My wife and I recently had two bathrooms redone in our condo in Longboat Key. We worked with Prestige Plumbing and Alex in particular. We changed all of our fixtures and changed the plumbing in the walls to accommodate our new design. Alex was always very professional. He was great in communicating our appointments and confirming. I can’t say enough good things about the way Alex handled both of our jobs as they were done at separate times. I would highly recommend Alex and Prestige Plumbing to anyone that ask.

Service is incredible. Had a slab leak at 6pm on a Saturday night with an inch of water in the hotel room. Called Prestige and the owner Josh was on call, within the hour Josh was onsite and working to solve the issue. After detecting the leak Josh went to work and fixed the problem. Ortiz did a wonderful job! We had a cheap builders grade turnoff for our refrigerator water feed, and it needed to be replaced. He brought with him exactly what he needed and even though he warned me that the drywall would need to be cut and they couldnt repair, he only cut what he absolutely needed and the coverplate covers the hole! AND, he cleaned up the dust! Their prices are fair and they got here remarkably quickly given the repair work going on in the St. Pete area. We highly recommend Prestige Plumbing.

Prestige Plumbing customer service was great. Alex, the operations manager was fast and very nice. A call on a Friday afternoon and I had little hope for anyone coming today and not over charging me. Not only was the price fair, but they came within the hour, and as someone with a 5-week-old baby I am beyond appreciative. Dan, the technician, was polite and was able to fix the backup in our bathtub and toilet. Very happy & grateful customer!

I had Prestige fix a break in my underground water main today. I had called them on Saturday and set up an appointment for today, and they called early in the morning and said theyd come out in the morning and did. It wasnt a particularly easy hole to dig as it was in the tight space between the backflow valve slab and the water meter housing, but the guy that came out to do it was careful. They quoted me a price range on the phone, and the final bill came out right in the middle.. which I thought was reasonable. Good plumbers.

Alex came to my house and fixed the water temperature in about 5 minutes! 2 other plumbers from other companies said “Nah, it’s fine” when the water was barely 95 degrees. Alex looked at it and got the water hot enough so that the water gave us nice, hot (not scalding) showers, the dishwasher actually cleans the dishes now, and the hot water in the washer for clothes works perfectly! If you need a plumber, Alex is the man!

I recently had a main water shutoff valve replaced in my condo by Master Plumber Alex Beaubien. Not only was he punctual but totally professional in both his skills and manner. I cannot more highly recommend him and his company for your plumbing needs. Alex went above and beyond his duties to ensure that the job he was doing for me would be to my satisfaction and let me tell you it was more than I expected! Alex is a definite asset to this company and if I was the owner I would do all I could within my powers to retain him and his talents as a gifted employee.

I thought I had a problem with a toilet not flushing properly so I called Prestige on Monday afternoon and spoke to John and explained my problem . He said he would call the next morning to see if my problem still exists and would send a plumber if it did . He called as promised at 8 am and I told him not only did the problem still existed but seven of my neighbors were having the same problem so it sounds like a main sewer tie problem as we live in a condo association and asked if he could send Quinten who was his employee and I was familiar with his impeccable work ethic .Quinten was dispatched arriving at 9 am from 30 miles away and started analyzing the scope of this problem. He used high tech fish tapes that had a camera feed back to his Video monitor, state of the art equipment ! He started rodding with a power rodder and had to dig some find holes to determine were pipes were with his locator , he could dig like a human backhoe I never have seen anything like him , he could have been in the Olympics !He analyzed the trouble 100 % correctly cleared a clog that was created by tropical storm Debby flooding St Petersburg’s Sanitary sewer system and creating a back flow as the storm passed by in the gulf , a once every hundred year event with the sanitary sewer flooding out .It took a genius like Quinten and his crew of total of 2 men to resolve a major problem with a never give up attitude .Prestige Plumping is the only outfit I will call in the future and will always ask if Quinten is available, as it turned out the condominium association was the customer in the end so alls well that ends well , all of my neighbors toilets flushed properly !THANK YOU QUINTEN and Prestige

Outstanding service and response time! Had a toilet overflow issue due to a clogged line going out to the sewer system in my neighborhood. Prestige had Anthony at my place within one hour. He worked to clear the clog and clean up in and around the toilet, put in a new seal, and new caulking. Excellent workmanship, very good price. My highest recommendations!

I have been working with Prestige Plumbing for almost a year now! I started building an accessory building in the backyard, we started the plumbing, then the virus hit, all kinds of issues getting other contractors in there. All the while Josh and his team were phenomenal an accommodating all my crazy requests. I was not able to get everything done at once due to Major Contracting issues with electrical AC inspections Etc.They ended up coming back several times do piecemeal. Contracted with Prestige plumbing to install a soaker tub for our daughter. Highly professional experience from the start of the project to completion. The scheduling was simplified by the use of technology to quote the job. Our schedule was accommodated as requested and the plumbers arrived as planned with a courtesy text and email prior. Our plumber Anthony and his helper did a very professional job with the installation to complete the job. When arriving they were careful and laid down drop cloths to minimize dirt through out the house, installed the tub, and cleaned up at the end of the job. They also took the extra time to understand the end wall tile layout to adjust the faucet height. Thank you and highly recommend.

Quintin from Prestige Plumbing fixed two plumbing issues on short notice on a SATURDAY morning. He single handedly replaced our (rental) Hot Water Heater that was rusted and about to explode. Other companies failed to notice or were not interested enough to handle to issue. He also fixed the leaking toilet that was flooding our bathroom. An issue that several others could not handle. He was professional, knew his stuff, and got the job done. No more water on the floor = five stars.
