    I am fortunate to have found this plumbing business. Let me start by saying that my husband was a plumbing contractor. Since he died, there have been several times when I have needed plumbing services & really didnt know where to turn, as I never had to reach out to others for this kind of help. I couldnt be more pleased with Best-1. Their work & customer service are top notch. Everyone is so friendly & personable, especially Mia who answers the phone. She is always so understanding & treats you like she really cares about you & your situation. They are quick to respond. Earlier this Spring, I came home to find a water pipe had broken & it was flooding my house. It was after 4pm & they arrived within 30 minutes.Recently I had water leaking from under my furnace. It was after hours on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Mia answered & said all the plumbers had gone home. However, Damien, the owner, said he would come right over. He did & found the water was coming from my dehumidifier. He was so nice & kind about it. He didnt treat me like I was stupid at all. In addition, I asked him about when I should call to get my water heater flushed & he said he would do it right away, even though it was the Friday of a holiday weekend. He didnt act rushed or annoyed. And to top it off, I have never received a bill for that day.I think this is a business that is invested in their customers & treating them like they would want to be treated. I will definitely use them again when I have a need (although Im not excited about needing plumbing services for awhile).

    Our furnace failed on New Years Eve, they came and made a temporary repair, gave us a quote on replacement of the soon to be twenty year old unit. We decided to replace furnace and air conditioner. Different people brought those and installed them. They emailed the bill late the evening after install, I had a check in the mail the next day. Got a email from them saying they hadnt received payment, any delay was a Post Office issue. I think they should have the same zeal to let me know when they received my check.

    After receiving the run around from three of the larger HVAC companies in the area, one of which I purchased two systems in the last 20 years, I called Best-1 on the referral of my hair stylist! Damian came out to see what work needed to be done, submitted an estimate to us just a few days later and installed a new furnace and air conditioning system the following week. It was a challenging project. But he and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. I would highly recommend their services. They truly are the Best-1!!

    Nick is great! He is very helpful, professional, and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to this business! He did a great job setting up our air conditioning this summer and made sure the heat was good to go for the winter months! Everything was done in a timely matter, and Mia does a great job with scheduling! Thank you!

    Air conditioner stopped working - I called these guys and they showed up within an hour. The tech (owner) brought the part he assumed was needed to repair the unit, and within 20 minutes it was up and running great again. On a day with an expected high of 90, this was amazing! Ill call them again without hesitation!

    Nick has helped us out not only with our A/C but our heat as well! He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our heat went out unexpectedly and with a little one at home, we needed our heat and he fixed it promptly. Thanks Nick! We appreciate you!

    I have been a customer for about 15 years. The workers are courteous and skilled. They have always been there for me! My old water heater broke and they made time in their schedule to replace it the day I called. Pricing is about normal. They have an answering service and return calls promptly. My coworker would have similar positive comments. Recommended.

    After being repeatedly turned down for same day emergency service by other companies, Best 1 found the time to stop by and make a super quick repair to a pressure relief valve in our downstairs plumbing. The valve had burst and flooded a large part of our basement. He stopped by and quickly assessed the issue and was done in about 15 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for finding the time to help us out so we could have hot water again!!

    What a wonderful company, my furnace went out on a night we were experiencing subzero temps. I called several companies and was given extremely high pricing due the urgency of the situation. I called Jeff and he not only gave me a prize on a Rhem furnace that was so much lower than any other bid, he and his guys were here first thing the next day to get my furnace.I cant say enough about the great service I received. Thank you!!!

    Best 1 is fast and efficient and they know what they are doing! They fixed all the problems I with my plumbing in record time and they dont charge exuberant prices either. I wont call any other place! I highly recommend this place above any other for anything you need fixed. They worked miracles with my sump pump and all my plumbing that is for sure!

    Was a 90 degree day and my AC was working hard, I noticed my AC drain line was clogged and therefore had to shut down the AC. I called Best 1 and Damien had me taken care of promptly. The guy that he sent to help was clean, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I always receive this kind of service from these guys. I would recommend them.

    I called about 7 plumbers in Marshfield and no one would replace the hot water heater for us. It was under warranty and was put in the house before we purchased the house. Therefore we had no clue where it was purchased. Best-1 plumbing was the only one willing to help and got us help super quickly. They will have a customer from here on out!!
