Cost, and time efficient, this pipe lining solution is stronger than steel, with little disruption to your home or business. The TEAM is always available via phone, and are there to help with any questions or concerns at a moments notice. I met PRS when I hired them to do a restoration at my business on Anna Maria Island. The project was large and was complete in a matter of days. Since then, i have hired them at several other properties that I manage!! Thank you for introducing me to this world of technology!! These guys are great. They did the initial job in less time than expected, and were extremely thoughtful and communicative. Just had them back to check the lining because of a problem I thought might be related. (Its been about a year) Nothing wrong with the lining, and one of them solved a very simple plumbing problem while he was here -- unrelated to the lining job, but something plumbers hadnt picked up on.

Work went pretty much according to plan. One office material supply error caused a potential serious situation, but quick action by the crew mitigated the impact for a full recovery. Crew exhibited a great work ethic throughout the two-week project, and the experience and ability to deal with unexpected situations. Kyle deserves special mention for, knowledge, customer consideration and leadership ability. PRS was the right choice.

Pipe Restoration Solutions installed cured-in-place pipe lining within 125 feet of 55-year old, corroded cast iron sewer pipe beneath our slab-on-grade home. Work crew headed by Cody and assistants Ron, Kyle, and Jake (not shown in photos) spent the first 3 days cleaning the pipe network (using a hydrojetter and mechanical cleaning tools) to prepare pipe for lining. Segments of inflatable, epoxy-filled lining ranging in length from about 7 to 35+ feet were pulled into place (sometimes from sewer stacks on the roof), secured, inflated, and cured during the course of 4 more days. Narrated, in-situ video-camera recordings of the pipe network were made prior to cleaning, after cleaning / before lining, and after lining. Video files were provided to us for our records. All members of the work crew were very professional, well equipped, and took great care to keep the work area and surroundings clean. Hats off and two thumbs up to all for a job well done.

Mike and his crew were excellent. They lined our cast iron drain piping under our building and the drain lines out to the clean out in our carport parking lot. Their professionalism was superb. I was impressed with their work ethic. It is seldom in today’s world you see workers who do not mind getting dirty, sweating and working efficiently to do quality work.Additionally, the communications from Mike were excellent-always willing to answer questions and provide timely updates.We were very pleased with the focus on quality of work as exemplified by staying late on Friday night to properly install the last lining.Thanks for a job well done.

Where to begin, Matt consulted me a year ago and was very supportive in issues that we were having in the Jamison building. With that in mind, I was happy that the board chose PRS to reline our pipes because everything seems so dependable. Once the process began, everything ran fairly smoothly in preparation for the actual lining. Staff members from PRS met with the board to explain what would happen once they started and to provide all the contact information needed. On site, Mike Skelton was wonderful. He went above and beyond for the residents of this building. He provided a schedule that I could post for the residents and gave me updates daily. He was quick to figure out problems and help us solve them. If I had to do this again, I would definitely ask for Mike. thank you, PRS. On a sidenote, there was a day when Tyler was working downstairs and an elderly woman couldn’t get off the sidewalk. Tyler tried to help her, but was unable to do it on his own so he came and got me to help take care of the situation. He acted very responsibly. Both he and Dustin were always respectful and always helpful. They made a great team.

Our 50-year-old cast iron drains, under the house slab, were heavily choked with crud and corrosion. When youd flush the guest bathroom toilet, you would have to cross your fingers and hope for the best. After snaking that line one too many times, I called PRS on the recommendation of a neighbor. They videoed the lines, and confirmed why we were having the issues.They scheduled a time to commence, and told us how long it would take, and what would be required. A very professional crew showed up promptly on the start date, pressure blasted our lines clean, and commenced epoxy-lining them. Every aspect of the job went well. Crew members were courteous and professional at all times, and finished on the day they said they would. Office staff was helpful and professional as well.Now, instead of crossing fingers, we just wave bye! What a relief to have our old pipes fully open and slick again!Id hire these guys again in a minute. Highly recommended.

