, I’m dropping my ratings to about a 2. They don’t work the weekends, so I’m going to call someone else to clean it out. I need to use the bathroom on the weekends also. I don’t like sewage backing up in my showers.******This is an update 3/12/2022. Found a company that worked weekends, they dug up around the septic tank cap and found a filter, that was not there before SOS replaced the drainfield. Wish they would have told me about it. The tank cap is too heavy for me to remove anyways. (Then I see that a plastic riser, and cap could have been installed, and I could have serviced the filter myself.

Slade helped us by inspecting the septic tanks of two homes. He was courteous and knowledgeable in both instances. We really appreciate his promptness of coming to the home sites. I would definitely use SOS Septic & Sewer DBA The Septic Tank Man again if ever the need arises.
