Arrow was great. Our second story toilet was running and leaking. When we noticed the water coming through, we quickly turned it off. I called several companies and Arrow was kind enough to come same day. Once here, the problem could not be fixed. We needed a new toilet. Tracy and Dan were kind enough to recommend we buy a new one and have them come back. This saved us some money on the hourly rate. Dan came back that week and installed the new toilet quickly. All in all, great service at a good price.

Dan was out for more warranty issues with our new home. As always, he got the job done in a timely matter and did the job right. We try to always request Dan because he is the BEST!!! You will not find anyone more honest and dependable than Dan!

Nathan with Arrow Plumbing did a great job for us. He fixed an indoor plumbing issue then was gracious enough to take a look at the plumbing that was leaking from our irrigation system. While he needed additional parts he returned, fixed the problem and everything is working great. We appreciated his frankness in explaining the best approach....he is the expert!

Like all of the positive reviews, my experience is very similar: Dan, professionalism, friendly staff, dog people, knowledgeable, prompt services, new house, inherited through a warranty, regardless, they have been wonderful. I cannot fathom the negativity, which seems like a very VERY rare occurrence for these folks, plus those reviews were mostly unreadable, so theres that. 5 Stars!

I had a home built in the Bradenton area and the builder contracted the plumbing with Arrow. We were having issues with the tank-less water heater with low water pressure and the water not being hot enough. I called Arrow and they had someone out the next day, and they totally resolved the issue. I was leery that since I did not hire them that they may not be responsive, however I was totally wrong on this, couldnt have been more pleased!

Dan came and worked on our sink through an MI warranty claim. He was friendly, professional and fast. Our dog was excited to greet him and he said he was a dog guy so it worked out well. He did a great job. Thanks, Dan!

Had some warranty work done from MI Homes. Dan the service man came by and did an amazing job. Thoughtful, courteous, professional and prompt. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Dan is the man. Highly recommended.
