I contacted a number of contractors to provide quotes for the gut renovation of a luxury condo in Longboat Key, Sarasota. From the start of the process, Craig at Stout Homes was professional and transparent.Craig was very supportive and spent multiple Saturdays and evenings helping us select materials and reviewing the progress of construction. The project included a kitchen and bath rehab, wallpaper removal and painting, hardwood/tile flooring installation, and framing/drywall throughout. The quality of the work allowed me to rent the unit within a few weeks and for a reasonable rate!I would highly recommend this hardworking and honest team. I look forward to working with Craig and Stout Homes on the next project.

We used Craig with Stout Homes for some extensive remodeling on our home. We cannot say enough how fortunate we have been to have found him. It is good to know when someone has your best interest at heart.
