    We just purchased an entirely new Kinetico Whole Home Water System through Schultz Soft Water in Sauk Rapids, Mn.Jon Schultz did an excellent job of explaining/promoting Kinetico, & followed up with a layout and design that fit our home and our needs. After agreeing upon the scope and price of the project, the installation was set for the very next day to fit our schedule. Their installers, Jordan and Bob, promptly started at 9:00am and completed the installation three hours later at noon. Their focus on detail is a credit to not only Schultz Soft Water, but more importantly to who these two young men are themselves, dedicated and hard working. We’d recommend the Kinetico Whole Home Water system to anyone, and without a second thought, we’d highly recommend Schultz Soft Water for their expertise in Sales and Service of their products.Tom Rudolph

    Schultz Soft Water and Kinetico are fabulous!! They were on time, very friendly and the service was amazing. Our service technician Bob answered all my questions and thouroghly went over all the different part of the softer, explained when to add salt and change the filter. Bob even fixed the broken drain the previous owners of the house tried to fix with just plumber putty(we didnt know it was broken).The softener fits perfectly against the wall and out of the way. I will only go with Schultz Soft Water and Kinetico and I reccomend everyone else does. Thanks again Schultz Soft Water!!!!

    The water at our house was absolutely awful when we moved in. Seemed like the previous owners hadnt had a softner installed the whole time they lived here. Well I got in contact with Jon and between him and his technician Jordan they got me squared away with a fully rigged out system well under what I was expecting to have to budget for the project. They ran a new water line to my refrigerator after he noticed that the current one was just really rough, ran me a new line to my sink for our Reverse Osmosis drinking water and gave me a great rundown on how to work the system and how to maintain it. Jordan did a fantastic job on the install and squeezed me into his schedule really short notice which was fantastic. the water tastes great, the system works perfectly and it was all priced very well. I would recommend these guy to anybody needing their system updated, replaced or just needing an initial system. Great work guys and thanks!

    They were fabulous to work with. It was such a simple and quick process. Jon was great about making a time that worked with my schedule to come check out my existing softener. He was great at educating me on what the issue was and my options for moving forward. He offered us several options and prices to help us make a decision. About a week or so later they came and installed a new softener. It was quick and painless. No complaints. Its been a month or so since its been installed and Im happy to report that my dishwasher cleans better than ever along with other improvements that Ive noticed!

    I was surprised to learn the cost of getting an iron filter, water softener and RO system ($11,500). They offered financing and said the system could be moved to another house if needed, so we decided to get it. Now the work, well above my expectations. Not only did they fix existing problems (thanks Traut Wells) but they simplified our existing system when installing the Kinetico system. We are on a well and the water was very hard and stunk. Now the water I have is better than the filtered water at work. I couldnt be happier and the customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend. Not a bad thing to say. Thanks John!

    Just bought my first house a few months ago. Water system definitely needed updating since it’s a 45 year old home. John came quickly to give us a walk through of the system we had, talked us through all of the current issues and recommended the products that would best help us. Start to finish the whole process was informative and comforting. Even if a hiccup comes, Schultz Soft Water is there to work with you to make things right, and in todays world that means everything to this young new home owner. I will ONLY use Schultz for my water needs and recommend them to everyone who will listen!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making a stressful situation so easy!!

    Very excited and pleased to have a Kinetico Whole House Soft Water and Water Treatment system in my home. I had one in a previous home many years ago and truly missed soft and treated water. Bob was very professional, clean, considerate and kind while installing the system. He answered my questions, chose a fabulous location to install the system and explained how they system works, how to change the filters, etc. after the installation was complete. He arrived on time and the installation took no longer than predicted. I highly recommend Schultz Soft Water, Inc. and their team for your water treatment needs!

    Couldn’t be happier with the results!!! I’ve never had water this good in my house and the drinking water from the K5 is awesome! Big thanks to Bob and Jordan who came out and installed a softener and K5. They did an great job and the quality of their work really shows. Everything is mounted perfectly straight and all the hoses are nicely tied and organized. I can tell they take pride in their work! Bob also did a great job explaining how the systems work and showed me exactly how to change every filter. I highly recommend Schultz Soft Water!

    Jon came out and gave us our options in a very non-pushy way. He was very knowledgeable in explaining all of their systems and the differences between them and other devices. Bob was also very timely in his arrival to install our system.     We had Schultz out to look at our softener. They informed me of what it needed, repaired it at a reasonable price, and re-installed it, all without any hiccups. I can’t begin to say how impressed I was with their responsiveness and follow through to deliver on what they said they would do. It’s hard to come by nowadays, and they’ll be the first call I make when another issue arises and the first company I’ll refer to family and friends. Thanks John for the great customer service.

    Had a new Kinetico Premier series 2060s and a Forever Pure water filter system installed by Schultz Soft Water. The install went without a hitch and turned out excellent. I would highly recommend these guys if youre in the market for a new system. Very courteous, explained things well, removed their shoes when needed to keep the floor clean. Our tech Bob took the time to mount the equipment/water lines in an organized fashion the way it should be done! The Kinetico system is great and it is somewhat of an investment so it was very important to me to have a quality installation to go with it. The Schultz team did just that, thanksguys!