One of the best vendors I have had the pleasure to work with. The service they furnish is very effective and done with the least amount of evasiveness. We hired PRS for camera work in a collapsed underground drainage pipe. Working with the office personnel and the job crew was a great experience. They are very knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations of what we were looking at on the camera screen and explaining what was happening with the pipe and possible solutions. Do not hesitate to call PRS if you have a pipe issue in your home! This company has *the most experienced and caring* employees you can imagine. Our home was built in the days of cast iron pipes and it was a question of either re-plumb or line the pipes. We got estimates from several reputable companies, including PRS. Based on the way they fully described what they were going to do and how they discussed pros and cons up front, we contracted to have the pipes lined *and* to have all of the galvanized fittings replaced (had to jack-hammer the floor and repour cement). PRS hit every schedule, answered every question. Here are the all-stars we want to publically thank: Britnie in the office (every business needs a Britnie - she is organized, sweet, and knows exactly how to set this up right!), G the plumber and his helper, John the cement guy, Chris who happily answered the on-call phone on a Sunday night (yes, this business still provides REAL customer service), John and David, who are incredibly nice, knowledgable, and hard-working -- everyone weve met there fit that description. Pipe Restoration Solutions (PRS) worked on my 66-year-old house/pipe. Hydro-jet/mechanically cleaned and CIPP lined 25ft of 4 cast iron under the slab from the original bath toilet to the outside. Alfonso took a before and after cleaning videos and the final video after the sleeve was installed. You can see the improvement right in front of your eyes. Alfonso and Brandon were professional and friendly. The job got done one day. Office manager Britnie was super nice and helpful. I have 45 year old cast iron sanitary pipes buried into the concrete slab of my Sarasota home. This is a common problem in Florida for homes built before 1980ish. I had a quote of $8K from another company to clean out the cast iron. They also wanted to go straight to lining the pipes for $17k.After a recommendation from a reputable person in the plumbing business, I contacted PRS. PRS successfully jet cleaned my lines. PRS provides extensive before and after videos to document their work. Their cost was slightly less than $2K. I was very fortunate to contact this company. PRS recommends I also line the pipes, but are not “pushing” me to do so. I am ok for now after their work. Their cost is half of the quote from the other company for lining the pipes.I learned through the process that many plumbing companies in Florida pay their plumbers off of a commission. The more they sell, the more they make. PRS does not work that way. There is no up sell. Just high quality work, at a good value.I may sound like their spokesperson, but I am not. I am just another Sarasota resident trying to maintain my home without getting ripped off. I highly recommend this company.

Huge shoutout to Dewey Mixon and Pipe Restoration Solutions for making our cast iron pipes clear again. I had hired a local reputable plumbing company that recommended a complete replacement that was going to cost well into 5 digits.. They had camera’d it and cited roots were growing into the pipes and also said there were sags in the pipes. I believed it because they pointed out to me what they were describing while running their camera on their monitor. I payed PRS to come out for a second opinion. Apparently they had a better camera as the “roots” were bits of toilet paper stuck to the pipes and there were no sags, just lots of scaling and grease buildup. PRS cleaned and descaled the pipes for a tenth of the price as replacement and said I should have many good years left. Thanks again for the honest service Dewey and PRS.

We live in a (villa style) condo community that was built over 50 years ago - so the pipes are questionable and certainly beyond their anticipated service.PRS provided us with a great price, sent fantastic technicians and performed far beyond what we had anticipated. Even took the time to wipe down the door knob when leaving......Along with a very personable crew we had no mess, no fuss, and all questions were answered in a manner that any layman could understand.

I have never had to wait for a response to a question from PRS. They have been totally on the project from the very first contact and followed it through to the end. We had two cast Iron sewer pipes lined and the disruption was minimal. PRS showed up when promised and completed the work right on schedule. This was a condominium building and i did not receive a single complaint from any tenant. Thank you PRS for an outstanding job!!

