    Joey showed up the day we called and the man should have been wearing a cape because he was a real life superhero. Fixed up our bathroom shower valve issue with no fuss. He was very respectful and pleasant to talk to. Cost came in LOWER than he quoted. A wonderful experience from a real professional. Highly recommend!

    Professional and timely services! Javier was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out for the estimate. Gary was a pleasure to work with and A++++ for returning phone calls in todays world. Highly recommend for any electrical needs and will be using them in the future. We had a 60amp fuse box converted to 100amp breaker panel.

    At one in the morning, our water within the house stopped running. This was five days before Christmas Day. A PGA plumber came to seek to restore running water from our well system. He systematically tested all parts of the system, and realized the well pump had to be replaced. That was done, and included chlorinating the water which led to procedures (well explained and instructed) to lead to pure, usable water. On Christmas Eve day they lab-tested the water and let us know it was drinkable. It became a Merry Christmas.

    Rob was amazing! He was very helpful over the phone and had someone here to repair the issue in no time! The service person was also great- he came quickly and had us back up and running in no time! Exceptional and friendly service all around!

    Our furnace blower stopped pumping the hot air. Called a few places, and PGA was the one who could send a technician out. Nate came, diagnosed the issue, but had bad news: the board that needed to be replaced was not in stock and had to be ordered. It would be in the next day. He did a temporary “fix” so we would have heat over night (it worked!). Nate came back the next afternoon, replaced the board, and the heat was blowing normally. Nate was up front with the issue, what needed to be done, and he was efficient. He did a great job, so I would certainly recommend PGA to anyone.

    At our request, PGA sent Shawn to do the maintenance on our furnace and he had to install a new thermostat. He is very knowledgeable, showed up at the time he was scheduled, kept us informed on what he found during the furnace check, and answered any questions we had. Five stars for Shawn.

    We needed a routine maintenance service call for our furnace going into fall. I called, and the scheduling person had an opening ia couple hours later. The tech/ service person arrived on time, after calling in advance to tell us when he was going to be getting to our house. Tanner (the service/tech person) was excellent, found a small gas leak, did the needed repair, and was done in less than an hour. We are very happy with this whole experience and give a big thumbs up to PGA, and especially the employees who scheduled and did the service call.

    Javier and PGA were the best. Following a small electrical fire in my house, PGA was the first company to respond to my six phone calls for estimates. Javier came out and took his time evaluating the area of concern. Through that process, while he didn’t have to, also pointed out other potential dangerous areas. He graciously added them to estimates for me to consider without pushing but wanted me to feel well informed. Being a single parent to two younger children, PGA eased my mind as I navigated through an anxiety ridden time in my life. The empathy and compassion from Javier to his work and customers did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend PGA to anyone looking for work to be completed! Thank you so much!

    This is why I call PGA.The plumber was professional and easy to work with. He tried to fix an old leaky outside faucet, but it was too worn, so he had to replace it; which meant cutting an access hole in the ceiling in my wifes knitting room. 45 minutes later he was completely finished, even cleaned up where he put in an access cover for the hole that needed to cut.Yes, I have an older home and will call PGA the next time I have a problem,

    The bathtub had a nasty clog which we thought we would have to cut out some of the pipe and replace it and within 20 minutes they managed to unclog it. Amazing company!!!

    My boiler fan went out and I was without heat and hot water. I am very appreciative of Brenda sending Ben to service my boiler on the same day so that I won’t be without heat and hot water on cold days. Ben did a great job and got my boiler up and running.     We were disappointed when we first called with a gas leak and the receptionist told us to call WPS or the Fire Dept. We have LP and they cant do anything for us. They cannot touch the furnace. We finally called back and THEN got a technician to come out.

    Great service from PGA yesterday and today. Nathan and Logan were timely very professional and very helpful. Nathan very quickly stopped my boiler from growling the way it had been doing , an ongoing problem. Logan assured me that some quirky thing likely resulted in my water damage, but that my dishwasher and my plumbing all looked intact. Both provided helpful information for me to consider with my ongoing home maintenance. Knowing PGA is out there me for name Setvices is one less thing to worry about.

    Our A/C went out in the middle of a heat wave. PGA was able to come out within a few days to take a look. Unfortunately the unit was 22 years old and was not economical to repair. I was given an estimate with a fair price to replace both the air and the furnace. The crew ( Shawn, Ben and Gregg ) volunteered to work on Saturday so they were able to get it done a couple of weeks later. I contacted two other companies, neither of them could do an estimate in less than a weeks time, and they both said installation wouldnt be until fall.Our new units were installed today. Shawn, Ben and Gregg were all terrific! Extremely professional and efficient with great attitudes. They explained everything throughly and answered all of my questions. They cleaned the work areas completely, it was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.I strongly recommend PGA and Shawn, Ben and Gregg in particular.     The cast iron plumping was leaking in our house that was built in 1910. Logan ended up being the plumber dealing with our plumbing issue. He was so nice, courteous and professional.     Okay everyone, we all know when we have to contact a plumber its not usually for fun. Fun I mean by, water leaking. We had our hot water heater leaking from the anode rod port. They were able to warranty it out and we decided to upgrade to a 75 gallon due to the number of bathrooms and baths. SOLID performance. More recently, we had a shower drain leak from our master shower down to our finished basement bedroom. Logan was so professional with explaining things to us, keeping the area clean, since we had to cut drywall to access the drain. (drywall was screwed anyways since it went unoticed for so long) and was prompt, respectful, and VERY knowledgeable. No more than a few weeks later, I had to call trusted PGA Plumbing again due to our spigot splitting from over the winter. +25 gallons of water spewed into our basement (unfinished side) unoticed for a couple days since we dont go in that portion of the basement often. PGA again was prompt with their service, Logan came out and gave me the estimate right off the bat, I didnt hesitate to say yes. Sure enough when he pulled the spigot and the copper tubing out it was split on the threads. Logan replaced the spigot and the pipe but went above and beyond his duty to explain to me the pitch needed to not have water sitting in the spigot line and even explained to me on how to put the insulation back as to allow airflow vs covering with insulation and then that being the last thing to warm up in the winter with the power outages weve been facing these past ice winters. My hat goes off to the PGA team, Gary, and Logan. Its such a good feeling to be able to trust a company so much when sh*t hits the fan and youve got water problems that you know youll be taken care of and treated fairly. I would recommend and will recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue in their home.Update, PGA took great care of us for a hot water flush. Everyone there is so professional. It was like talking to a friend you’ve know for years. Gary and Logan are top notch! It’s always a pleasure talking to them and tackling the job at hand.
