I bumped into Torin in front of my house , just before running out to Lowes to purchase plumbing supplies for my problem garage sink. He was on my street on a service call to my neighbors house after Hurricane Milton. I casually walked up to him after seeing his truck and explained my problem & if he had a chance to scope out my job. He was friendly and informative, and we walked across the street to examine my situation. He explained what was needed and actually provided some tools to me, explaining how to solve my dilemma in the short run until he could return to do the job properly. I called his office later that day and went to Lowes to purchase my materials. Torin returned the next day and promptly completed my garage sink install, with an agreed upon and fair price. He is friendly, neat and very thorough. I expect to use Torin, again when I have any plumbing need. He is also a commercial plumbing expert.

These guys are really great. We remodeled our house and Local Flo did a complete re-pipe, including redoing our kitchen, hose bibs, outdoor shower, filter and bathrooms. Highly recommend and would like to work with them on any future projects.

All of a sudden we had no hot water, I called Local Flo Plumbing. They came out the same day and installed the new energy star tankless water heater. They were very thorough from the installation to the instructions on how to use it. Even came back and adjusted the gas flow due to having a new meter installed. I would definitely recommend them, they are wonderful.

My ONLY 5 year old home in LWR had an exterior minor gas leak at the regulator because the builder put a cheap unit on the house. I called a diff non local company and received a quote to replace well over $1000. I was shocked. Local Flo Plumbing completed the job in 2 hours for a very fair price which was HALF the price of the other guys. Thanks Technician Arthur for the amazing job and extreme professionalism! A must use company👍

We recently had two plumbing issues ( kitchen sink and shower) within a week. Localflo plumbing was a great business to work with from beginning to end. The communication between us and the owner was very professional and we had service calls scheduled promptly. We had a different plumber for each of the service calls, but both were very knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything completely as well as offered future suggestions. I also was impressed with how polite everyone was within this business. I would highly recommend localflo plumbing

Wow what a great job Torin and Local Flo Plumbing did for me. I called and got a quote for a compete house re pipe after I had water coming underneath a baseboard. They gave me a great quote and knew it was urgent for me, so when I accepted the quote on a Friday Torin and his team came over that very same weekend and got everything completed Saturday and Sunday and did absolute excellent work! Highly recommend!!

The team was great from our very first call to the time of service. Torin, Cooper and Arthur were knowledgeable and thorough for three different services we required from them. They were able to fix our water heater, clean out water pipes and move a gas line in just a few hours. We will definitely be using them when it is time to replace our water heater.

I called Torin because I saw one of his signs near my neighborhood. I’m so glad I did, he was able to explain to me what the work would be over the phone so that I would have a clearer idea. I had quite a complicated situation with a vanity that didnt line up with a plumbing I had in place. They had a very creative and neat solution to it, they were able to adapt everything so that it would fit, perfectly. I am so glad that I got a hold of him and now I will certainly be calling him for my next plumbing project. He was super communicative, he explained everything to me and very reasonable. I had another large local company come and look the project, they overcomplicated the process and wanted to charge me over $4000. Local Flo was able to solve the issue and it works and looks great. Call them!

I am an interior designer from New York and was hired to do a project on Long Boat Key. This was a full home renovation, 3 new bathrooms, a new kitchen and laundry room. I had the privilege to work with Torin, the owner of Local Flo Plumbing in Sarasota. I have exceptionally high plumbing standards and was concerned that he would be that plumber. It is not easy working from a different state and only meeting with him and his team 3 times. I don’t imagine you can find a better plumber in the Sarasota area. He is an absolute gem, so kind, professional, knowledgeable and always quick to reply. I had a few issues with 2 very pricey faucets that I would have had to replace. I don’t know how he did it but he managed to fix the problem and saved me a lot of money in doing so. It’s so clear that Torin loves what he does and takes such pride in working with professionalism and excellence with his clients. I highly recommend him for any size project you may have.He is definitely your man!