My experience with PRS was a great one. Dewey called back immediately after I left a message regarding my issues with my main drain line. We scheduled a free estimate for the next day. Dewey showed up on time, discussed my drain issues with me, and explained in detail how they would address the issues by clearing out and lining the main drain under my slab. I got five estimates total for this job. PRSs quote was tied for the most reasonable and was less than 60% of a couple of the other quotes. I ultimately went with another company only because they could complete the job a couple days earlier (no fault of PRS for being busy), and my job was a bit of a rush. That being said, I would have been 100% comfortable hiring PRS for the job and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking to get pipe lining work done.

I can’t say enough good things about Ben and Mauricio from PRS! They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us diagnose the long-standing sewer problems my mother has had at her home for years. Their expertise and professionalism made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend PRS and these two great technicians for any plumbing needs!

Need to add a + after the stars.Last Friday Jan 31st I had PRS attempt to line my main drain pipe because of tree root intrusion. Cody and Dylan were the crew. However, they found that an old clean out (I knew nothing about) was damaged which I assume was done 8 years ago after having a circular driveway installed and that contractor didnt say anything thus causing the intrusion. They then told me that the PVC pipe did not need lining. Also, as part of the contract they were to then clean out the old iron pipe main drain line under the house which I though made sense as weve lived here for over 25 years and never had this done. As they were about finished with this process the old iron pipe (house built in 59) broke just inward of the foundation footer. They couldnt insert a liner because this pipe now had a jagged edge so theyll need to insert a transition piece of PVC and they recommended lining the remaining old pipe. Again, makes sense even though this will now cost more but it will prevent another breakage later in the life of this pipe.Because it was kind of late in the day they told me that they will need to come back another day and Ill get on the schedule soonest. I see why this company is so every busy. Cody & Dylans attitude and courtesy is admirable especially for their line of work. No messing around, to the point, but most importantly, they ensured I understood the process throughout and the next steps. These guys are not here to get the job done, they work to produce quality workmanship. They also returned the work site as if they were never there.Their supervisor(?) Dewey leads by example. He kept me posted on EVERYTHING! And then Britnie. Her emails are written by someone who definitely loves her job and again, ensured I was informed.

I highly recommend PRS. Our initial contact was with Jerry Rodriguez, who was very personable and professional, and arranged for the work to be done. The crew that came was very thorough, and when they found a break in the pipes, they spent a great deal of time to make sure that the break was completely repaired before going on with the rest of their work. I was especially impressed after the work was completed, when we found an issue in one of our bathrooms. The person I dealt with at this point was Britnie Sommers, who is the real hero of this story. She took a personal interest in ensuring that this issue was completely resolved to our satisfaction, and had someone here the next day. Francisco, who was the person she sent, was here for a couple of hours, and it was clear that he was going to work on the issue as long as it took for me to be satisfied that everything was just as I wanted it to be. I know that, should any other issue arise, a phone call to Britnie will get fast results. I will be sure to ask for her, as well as request that Francisco be sent to my house for any future issues (which I do not anticipate). I believe that you cant go wrong by going with PRS.

Mat Paterno has been a great asset to their team in how he handles inquiries and emergencies. After Hurricane Helene, PRS responded to one of our properties for several days to help remove millions of gallons of water that had flooded one of the garages.

All I can say is WOW! The past two weeks we have been dealing with major repairs/issues from Hurricane Idalia and these guys came through! They were scheduled to line a main stack but they went above and beyond and assisted with many of issues that came up. I worked with Mike, Branden and Ron and I am requesting to work with them again for the rest of our stacks because they were extremely professional, polite and hard workers. Thank you, Dewey for performing the initial assessment, Josh R and Josh D the technicians who performed the work and Britnie who coordinated the entire effort. I can’t tell you how impressed we were with Josh R and Josh D, both very knowledgeable on the process, explained everything they were doing, took the time to actually show me the process, cleaned up and left the sewer in working order at the end of each day. We looked at several companies to perform the work, a couple did not return our calls, one only performed the lining and not the coating, one promised the world until we asked for it in writing and one was super expensive. PRS performed the entire job for a great price. PRS THANK YOU!
