Last year we had Project LLC enclose our carport to a single car garage, rebuild the bump out on the front of our house, replace the wood on our house with Hardy cement fiber board siding, and finish the inside of our laundry room. They did an excellent job. We are incredibly pleased with the results and have gotten several compliments from our neighbors. Robert’s estimate was very close to the actual cost, and he saved us money when he could (getting a better price on materials). He also was remarkably close to his estimated delivery date. We did change or add a few things along the way and Robert was great to work with to add these in.Robert, Tom, and Brandon did all the work on the house. They were extremely easy to work with and the quality was excellent, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Another testament to the quality of work was when the city inspector would come by to check the construction at critical points. The inspector’s visits were quick, and the work passed on the first visit.We will use Robert and Project LLC again in the future.

Rob and his team were excellent! Ive used contractors in the past before and have experienced nothing but issues with communicating, adhering to a timeline, and frivolous charges. Rob was very responsive on the phone and great at walking me through the entire process before and during construction.

Robert Valenti of Project Construction is meticulous and sweats the small details. How many general contractors care about the joints of tile in a shower surround?Not many.Ive personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.It isnt just tile—everything must line up and look clean and crisp. Notice the glass doors, cabinetry & general installation?Having done two projects with him I hope to do more. Robert designed a carport conversion to a master suite for us. He was very easy to collaborate with and happily accommodated our many change requests. The final drawings were thorough and easily passed through the Scottsdale permitting process.

We sincerely recommend Project Construction LLC for any home project. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. The level of professionalism and expertise was exactly what we enjoy working with. We hope to be working with him again soon.

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadnt considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition Im considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!
