We had an outlet that wasn’t working or so I thought. We called and they let us know that They could send someone in the next morning, which happened to be a Saturday ( And no, they didn’t charge us extra) The gentleman that came out name was Ross and he did an amazing job. He was able to find the actual problem and fix it very quickly. I also really appreciated that he let me know how he fixed it in case it ever happened again. The technician was awesome and I really appreciated that he was on time Very courteous and knowledgeable

Arrived on time, explained everything and was able to answer my questions about certain points during the repairs. Second service members included an apprentice and senior technician, both were very courteous and respectful as they started general repairs. They were kind enough to listen to me and laughed at my jokes, as bad as they were. We were completely at ease while they completed the repairs. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I want to preface this review with the fact that Im highly suspicious of all companies in general but I just a had quote for a panel replacement by Alex and I must say, it was incredibly thorough. I think its important to have more information to work with than just a basic in-and-out quote because I assume these reps are experts and learning more about my home from their perspective is incredibly helpful. It gives consumers the ability ti make more informed and educated decisions.

Update: Work was completed. Terry was a joy. He took the time to explain things and best of all he fixed my 2 outlets and got me up to code with my new breaker box.They may not be the cheapest in town. But remember you get what you pay for. I felt like I was provided top notch service.Consultation- Great experience. I needed a few things fixed. Alex was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and I get my new breaker box installed tomorrow. I would definitely recommend.

I had my smoke detectors replaced yesterday, and I was very pleased with my tech Alex!😀He was very professional, friendly, and thorough.He explained and showed me my options to bring my electric up to code for my older home, and didnt pressure me to pursue these additional items right away. When my detectors started their high-pitched, annoying chirping on Saturday at midnight, it was virtually impossible for my dog & I to sleep. Finally, in the morning I started going through the Yellow pages, searching for a company to come out. I just kept getting answering machines. However, I had an Ah-ha moment, remembering my sister had used Mr. Sparky several times, and was very pleased with the excellent work and pricing. So I googled them, and found they are open 24 hours!!👏👏 It was so awesome to talk to a human and let her know all Id been going through. She said they might be able to come out the same day, if a cancellation happened. But, she scheduled me for Monday. This entire experience has been very positive, and I am very happy that I have high quality detectors with a 10 year guarantee and no battery to replace...ever!!! It was awesome to be able to sleep in a quiet home again, knowing that I have new detectors that are safe...and no chirping noise!! I will recommend Mr. Sparky to all my family and friends!!

Start to finish and everything in between far exceeded my expectations. From the fantastic communications throughout, to the on time service, the well marked auto and uniformed service provider with a picture sent of him prior, Logan. Logan showed such professionalism, he was informed, prepared with all equipment needed, efficient, thoughtful of my ideas, neat, and did a perfect electrical job for me. I really am very impressed with this company, and will never call on anyone but them for home electric needs. Sounds like a commercial but it is true. Could not be happier with the service Alex provided us! He was super honest and transparent about the services we did/didnt need and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing to ensure we were comfortable. Someone had cut the copper ground wire to our panel, so he replaced that and properly installed a new one. He also set us up with a surge protection device and helped us install 2 complicated light fixtures we had been having issues with due to improper wiring. We were uneasy about getting electrical work done at first, but our experience with him was super positive and were really happy to have someone reliable that we can trust for any future work. 10/10 recommend!

We had an unknown electrical issue that was preventing our air conditioner from receiving power. Jerry came the same morning I called, and had the problem diagnosed within half an hour. He showed us a clear photo of the situation and explained what could be done to restore power to the unit. He also made recommendations to prevent similar problems in the future and increase our aging homes safety, and to protect our electrical systems from damage due to the frequent power outages in our neighborhood. A few hours after his diagnosis he had his technicians on the job, and before the end of the afternoon we had a working air conditioner and a safer home. It was an expensive repair for us, but we feel the charges were reasonable and we are very happy with the work that has been done. Thank you, Mister Sparky!

I contacted Mr. Sparky due to a serious safety issue with my electrical system. Mr. Ratici, from Mr. Sparky did a safety inspection and gave me three separate options to correct the problems. He was very knowledgeable and friendly after making a decision. I contacted him and he was able to come back the same day to correct the problems. I appreciate his concern his explaining the situation to me and the work he did in a timely and professional manner, I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky as they are knowledgeable and reasonable in price compared to others

TJ was so good installing wired cameras at my home. I did not realized they also evaluated the rest of my house to see if I needed anything else taken care of. He also came the after I called. I would recommend his service. The only issue I did not like was the cost of installing 4 cameras was over $1,400. If I had the time to call someone else I would have because of the cost for them to do it. Which is why I declined the other updated services they offer.

Ive used Mr. Sparky a few times. Had them install surge protectors for my breaker box and hvac units, theyve fixed various outlets around my house that were loose or wired incorrectly, and theyve helped me install smoke detectors. Alex provided me some great information and my estimate, and Ive had projects done by Terry, TJ, and Johnny and they were all fantastic. They answer the phone, they show up on time and a lot of the time they can get someone out same day. Highly recommend Mr. Sparky if youre having trouble finding an electrician.

So glad I called and special thanks to TJ, who came out to take care of things. My detectors were randomly going off...all 7 of them at 3:30 am. I called for an emergency service and the young lady on the phone quickly set things up. FYI: There is a fee for emergency service. The service rep showed up about 30 min. later just as I was told. TJ immediately stopped the beeping.He checked the wiring, breakers and whatnot and diagnosed the problem. He had new detectors on hand and we had them installed. He was a personable, nice young man. He was knowledgeable and didnt even mind my dog trying to be his assistant. He efficiently installed the new detectors and cleaned up after himself. I could not be more grateful and would recommend Mister Sparky for any smoke detector issues and consider yourself lucky if TJ is your tech.

