    Niegel was fantastic. He repaired a floppy toilet handle in one bathroom and he discovered a leak under the sink in the master bathroom. He was knowledgeable about both issues. I would highly recommend him.

He performed the work on a timely basis and made recommendations for the repair of AC unit evaluated and consideration for its replacement. This work was done as a follow up from the semi annual maintenance on our HVAC systems.

    Even though the recent hurricanes placed a huge demand on Custom Air, they came the very next day and installed a new blower motor for our system and did a complete checkup. The service person, Tony, was very competent and polite and worked hard to get the job completed.We are very satisfied with Custom Air and Tony.

    I was promised a time between 8 AM and 11 AM and Nigel showed up at 8:30 which is better than most places when I’m given a range. He was professional fast and got my job done in under 30 minutes. Pricing was fair reasonable, and straightforward.

    I had a leak in my kitchen sink. I called Custom Air and Plumbing today and was immediately given a repair appointment. 3 hours later Niegel Rothacher came. A very competent specialist. He found the problem immediately and it was repaired a short time later. I am a 100% satisfied customer and can absolutely praise this company and especially this employee.

    We are under annual contract with Cusom and very pleased. For todays service call, our technician, Kelly, was fantastic. She was punctual and friendly and very thorough. She even showed me a video of the problem! We recommend Custom.

    Our air conditioner broke on a Saturday morning during an intense summer heatwave and even though Custom Air was closed for the weekend, they sent Victor out to diagnose the problem. He was on time, extremely competent and wrote a thorough report so that new parts could be ordered first thing Monday morning.     Kelly was terrific! She examined the entire AC system. She diagnosed the problem, and thoroughly explained what was needed to make the repair. She had the part in her truck and within an hour of arrival had my AC system up and running again. So often, technicians don’t have the part needed and a second service call days later is needed. It was a nice surprise to have the problem fixed on the first service call. Thank you Kelly.

TOO COLD for a month!The service manager Cole phoned first thing this am, to let me know they would be out to reset the thermostat, then called back after service to let us know that all was set!     Excellent service. Showed up on time. We have a sewer line that is old and calcified after years of use. It has been chronically backing up for more than a year. The guys definitely went the extra mile to clear the line and save the owner from having to do expensive repairs. They had to pull a toilet to do the job correctly. It went back in and works better than ever. Very knowledgeable, very professional. We’re very pleased.

    Our service tech , Chad, just left after diagnosing a problem with our hot water tank. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. Chad went out of his way to get one for us and install the same day. With most companies so busy after the hurricane, I felt very lucky to have called Custom Air and Plumbing, and to have had Chad as our tech. By the way they also service our Air Conditioning twice a year. Very reputable company!

    I have known Custom Air for years and could not be happier with our recent ductless AC installation! The Custom Air team worked their butts off installing 3 ductless units in tough to get to areas. All the installation techs and management were very professional. We had a small issue with a valve and they came out the same day to fix the problem. Everything is working wonderfully and again we couldnt be happier. Highly recommend Custom Air!

    We have lived in our home since built, 14 years now. When our neighborhood was younger, we discovered Custom Air and eventually purchased an annual service plan to maintain our unit. With the advice and help of Custom Air employees, especially Marc, our unit has lasted 14 years now.Tonight, it finally showed it is on its last legs. Mike, another tech, was on call and came out to see what he could do. Where other techs and other companies could have simply called it quits, still charging us for the call, Mike stayed for hours, until well after dark, rewiring and doing all he could to keep us cool in the 90 degree plus heat. He was pleasant, professional, and had no problem answering my every question. As we need a new unit, I had many questions. He is even taking the time to bring one of their sales reps up to speed to save me time, should I choose to purchase a new unit from them. He also did not apply any pressure to me to only consider Custom Air, respecting my right to research first with such an expensive and important purchase.In my experience, Custom Air has not always been the cheapest, but they have always worked to be reasonable and to not only address my concerns but educate me along the way, earning my business each time.I do not know who we will buy a new unit from, but if the price is right, I will certainly buy from Custom Air.Thank you Mike and Marc for all you have done to keep us cool.
