    My blower motor was starting to die. I called up Michael Pollitt Inc and they were out here in a couple days to replace my old (12 years) unit. They did a fantastic job! They took their time and made sure everything was done correctly and looked good. I highly recommend Michael Pollitt Inc. and his team of great employees to assist with all your HVAC needs.

    I want to thank Michael Pollitt Inc for their help with the replacement of my 17 year old A/C unit yesterday. They came out on Saturday within 2 hours of my phone call and had me an estimate for replacing the old one with a new one. Estimate was a very good price for everything that needed to be done. I was given a time of 8:30am Monday and they were there and ready to start. That impressed me the most because I always get a window time and have to wait from others.This was no easy job by far but both Parker and Jacob were steady working on getting the job done. They are both very professional and did awesome work. From start to finish including cleaning up and removing everything. I have to say that Parker and Jacob are two of the best A/C guys ever and I definitely would love to have them again with any of the services they provide. Thanks for everything that you both did to make sure that I was completely happy with your work.I appreciate this business and I am recommending Michael Pollitt Inc to anyone that needs any service that they provide. You won’t get any better service anywhere. They are definitely the best.

    This was our first time using this company since our independent Master Plumber Chris Day is now working with them. Weve had 2 calls recently with them and both times have been pleasant and professional. Chris for the first call and Adam for the second call. Both are friendly, professional, and honest.The only reason this isnt 5 stars is because both times we were told by the office that we would be notified when the tech was on the way and both times we were NOT notified. A promise that wasnt followed through on made us unprepared when someone just showed up without notice. A minor flaw on the office side but otherwise, I highly recommend.

    I hired Michael Pollitt Inc, to come out and clean my (very dirty!) ducts. Parker and Jacob came out, they have to be the nicest, most respectful people Ive ever met. They took great care, cleaned my vents, the vent covers, swept up after themselves.They recommended a service contract, which when explained to me, sounded like a great idea. So Ive signed a service contract with them as well.Thanks Parker & Jacob!

    Adam come out to my home to replace faucet,garage disposal and sink. We found the one I had ordered was damaged. He suggested I replace the sink with a black one and I am so happy with it. He went above and beyond to get my sink replaced and even worked overtime to make sure I wasn’t without a sink overnight. Highly recommend him on any job in the future!

    I had a shower valve break this morning that the previous homeowner had put it very poorly (everything was held together with epoxy) and couldn’t get the water completely turned off. After calling several other companies that quoted me 1 - 2 week wait times, they were able to respond and have someone here in under 30 minutes. Did an excellent job, was very polite, and reasonably priced for the work that was required.

    I received a call 5 days after the part was to be in and was told that they didnt want us to wait any longer for the part to come in. The next day they came out with a new unit and swapped it out with the inoperable a/c. The two technicians also amazing, professional, polite and knowledgeable.     I had an emergency with my clogged toilet and called 8 different companies before I found this one and I either experienced them being busy until next week but apologetic, busy but rude, or they just didn’t pick up. Michael Pollit Inc. picked up and were super nice and they came out within an hour of me calling for them and took care of my issue and even gave me more information regarding my house. I am really happy with the service I received from them.

Hands down.It truly takes a lot to ‘wow’ me, given mine and his line of work rely on that good customer service.Deven and company had genuine empathy about my air conditioning not working, especially with how hot it is outside lately and came over to look at it, when it went out.     We received four estimates to have our septic tank replaced. They gave us the best price and were able to do the job without a long wait. We moved in a recently completed new construction villa in Sebring and our master shower drain would did not work (standing water...no drainage). This company arrived at our door ahead of scheduled time and worked continuously to resolve our issue.
