They did our roof in 2020. We had a little bit of a problem with hurricane Debbie and they were really awesome in helping us resolve the issue. Just made it through hurricane Milton with no problems so far! We are so happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend them!

There is a certain sense of relief when you are a Customer of the oldest roofing company in Sarasota, as I am thanks to Singleton Roofing. My 9 year old roof (L.W.R. - Summerfield) developed a localized leak in my living room. Not only was Singleton the most responsive: -estimator, Jeff at my home less than 3 business days after 1st contact; but they were also the best value of the 4 estimates I received (-out of 7 roofers initially contacted). Amy, Jeff, Santana and the whole Singleton team are really great to have on your side. I for one consider myself very fortunate to be their customer and my family well protected under the roof that Alvin Singleton helps me maintain. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish. Decently priced compared to other roofers in the area that we had gotten quotes from with quality roofing. Workers were right on time and worked hard start to finish, left area clean, and polite when interacted with. There was a small invoice discrepancy, but the office staff took care of it right away and were very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend!

I had several estimates and Singleton was the only company who actually went up on the roof and estimated to my actual needs. The work was completed ahead of s schedule in a top professional manner.Tarps were placed all around my home to catch the debris and daily fine clean up.I was a Florida Residential Contractor for 25 years and rate this company at the top. Their office staff was just as efficient and handled all questions and paperwork quickly and completely. Thank you to all the Singleton staff who did a beautiful job and delivered complete satisfaction!

Great team. The office staff is awesome and answered the phone, not voice mail, which I love. Raphael was easy to reach, he answered any and all questions promptly.They were not the cheapest quote, but they weren’t far the easiest to reach and talk to. We were very happy with all aspects of working with Alvin J Singleton Roofing from timeliness of the project to ease of communication. Their price was fair but also included a wind mitigation inspection which was a bonus for us! During final walk through they noticed something that wasnt up to their standards and they scheduled to get it corrected. We didnt have to beg. I would highly recommend them and if I ever needed another roof I would certainly use them again!

Their price was on par with my other quotes, they showed up right when they said they would, there were several levels of management at my house regularly inspecting the work as it progressed, and the communication from the office and the construction team was incredible! So far so good. They come highly recommended and unlike several of the roofers that I received estimates from they told me that certain parts of the roof could wait a few years. Saved me about $20,000. In addition, the contract that they asked you to sign is reasonable, which is that the case with some of the other roofers. I’m a retired attorney and I can note that several of the contracts I looked at require that you waive any potential claims for damages that they do to your property. Not so with Singleton. I’ll be back say more after they’ve done the work.

I have heard stories about how bad of experiences people have with roofers. This is not the case with Singleton Roofing. I called 3 roofers to get an estimate. Singleton was the only one that had a person answering the phone. An appointment for an estimate was scheduled in a timely manner. I received the written estimate that day via email. If I had any questions all I had to do was call and it would be answered. I accepted the estimate. I received the contract. It took me a some time to make decisions like what what type and color shingles, etc. I signed the contract and it was only a couple of weeks before the job was started. They did an excellent job. This roof is better than the original one. I diffentlly will recommend Alvin J. Singleton Roofing. Excellent job.

FANTASTIC !! -Sales: The first and one of the only to provide the option to modify a flat portion of our roof to give it more of a positive slope and insulate it as well. Quickly responded to every question I had.Office: Professional, friendly, accommodating and understanding of our scheduling needs. Thank you, ladies !!!Installation: Top notch, unobtrusive, clean. When they were done you could not tell they had even been there. The install manager Tad was in contact - immediately answered every question I had. He was awesome! Really knows his profession ! Thanks, Tad !!Bottom line is - this was a huge deal for us, I was really nervous about the whole process. I probably met with 6 or 7 different companies. I am Extremely happy we chose Singleton and I would not hesitate to do so again. They are local and have been working in this area for decades and it shows. Thank you Singleton !!! :)

Work was completed by Angel on a VERY HOT day. He worked tirelessly and completed the job in a timely fashion. Communication with the office was positive and efficient. We did ask for the estimator to call us but did not receive the call from him as requested. Fair price and the leak is repaired.

Great service and staff. I called about a roof leak/repair. After calling a few companies, singleton was the one that could come to give an estimate the quickest. After giving an estimate well below what I was expecting, they scheduled the job the end of the following week. Then they called and moved my job to the beginning of the following week and did everything before I even got home from work. Glenn was terrific at getting everything taken care of and even gave me an estimate on a roof replacement. When I need to have that job done, thanks to glenn and the other friendly people I spoke with at the office, they will be the company I call to do the job.
