We absolutely LOVED our experience with Collin. He was as professional as they come. The entire process was straightforward - from the automated text reminders for the appt to a video send via text from our estimator explaining the whole processes prior to arrival to the estimate & bid approval. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking to work with a team that prioritizes customer experience and quality craftsmanship. They may not be the cheapest painters in town, but honestly - we’ve been around the block with bids and you absolutely get your money’s worth here.

Although I didn’t end up moving forward with them for cost reasons and because we went with a company my family had already used, Collin provided excellent customer service with the quote process. He was super communicative and he was the most thorough walk-through and quote write up I received. He spent an hour-hour and a half with me just during the initial estimate appointment alone. I’d absolutely recommend giving this company an opportunity to bid on your next project.

Highly recommend That 1 Painter! I did not know I could feel so strongly about painters, but after working with Bill and Taryn there is no one else you should use. Not only did they do a fantastic job painting the interior of our house (which we were covering up a previous owner’s terrible paint job), but their communication, scheduling, and invoicing were extremely efficient and couldn’t have been easier. I think it took 1 week from outreach to job completion. To top it off their kindness genuinely blew us away. You should use That 1 Painter because you will have the job done right and have it done by an incredible group of people.

And that is why we are giving five stars to That 1 Painter.We hired them to paint an accent wall in our TV room. While the job was completed to our satisfaction, there was an unfortunate issue with several very small, but still noticeable and permanent drops of paint finding their way to our brand new sofa, which had just been delivered the previous day.Obviously, we were very frustrated and called Collin, the sales rep with whom we booked the job. Collin immediately calmed any concerns we had by offering to pay for any necessary cleaning or even replacement of the sofa.What could have been a very frustrating and poor experience was resolved to our satisfaction, thanks primarily to the professionalism and character of the entire team at That 1 Painter. We appreciated how they handled our situation so much, we are hiring them for another paint job we have in our home.I highly recommend That 1 Painter for any of your residential painting needs.

I had the opportunity to see first hand the incredible work done by “That 1 Painter Scottsdale.” They tackled our community playground and baseball field back fence and did an amazing job! Clean work from start to finish! And I loved the fact that they were environmentally friendly using corn instead of sand for blasting! Who knew! And I have to admit, when I took my Great Niece to play, I searched the sand for paint chips or splatters and couldn’t find anything! They worked clean and fast with only a few days of the equipment being unusable! And the Primary colors are FANtastic! Bright, fresh and inviting! The baseball field looks just as cool!
