Ive worked with several excellent builders over the years but if I was building a waterfront home on Siesta Key the only choice would be Nutter Custom Construction. From the land prep (especially the seawall) and then the careful construction of your custom home this team offers world class service. The job sites are always pristine and secure. TJ and Angie have built a solid team and they really love building beautiful homes. If you are looking for true craftsmanship and attention to detail then meet with them to discuss your ideas and they can bring it to life. If you are a Realtor, bring them your clients who want to build and youll have clients for life. Ive attached one of my favorite floor plans the Anchorage but they can build anything.
