Excellent. I came across Frankies Company after receiving estimates from the other Nationwide Rooter companies and in my opinion were nothing but rip off companys up charging for everything and techs that had very little experience. Drain Titan was the complete opposite, professional, experienced and knows what he is talking about. They came out withing a few hours, did the job which turned out to be more difficult than a regular drain cleaning but he got the job done in a very professional manner, very neat and clean and left the area cleaner than when he got there. I would highly recommend him as his prices were fair and he was a pleasure to work with. I will never use anyone else but Drain Titan. His reviews speak for themselves.

I contacted numerous local drain cleaning companies to get an estimate and an overall diagnosis for my kitchen sink not draining properly and backing up. Out of the 5 separate companies I contacted, Frankie (Owner at Drain Titan) responded immediately to run a camera snake through the pipes and find a heavy build-up of grease within the kitchen line. Frankie suggested hydro-jetting the kitchen/main line. The result was amazing and well worth it! The overall cost was extremely affordable. Frankie is detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Drain Titan to anyone looking for a professional drain cleaning service with excellent customer service!

After 8 hours of trying to unclog a kitchen sink with Drano, a plumbers snake and 40 years as a home owner experience of being able to fix most things around the house I finally gave in. I called the plumber.It was after 7 so I was surprised that Frank the owner said I going to be busy for a few days so I’ll come out tonight. Wow. Now that’s service. Within 45 minutes he was here and within an hour and 30 minutes my problems were solved.Nice guy, wipes his feet at the door, explain the problem and fixed it for a very good price.I found my new go to plumber. 5 stars because they don’t have six.Thanks Frank. I called Drain Titan after hours yesterday, with considerable standing water near a storm drain in my yard, just a few feet from my home…with tropical storm Elsa on the way. Frank answered right away and told me he’d get back to me after he finished the job he was on. He called me back promptly and assured me that he could take care of the problem. He and his daughter came out today, professionally diagnosing and fixing the issue on the spot, clearing the drain and drain pipe of dirt, roots and debris, even in the early rains of Elsa. The communication was great throughout the process, and I’ll definitely sleep a little easier in the storm tonight, because Drain Titan was so responsive and thorough!

I had drainage issues down the side of my house. I reached out to Drain Titan in the morning and they were out just after noon. Frankie used his high pressure hose to clear things out. We found grates we didn’t even know we had as previous owner let the grass grow over. Great Guy! Drain-Titan did a fantastic job - professional, thorough and he explains what he is going to do. Mr. Bermudez came out and cleared our pipes when we had an unexpected flood due to clogged pipes. He unclogged the pipes and using his camera he showed my husband what the problem was and provided a quote to pressure clear the pipes. He just returned today (two months later), honoring his original quote, pressure cleaning and installing new pipes. Thank-you!

I called Frankie with Drain Titan because I had issues with standing water in my yard due to a problem with my French drain. I sent him a Facebook message to inquire about his services and he answered immediately. After a short phone call he agreed to come out the following morning as he was booked for the day. Frankie called me back around noon the same day, on Good Friday, and said he can get me in that afternoon as his other job was finished much sooner than expected.He showed up early and was ready to get to work within minutes. I watched as he masterfully diagnosed the issue, dug out several crushed catch basins, unclogged them, then used high pressure water from a most impressive pressure washer system in his truck to wash out the entire drain.He was careful to lift the new sod squares up before digging and put the dirt on a tarp as not to leave a mess. He explained everything he was doing along the way and answered all my questions and trust me, there were plenty. When I find someone, who is obviously a master at their trade I like to pick their brains. He was very polite, articulate, and willing to discuss anything I asked.Frankie gave me some good recommendations for preventing it in the future and charged a very reasonable fee for the work. I would whole heartedly recommend Drain Titan LLC to anyone needing plumbing or drainage work done.
