    I had the pleasure of having Peter from France Sales and Service come to fix the leaking bathtub faucet in our brand new house.Even though no businesses in our area had the part necessary to repair our faucet, Peter tried several things to get the faucet to stop dripping while he waited for the ordered part to arrive.When the part arrived the following week Peter called and returned with the new part. He refused to leave until the job was completed.Peter was extremely professional on both of his service calls, putting on and wearing booties over his shoes every time he had to come in to the house. He used a towel to wipe dry any wet surfaces.Peter stayed to make sure the water in the hot water heater was not too scalding hot. I appreciated that very much!Peter is polite, friendly and someone I would highly recommend to friends and family.Great job Peter

    These guys saved my butt!!! The same day I called, they were able to come and fix my issue quickly. The city had already turned the water off to my rental property so I was in trouble, the plumber from another company thought that the job might be over his head and so they referred me specifically to Chad at France Sales and Services. Chad came out within a few hours of when I called and was super fun and helpful. He explained everything he was doing, answered all of my questions and had no issue with me watching and learning. Chad also called the city to have them come and turn the water back on while he was working so that they could flush the pipes before he hooked everything up and make sure there were no leaks before he left. He inquired on my behalf to the water department about the grants for replacing the lead water main as well. The invoice showed up within a day, the only critique I have is that the invoice was not itemized and we had to send a request out for that, but they were very prompt in getting it to us. I would recommend these guys all day long!!! Thank you Chad

    First of all as some background, this is not the first time we have used France Sales & Service. They were the plumbing contractor on our basement remodel 2 years ago.They plumbed over 1500 square feet of space for us and we couldnt be happier. They also sent out a plumber a few months after our remodel to replace a wax ring on a toilet upstairs that they did not install. Unfortunately that repair only lasted 2 years. So we called them back to help us. They sent out their Master Plumber Josh who immediately admitted the prior France plumber did not install the ring correctly. I was aware that their labor warranty was only for a year. So, I appealed to Josh asking for some help since the ring should not have failed so soon. He recommended talking to the new owner Mike Able. He said he is a great guy and I couldnt agree more. Now let me say that Mike Able is AWESOME!! He cut the price of the repair in half. He did not have to do that and for us, it was all about the principle of the situation. Mike, we will not only continue to use your services going forward, but I have already recommended you to the guys I play golf with every day! Thank you for being that great guy Josh said you were.

    Installed 2 toilets and a bidet. Peter was excellent and did an exceptional job. Very satisfied and I highly recommend them

    France did a great job with our new furnace and AC unit. They were very professional throughout the entire process. The gentlemen that came out to quote the project was very down to earth and didnt try to up-sell us options that we didnt need (unlike a few other contractors that we had bid the job) The guys doing the install were also very professional and worked very efficiently. My wife works from home, so she got to experience the install process first hand. She said that all of the workers were respectful of our home and courteous. Shop around and get a few bids, but I would recommend France.

    We called France hoping someone would be able to come out sometime today, as we had been battling with our furnace for 2 1/2 days already in 0 degree weather. We received a call back from them right away, and they were able to have a serviceman come out immediately, squeezing us between scheduled appointments. Kale diagnosed our problem right away, fixed it quickly, and was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. He ended our very stressful saga with our furnace and with minimal cost to us. Based on our experience today, we would highly recommend France sales & service (and Kale in particular) to anyone.

    The receptionist was very helpful, and the technicians (Mike & Neil) were extremely knowledgeable. They were also very prompt in getting to the job (replacing a water heater). Highly recommend them, and greatly appreciated Mike & Neil’s expertise.

    After doing some online research regarding brands of gas furances available and quality, I made the decision to purchase a Goodman/Amana furnace. Of the vendors available to sell that brand in our area, the reviews for France Sales & Service stood out as a good choice. I called them and they came out and inspected our home to help us determine the size and style of furnace we needed. Andy was very professional, helpful and informative and helped us make the right choice for us and our house.The furnace was installed just a few days ago. The crew showed up on time and were very friendly. They worked very hard while they were there. They left the area neat and clean, as if they had never been there. They were working in less than ideal conditions because we are remodeling and have stuff every where, much of it in their way. But they just did what they do very well. When they left, they left us a detailed note as to what they accomplished and for us to call with any questions.I am comfortable with my choice of France Sales & Service because of their past reviews. I also believe that I will have 24/7 customer service if I need it and that is a HUGE factor in our decision. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

    From scheduling to execution, France was professional, honest, and incredibly reasonable with price for the amount of work they did - not to mention the quick and quality work. Im not eager for more plumbing issues, but if they arise Ill no doubt be giving them a call back.

    I thought the new exhaust was good, but its leaking, friendly service, review will change after they elect to fix replace or what ever is needed, this is the only issue I have had with them, mistakes happen but need to be adressed. Update kale came here and fixed our gas valve and did a very thorough job. 100% positive experience. Thanks again.

    Its sad our original Furnace guy that worked with france sales passed away, but they sent us a new guy, my kids enjoy him they always love following him and ask 101 questions on how things go. They have such great customer service and every time i call there always here with in a hour. I will always keep my business with them forever.

    They did a complete basement bathroom install for us. They collaborated with a contractor, which they were able to give recommendations for, and had the project completed very quickly and smoothly. They also did a great job keeping clean which I did not expect with having to cut our basement concrete.