I am remodeling an older 80s home and with it has come many surprises including unexpected electrical issues. When gutting the bathrooms, I lost all power to many outlets and light fixtures. Jerry from Mister Sparky did an extremely thorough inspection and quickly identified possible causes. He set reasonable expectations and was great at explaining what we might be looking at for repair. First thing the next morning he had his techs Arbi and Zamar sent out. Both men were professional, neat, knowledgeable, and very kind. They solved the issue quickly and took care of other jobs with courtesy and care such as installing a chandelier, LED mirrors, and bathroom lights. They also saved me $1k on my bidet by finding a safer and better way to wire it. Arbi took care of our electrical panel breakers and installed a surge protector and were confident our home is safe now. 10/10 service and care and I wont call anyone else going forward. I highly recommend Mister Sparky for all electrical needs.

I cant tell you how amazing my technician, Jeiel Munoz was. It was Sunday afternoon. I had a fuse tripped taking out my Internet, security system and other things. Of course the warranty company wouldnt come out. Jeiel was pleasant, asked questions to diagnose, looked at all possible problems and educated me too. I have a new build, and he was amazing. So informative, showed me and educated me on code, what was missing, what the problems were and replaced the outlets and the circuit. He found additional problems while diagnosing. Too many things on one fuse- burned wires, outlets not grounded and more. He was at the house for five hours. Always positive, answering questions and checking things. Im so thankful. Probably would have caused a fire eventually- the wires were burned and exposed (Ive only lived in the house for 5 months)! The whole process from making the first call to them texting a picture and a map of travel progress, to Jeiel. Ill call them again for sure!

To let you know, I am an industrial controls engineer that has high expectations when it comes to electrical wiring. So the team from Mr. Spark, Michael, Arbi and his counter part had an understanding of those expectations up front. My wife said they were nothing but gentlemen. They found our problem fixed it and then we decided that the Breaker box was in need of replacement after 30 years service as well. Arbi and his counterpart met me as they were packing up that day. They were proud to show me their work. Top notch. This company only hires those who know what they are doing. I am sure they would do this for anyone that called.Oh by the way, the box underneath is a whole house surge suppressor. Not a bad idea for the lightening we get here.

We had a weird situation with our Tesla wall charger. It was charging at 47amps to start then after an hour or so it would drop down to 23 amps. The wall charger then was blinking all green with one red light blinking. Kyle S. did an excellent job with some minor home electric fixes. He was punctual, as Mister Sparky had called to confirm his arrival 30 mins in advance. Kyle was gentlemanly and gave pricing for 5 different variants on plans of action. I opted out of the Membership option, which involves long-term monthly payments but with advantages. Work done included changing out broken guestbath double-switch for light/vent; changing out back porch light; and checking wiring on faulty garage ceiling light so it connects properly. I had bought my own lights switch/plate fixtures as well as porch light fixtures, and had my own bulbs for all lights. Receipt was emailed to me, as was a checklist of other electric jobs for future, such as switching out old smoke detectors. A front porch light replacement had to be deferred, since this would have required wall work/stucco, and Mister Sparky does not do any wall patching once the electrical work has created wall gaps/holes. Only one disappointing aspect: Guest bathroom ceiling vent, which is simply an insert-and-plug-in style, was broken, I had removed it, bought a replacement, and just wanted the new one inserted/screwed into the ceiling housing and plugged in. Kyle informed me that this alone would cost almost $400. So I will climb on ladder to plug in & install myself. I dont have any price comparison to other electricians for the work done, but I would say that pricing seems to be as expected ... electricians seem generally pricey. But I would recommend Kyle as efficient and knowledgeable.

I had two employees named Jesse and Alex come out to my house and prevent a serious fire. Fixed everything super quick, explained everything to us, even gave us a safety briefing so we could understand everything. They did well by my family and I will recommend.

Keeping the ad in mind and knowing we have had our fair share of malarkey with local trades folks, I called Mr. Sparky when our pool guy said there wasnt enough power at the pool equipment to run our new pump. We got an appointment within just a day or so and Logan came out to diagnose the problem and give us a quote. Sadly, our 20+ year old pool electric needed to be replaced. The quote was fair and we decided to go ahead. Again, a very short wait for the technician to come out and do the work. Now, I cant say that it was a perfectly executed job but as soon as I made Mr. Sparky aware of my dissatisfaction, Corey called me the same night. He listened patiently to my concerns and even though my husband had already signed off in the job, Corey told me not to worry and that their goal was 100% satisfaction and that he would be at our home the following morning. Corey worked all day to resolve the job and guess what......we are 150% satisfied with his work!!!!Its true that you dont have to put up with anything less than a job well done to your satisfaction when you are dealing with Mr. Sparky. We have a new electrician and you should give them a call the next time you need one!

10 stars for Jerry and Mister Sparkys, Jerry is the best!!! I will not use any other company other than Mister Sparkys due to Jerry and his professionalism! Jerry was knowledgeable and helpful from the second he came to my house. I wish every contractor was even just 10% as good as Jerry, he did not try and upsell me on anything he just explained what he saw and might suggest to me. I have never had that good of an experience with a trade and I am a tradesmen for a living. Jerry is the definition of GREAT customer service!

Logan showed up less than an hour after I called. He finished the job in less time than he quoted. He cleaned up and was all done in less than 3 hours after my inital call, and that included going to get the replacement main breaker.I would recommend Mr. Sparky and Logan!!!!