    After moving back to the area from a part of the state where my Kinetico Water Softener saw extreme use due to the hardness level of the water, I reached out to Schultz Soft Water to have my existing system--which I brought from my previous place--installed in my new place. Bob was prompt, was professional in appearance and respected our property by removing his shoes to work in the basement and by keeping a clean work environment. From start to finish the job took 1 1/2 hours to complete which included all the necessary hookups, a few minor parts that were replaced at no extra charge because the hard water at my old place simply wore them out, and to ensure that everything was working properly. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the service and wed be proud to refer anyone to Greg, Jon, or any of the Schultz Soft Water crew for any water related needs they may have.

    These guys are awesome. This is my second system with them and if I could, I would buy many more. Not only is the Kinetico system the best made, working with Schultz is like working with friends. They are kind, hard working and have excellent attention to detail. Bobs installation work is outstanding. The fit and finish is excellent.     I wasnt home for Bob to do theinstallation. When I returned from work he was gone and checking the job that he did I was very impressed. The old soft water system was removed the mew one in place and the drain pipes were up to code. Everything was done and I couldnt tell he had even been thereI also had the reverse osmosis system replaced and all was done. Fantastic job Bob and Kinetico for the recommended units.

    Had rusty, smelly water and Bob came out and serviced our system which fixed that issue but then our water pressure ended up decreasing so called them up about this and then both Bob and Jon came out and replaced the Iron filter tank and now I have water pressure that I have never had in the 14 years that I have lived here. They are AMAZING!! Explained everything in detail and super polite! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a water softener, iron filter, or drinking water system and trust me when I say you will not be disappointed!Thank you again guys you were amazing!!

    Absolutely the best! Jon showed up right on time for the appointment that we set up and got right to work testing/analyzing & asking about our water issues. Nothing pushy, no gimmicks or sales pitches, just straight up knowledgeable advice. We have the Kinetico Powerline PRO SV & K5 R/O drinking water station, which were installed quickly & seamlessly.     We are so happy with our new Kinetico water softener and drinking water system. We had it installed at our cabin. We decided to go with this system because it does not use electricity, perfect for a seasonal home where the power randomly goes out sometimes. It is a real treat after years of hard, ironlaced water to have spotless dishes and fresh drinking water. We were very pleased with Schultz Soft Water. They are knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. Very clean installation and good service. Highly recommend both the Kinetico and Schultz.

    For a long time had a Kinetico Soft Water System in mind - yes, all the media attention especially seeing Minnesota Bound Ron Scharas testimonial and then when some of my friends said why dont you rent to own for a trial and see if you like it. So called Jon Schultz and he set me up so at the end of my rental if I wanted to keep it most of what I paid was applied to the purchase - one heck of a deal as he offered full warranty for a system that was only 6 months in use at a discount. Savings with less salt and low cost filter to replace twice a year and hardly any maintenance as its all mechanical. My wife and I couldnt be happier and more satisfied as we have owned our Kinetico system over two years. Thank you Schultz Family!

    Called on the Friday after Thanksgiving looking for parts for my water softener head, they stayed open long enough for me to drive into town, Greg looked at my control head and without a blink of an eye pointed out all that was wrong with it and suggested that I shouldnt rebuild it but rather buy either a new unit or maybe he had a decent used one.. after digging around he found a decent used control head unit and he spent the next 45min freshing up the used one and the cost was very reasonable and he was also very knowledgeable on water treatment. Great conversation and I would definitely recommend this place for any water treatment issues... He definitely will see me when I am in the market for a new water treatment system. Thanks Greg!

    The service team is very customer service friendly and the product is great. Called for replacement filters and a water test and they were out the same day. Jon also made us aware of discounts available for the next time we need filters. Awesome company.

    We were with Culligan for 26 years. Had system failure. They wouldnt schedule sooner that a week. Receptionist was snotty. We only do St. Cloud for two days a week Called Schultz, Jon was out in 45 minutes. Had state of the art system installed with 2 hours and 45 minutes. This is the way to run a business!

    Just had kinetico water softener and k5 water purification system installed. I cannot be happier. I initially got kinetico for my wife who loves soft water and cannot stand drinking unfiltered water thinking that I would not be able to tell the difference. I usually never pay too much attention to either softness or taste. Boy was I wrong. I could tell immediately the difference in water softness and taste. I simply can not recommend kinetico and Scultz Soft Water enough. Yes the cost is a bit higher but so worth it. If you are on the fence do yourself a favor and get a kinetico. They turned me, a semi skeptic, into a believer in less than a day. It also doesnt hurt when the city inspector was impressed with the system. Lastly would like give a big shout out to John, Bob and Jordan for doing such amazing work!

    We contacted Schultz Soft Water on the recommendation of a neighbor after we identified our current softener was no longer functioning properly. It was a common residential softener often sold at big box stores ( specifically Menards) and would cycle through at least four bags of salt month while providing ZERO benefit. They came out within two days, looked over the system/plumbing and recommend some equipment. We decided to purchase a softening system and K5 reverse osmosis drinking system ( our water was running at 25 grains per gallon of chlorine - essentially we were drinking out of a swimming pool each day) . All I can say is WOW the difference is amazing when you have the right equipment. The installation was also top notch and made a person like me with a little OCD extremely happy. The team stuck around after and explained how to service the filters and left within 3 hours of arrival. We are very pleased all around with the outcome. Highly recommend Schultz for your water needs!

    If youve got a softener issue, especially with a kinetico, theres nobody better to call. Aquarius tried getting me a new unit for $6,700 before I got the parts I needed to add 20 years to my old Kinetico Water softeners life from these guys for a few hundred bucks. Save your money and remove Aquarius from your contacts. They have KINETICO PARTS AND RESIN!
