    10/10 recommend! Our new setup was completed within 24 hours of calling for a quote despite it not being an emergency. I appreciated getting a quote immediately over the phone! After inspection we learned we also needed to revamp our (old) setup — they replaced our old leaky water heater with an upgrade and also installed a new safer venting system while patiently explaining everything along the way.     The Water Heater Guys did a great job replacing my old, leaking unit with a new water heater. Very impressed with their service! They were prompt, courteous, and so efficient.     We are new home owners and had our water heater start leaking, within 24 hours of our call they had assessed the situation and returned to replace the unit. They also took the time to explain how to flush our unit!They were professional, quick, and upfront with pricing.     The Water Heater Guys were awesome! You could see they really care about their customers. They came in and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new hot water.     Two weeks ago we had our water heater replaced. The Water Heater Guys to the rescue !! Hubby made a phone call hoping they could help us with our delimma. Jonathan took our information and was explained to him a couple of changes we wanted done. Thinking it might be a few days..nope..Mark was able to come the very next morning fully prepared for replacement ! It was 30 minute drive for him.     I highly recommend The Water Heater Guys . They answered the phone promptly and came to our home to inspect within a couple hours after we had no hot water running. We had a very old system that ended up needing to be replaced and they fit us in the same day on a Friday before the weekend. They were friendly and knowledgeable as well ! They even reached out afterward to make sure everything was still running ok !

    Our water heater was on and off leaking due to its old age and the fluctuating winter temps. A local Facebook group had tons of recommendations for The Water Heater Guys. So, I gave them a call and after being given a VERY reasonable quote they got me put on their schedule. There was so much sediment clogging up the old water heater that it took some time to drain. However, they were still exceedingly efficient and finished setting up the new tank in an hour! Super communicative, punctual, and professional— Don’t even bother calling anyone else for water heater services! 10/10! Thanks so much, again, guys!

I will recommend him to anybody looking for a great plumber. He helped me understand the different options I had with my water heater after it got messed up from flooding in a recent storm and he came up with a solution that worked for me and my family.

    The water heater guys were prompt at calling me back. It took all of six minutes to hear back from them. They came the same day to look at our situation even though it was Friday. They came on Monday to do the install of a new expansion tank. They called and kept me informed of their arrival time. They were very courteous and completed the job promptly.     I was sitting in the ACE hardware parking lot with a fresh dent in the back of my car, with two younger kids I met the week prior in Walmart. I asked for help trying to get this dent out of my bumper, and I was frantic for help. As we were attempting to suction out the dent with our $5 toilet plunger, I turned to John who was walking inside ACE, and asked him what to do. Without hesitation, this nice man went to his work vehicle trying to find a dent puller or a tool of some time to help with my predicament. When he didnt find anything, he crawled under my car and looked inside to try to find a way to get this dent out. He spent a good 10 minutes talking about what I could do to fix my car and where I could find a dent puller. He then sat on the ground and wiped the dent for three minutes getting the pain and scratches off in order to make it look more presentable. This has absolutely nothing to do with water heaters, but the dedication this kind stranger had to try and fix this dent in my car in the middle of his work day was something I hadnt ever seen before. His kindness and consideration was enough for me to write this review. The water heater guys put such incredible effort into not only their business, but being there for those in need. If you need your water heater fixed, there is no one better to go to. These guys focus more on the quality of your experience and showing people they genuinely want to help more than the money, and thats what a business is all about.     10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of service on a water heater situation. They answered the call with out me having to leave a voicemail which is a wonderful change of pace from most places. They were able to come over right away the next day (I called later in the evening initially) to diagnosis the issue and then worked with my schedule the following day to come in and replace.     When I called about my need for a new hot water heater I was surprised and happy when Jonathan answered the phone rather than voicemail. He is courteous, asked several questions about my set up, explained what was needed and quoted me a price. I was equally surprised that he and his crew were available the next day.     Mark was great he performed some long overdue maintenance on our tankless water heater. He made some adjustments that dramatically improved the performance and operation of the tankless water heater. He also installed a recirculation line that makes our hot water at the faucet almost instant. He was able to fix several mistakes made by the plummer who installed the tankless originally (from a different company). Fair prices and good service. We will definitely be using them again.

    I would highly recommend the Water Heater guys. My hot water heater gave out Friday evening and I contacted them on Saturday morning.     Extremely pleasant to work with, very professional/courteous & prompt. They also called or texted me with updates leading up to the scheduled replacement, making it very easy for me to know exactly when they were going to arrive. No B.S. messages from an automated system which only give you a 4-6 hour window on the expected arrival time! We settled on a day/time a week in advance and they were 5 mins early.Additionally, after new water heater was installed, they pointed out a manufacturer defect (it was quite noisy). They promptly replaced the unit without any hassle or questions, and didnt ask for a penny to reinstall a second water heater.Companies willing to specialize in water heaters who are able to stick to just their local area, are obvious willing and succeeding at keeping customers satisfied.     Wow, what a great experience with the Water Heater Guys yesterday! On Tuesday, I noticed a small drip coming from the bottom of our water Richmond gas water heater. I shopped around to include Menards, the Home Depot and Grebes. All of them had good options, but do not carry Richmond brands and only the Home Depot had installation options. Grebes gave me a number for Brent Fixed and he stopped by to look at our situation. I was going to purchase a water heater from Grebes and Brent could install it but was out a week or two. Brent gave us your number and when I called to schedule an appointment, they said well, how about we replace the heater today. I called around 3:30 and Mark showed up within the hour. Mark had to old water heater drained and out in less than an hour, and Mark and George had the new Richmond water heater up an running shortly thereafter.
