I worked with Southern Supply for 35 years as a contractor and can honestly say they were one of my best suppliers. When I needed something after being retired for five years they were on it immediately. Cant recommend them more highly

Really happy with my experience here today. My plumber repiped my house and had my pipe too close to the wall for my linear drain. I stopped in here to see if they had an offset “dog ear”. the gentleman at the counter took me to the back and put two fittings together and did exactly what I needed. I was thrilled. Then the lady at the counter was able to match my price on a escutcheon trim for my valve. Great service all around. Will be back and send clients here.

Great customer service by an “old school” plumbing fixture and supply company. If they don’t have it, they’ll try and get it for you. We’ve used them for kitchen and bathroom renovations. They carry Moen, Koehler and Gerber fixtures (plus more). The Sarasota showroom has ample displays, plus a large-screen monitor to look at the myriad of options available.

I came in the store ice cold looking for a Moen kitchen faucet replacement. A gentleman named Rick who actually turned out to be the boss approached me; I showed him photos of the existing faucet and a different style I was looking for. His service was absolutely first class, super friendly and he even explained to me how I could get a hose replacement for the existing faucet from Moen at no charge as they back-up their products 100%. I ended up purchasing an upgraded commercial line faucet and Rick gave me an amazing deal. No question, I will be back again for my future plumbing hardware needs which will probably be a toilet and HW Heater eventually. Thanks Rick for old school professionalism and great customer service!
