A Great! big Thank You! to Terry, Jacob, Ben and Erica for helping me out with my plumbing problem that just occurred. Jacob & Ben came in and worked great! together as a team from start to finish. They were able to locate the problem of blockage in the main pipeline and explained what had to be done before starting. They used a High Pressure Jet to resolve the issue. When finished, they cleaned up all around the area leaving it like you never knew that they were there. Professional from start to finish. Terry was great to talk to over the phone. Very courteous and attentive to my needs. You can tell he understands the importance of customers wanting to have running water in their house as soon as possible and they all work as quickly and efficiently as they can to get the job done. His bookkeeper Erica was very pleasant and professional over the phone when it came time to pay. In Nov2023 I needed the septic pipe replaced from where it exits the house to where it meets my septic tank. It was a tricky job as due to certain construction features of my 1930s home, the pipe needed to be shifted to a different location/path. Terry gave me a very fair quote, his office team provided proof of certification and insurance and his team of workers performed the work in one day. He was very responsive with the project and dealt quickly with any hiccups that arose. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trust worthy contact for excavation and replacement work of their home in the schenectady/albany area.

These guys are the absolute best! They replaced a bad section of our sewer line and the service was great. The work was perfect. The price was reasonable. The sewer pipe now flows as it is supposed to. They just came back to replace all the old copper pipes in my house with PEX. Efficient and really good work. Again, fair prices. If you need sewer or plumbing I would recommend them over everyone else!

Terry & his crew came out very fast for a sewer break issue . To say I’m pleased is an understatement !!!! These men worked for 8 hours !!!! They completed the job & got me back up and running . I hired J Ellrott to replace a water line. It turned into a big job which kept the crew led by Terry there until 8pm. They continue to work non stop and made sure that the water would be turned back on before they left. They were a pleasure to work with and kept the situation as light as possible with there attitude towards the situation. I’m definitely going to be using them again whenever I need a sewer or water line replaced. Top notch company!

This is the second time we have had Terry to our home, we have root issues and the first year we needed services fast and they were here the same day to help us! We have one bathroom in the home and we were saved. I have since learned that preventative maintenance is key and they responded just as quickly and were fast, thorough and reasonable. If you need help don’t hesitate to call, this company is top notch!

Had a water main leak in the house that another plumber refused to do. Terry came out and fixed it within an hour. Professional, curteous, and very funny! Even though it was an emergency, I was not price gouged and was actually cheaper than a bigger company! I would absolutley use them again!

This company has performed sanitary and drain line cleaning, catch basin cleaning, grease trap service. I cannot say enough about their customer service, they are cooperative, and always return calls and do what ever is necessary to get your problem corrected. I have also contracted them to install potable water into a facility from the municipal lines. I manage many buildings in the tri-city area and I can trust and count on them for doing a great job at a fair cost.

When the orangeburg pipe leading out of my house turned to mush, Terry was able to schedule a dig within a week of seeing the situation, saving me from a months-long hell that most other contractors wouldve had me wait through. He and his crew excavated and repaired the broken pipes in a timely manner. Overall very happy with my experience with Terry and this company.

My best experience ever with a plumbing service.Had a backed up sewer, old plumbing and buried cleanouts that I had no idea where they were located. Terry Walter came out, worked around the old plumbing to create an in-house cleanout, located and dug out the cleanouts outside the house, snaked the line to remove the blockage and TVed the line to show the blockage was removed and the line in great shape.All this was done professionally and at a great price. Call these people first!
