    Anthony from Mark Palmer Electric is an amazing Generac Generator specialist. He was very prompt in arriving and diagnosing the problem. Was able to fix it in less than two hours and gave me some great advice on generator maintenance. Could not ask for a better service technician! Will definitely use this company again!

    Duke Energy sent an immediate emergency work order to Mark Palmer to address an electrical fire hazard found while having an HVAC system installed. Matthew and Dakota were sent to address the critical issue. Cant applaud enough their dedication and quick work to provide safety to a family in need. Hard workers! Thank you

    The professionalism and knowledge that each of their technicians have displayed at our home is outstanding and appreciated.     Left a voice mail Saturday afternoon about an A/C issue. They called me back at 7am on Monday and were here by 9:30. The technician Ernie was kind and explained everything to me. It was a simple easy fix. An hour later he was saying goodbye. Charge was very reasonable! I will do business here again without hesitation.

    We have used Mark Palmer Electric service for repair to 2 electrical outlets. 2 Technicians came out and worked very efficiently together and got the repairs done. They were both courteous. professional and friendly. We have used this company in the past as well and we highly recommend them to anyone in need. AlsoI have to mention when I received the call from the office from Nicole J she was truly a blessing. She was very professional, personable, courteous and she possesses excellent customer service skills. I could tell Nicole J was well versed in her job and she along with the 2 technicians love their jobs. Mark Palmer you’re doing an excellent job and it shows with your employee.

    Appreciate the quick response for taking care of a situation that we were in need of. Was informed that our buss bar was bad and a fire risk to us. We then called them and they were to get prompt action to take care of this srious problem as soon as they were notified. We were so thankful for their quick action.     Ernie called before he came, was very professional and thorough. He fixed the problem efficiently and charged a very reasonable fee. He even tolerated our pugs while one of them barked most of the time he was here. If you have furnace or air conditioning problems call Mark Palmer Electric and Air Conditioning!
