    Well, my outcome is detailed- my gas line to the pool was cut off by the previous homeowner. ( leak ) I did get a credit for part of it. It’s an expensive job.     Brandon seems to have diagnosed a problem that two plumbers and two electricians had not been able to pinpoint. We have to order a part to wait to see if it works, but the issue as Brandon explained it seems to be the most logical scenario.He was spot on. We received the part early, they made an appointment to install it the next day and it could it have been smoother. An excellent experience.

    Very impressed with Plumbing Express and specifically our technician, Speedy. He showed up promptly (within the promised time window) and was courteous and professional.     Discovered a leak on the side of my home. Water shooting from a connection to the house.Unable to stop the leak even with turning off the the shut off. Called well known local plumbing company that has serviced me for over 20 years. Asked for emergency service as was unable to shut off the leak. They could only promise possible an after hours call later in the evening. This happened at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Went on line and found plumbing express. They clearly understood the word emergency and had a plumber at my home within an hour. Solved the issue fast. Truck had a master plumber and apprentice. I have now fired the plumber I used for over 20 years and will use Plumbing Express at home and my business properties.

    Rob from plumbing express was amazing, we moved into our new home and had some nuisance issues that we wanted to address sooner than later. Also had a gas line leak to our pool heater which was addressed during the diagnostic period most plumbers won’t even come out of gas is involved. Rob was prompt efficient and sorted our needs well.     Eric was very professional and actually walked me through the process of turning on and off the gas lines. My only apprehension was the cost. Although they waived the dispatch fee of $69.00, I dont agree with 231.00 for just turning off the gas line and capping it. Seems too expensive and I would not recommend this company, too expensive!

    I happened upon Plumbing Express in a “search” for plumbing parts replacement. What I thought was going to be a DIY simple part replacement resulted in plumbing above my “pay grade” !! Plumbing Express guided me to MOEN customer service for FREE replacement parts… for a complete rebuild of my shower faucet & temperature mixer. When parts arrived, I most definitely gave PE a call to do the job. Prompt response, fast service appointment, good communication from tech & job well done! Cody was our technician.     Rob is professional and honest so is plumbing express ! He tells you what’s going on and how he s going to deal with it. He works until the job is finished. Two days after he left we had to call him again and he did a great job with no additional fees. I highly recommend 👌🏻

    My Rinnai tankless water heater stopped working and the manufacturer recommended Plumbing Express to repair the unit because they are one of the few companies in the area with technicians certified on the Rannai tankless water heater. Cody came out the following morning at 9 AM, and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently for less money than expected. He increased the water pressure and water temperature more than it had been since I purchased the house. Plumbing Express does phenomenal work!

    Flavio “Speedy” is a Great guy who provides outstanding service! Had to make a trouble call to get my Hayward 400ktu working to heat my pool. He checked the pressure which was good, opened the unit to see if the switch was on and it was and then he saw they left a bag which blocked the air inlet.     My tankless gas water heater needed to be replaced because it stopped working; the unit was almost 20 years old. Christine spent hours on my job in an attempt to satisfy a home warranty company and their requirements in order to repair or replace my unit. They wanted part numbers (the broken part was obsolete, no longer in production because the unit was so old) and then the moment one issue was satisfied, they asked for something else. This want on for nine days. She and I both called the warranty company countless times. Her tenacity was incredible. She wanted to take care of my issue even if I didnt use Plumbing Express. She was upset for me. I have never experienced a person going the extra mile, going above and beyond to help me. Brandon was also extremely helpful in negotiating prices with management and distributors in order to lower the costs in order to help me out as well. I am so impressed by this business; the work they provide is top notch and their kindness and willingness to help is just incredible. I would give Christine and Brandon a million stars but this rating only allows for a max of five stars. I highly recommend this business. Ive never experienced customer service and the time spent by Christine in order to help me out. Thank you so much for being a champion, Christine. You are a phenomenal person and Plumbing Express is all the better to have you on staff!

    New gas appliance unhook and rehook was easy with the fast, professional service provided. On both days, scheduling was easy because they accommodated the delivery of the appliance.     2nd Review: We had plumbing Express come out again today (1/29/2024) and we are again very satisfied with the whole process with Plumbing Express and Rob who took care of a very unpleasant job quickly and efficiently.(Previous review) I looked at google reviews and reviews from the Nextdoor app to find a plumber. I chose Plumbing Express based on the most positive reviews from both. I came to google to add my own positive review. Its really hard to find quality home improvement professionals, so Im really glad we found a plumbing company we are happy with. Making the initial appointment was easy and we were surprised they had availability within 3 days (we had a not urgent request). We had 3 projects we needed done and they were all done that day within 3 hours time.     When we arrived home late last night, after spending Christmas out of state, we were surprised to find we had no hot water.Today, Sunday morning AND New Years Eve Day, we were sure we couldnt get a repair person in, and were not handy with appliances. I expected to be told that no one was available this long holiday weekend. NOT SO! When I got Rick from Plumbing Express on the phone, I could hear kids in the background, and I apologized for disturbing him. Not a problem, he said. Ill be there in a half hour or a little more. He arrived a half hour later, and discovered that our pilot light had gone out. He re-lit it and stayed for a while to make sure it stayed lit, and that the water was warming up. He also showed me how to relight it, should it go out again.He was efficient, polite and a really nice guy. Thank you, Rick and Plumbing Express, and Happy New Year!Through no fault of Ricks, who did warn us that the pilot unit was subject to failure, we only had lukewarm water. I called back the the next day and and they sent another fellow out-Flavio aka Speedy. He found that the pilot unit had indeed failed, he contacted the company immediately, and the new unit arrived the next day. He came promptly to replace the part and we now have lots of hot water. Grant came out promptly and installed our water heater. He was extremely professional and proficient in his work. He completed the install in a short amount of time, cleaned up the garage and talked me through everything he had done. A week later we called them back because we were having trouble setting the temperature. Grant came right back out the next day and took care of us, no problem, and no charge.     Thank you to Sam! He even came over on a holiday weekend!! He found and fixed the problem on our tankless water heater within minutes. This was after another plumbing company messed up the controls on the console. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and kind.

    Bought a new fridge and when water line disconnected from old fridge water leaking everywhere so had to reschedule new fridge delivery as I had no idea where the shut-off valve was. I could write a novel but Speedy and Sam were at my house in about half an hour and helped me find the water shut-off valve to the fridge and even returned soon after as a courtesy as I thought it was still leaking ( evidently residual water in the line). They were fast, patient and helpful. I recommend Plumbing Express, Inc and Speedy and Sam!

    Had a hitch with scheduling... no biggie. Two experienced techs did an outstanding job installing my gas water heater. All copper lines installed. Its actually a beautiful thing. 😀 Jacob was excellent in customer service: explained the entire scope of the job and took the time to answer my many questions and explain the new system to me. Very pleased with this company.

    Plumbing Express installed 3 bathroom vanities for us. David and Kyle were knowledgeable and super friendly. They explained everything they were doing and laid out very clear pricing before they started the job. We will definitely use them for all our future needs!!!
