When I needed a major Renovation done to my home I was just a babe in the woods. I called Gulfside Contractors. Tim talked me through every step. He brought in his own Designer to help us put our ideas on paper...and then to print. His workers were were polite, thorough..and the craftsmanship was spot on. Hurricane IAN destroyed the whole inside of our home in Englewood, Fl on Sept 28th 2022. Hired Tim Ziegler of Gulfside Contractors and turned out to be best move i could have done! A very stressful time for my wife and me! Today i have a brand new home that is 5 STARS! So appreciative to Tim and his Gulf Contractors crew!

Tim Ziegler our general contractor from Gulfside Contractors was a godsend during a time of great stress and upheaval after hurricane Ian. He was professional, understanding, and compassionate throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he immediately put our minds at ease with his vast knowledge and experience.The end result of Tims work was astounding. My moms home was rebuilt even better and stronger than before, with modern touches that made it even more beautiful than it had been. I am an interior designer in Philadelphia and work with general contractors on a regular basis and I have never met one as kind, communicative, or as fair as Tim. I wish I could pack him up and bring him back to Philadelphia to work with my clients there!It is without hesitation and complete sincerity that I recommend Tim Ziegler from Gulfside Contractors. Im adding on to my sisters recent review of Tim Zieglers Gulfside Contractors business. Tim handled the extensive repairs and restoration of my elderly moms home after it took a direct hit from the monstrous Hurricane Ian. I never imagined that the months after a hurricane could be as terrible to live through as the hours while the hurricane raged, but that has indeed been the case as homeowners and flood insurance reps stonewalled, lowballed, and otherwise did their level best to add to the trauma. Tim Ziegler was the only person keeping Mom (and by extension, my sister and me) semi-sane as he worked to make the house whole again. In addition to top-quality work, Tim brought genuine kindness, PROMPT replies to countless (and I do mean countless!) questions, and limitless patience and understanding to the job. No one should have to go through devastating loss after something like a natural disaster, but if you do, you want to make sure youve got Tim and Gulfside Contractors walking by your side during the recovery process. I dont know how many times my family and I said, Thank God for Tim and Hes such a good egg over the past six months, but I know it almost became like a mantra. His goodness and compassion are now literally built into the walls of Moms safer and shinier home. Thank you so much for everything, Tim, and may karma repay you many times over in the form of more business than you can even imagine from other people who need a miracle worker like we did.

Words cannot fully describe how AMAZING Tim Ziegler and his entire team are. Genuine, honest, trustworthy, professional, highly skilled, kind…I could go on and on. From the beginning to the end, Tim was very professional and made me at ease. His entire team worked meticulously and with their knowledge/high skills of their craft, everything got completed perfectly. Not only their high workmanship, Tim and his team are so kind, genuine and wonderful. Working with Tim I found hope again that there are still good people out there. I have owned and managed a construction management consulting firm in San Diego California for the last 35 years. My sister, who is incapacitated, has a Condo and home in Venice Florida that both needed beyond major work. Gulfside Contractors of Venice did an incredible job in restoring both the condo and home to actually new condition. It has been amazing working with Tim who went the extra mile on every component of the projects. Communication between the two of us was outstanding from 3,000 miles away! I only wish he would open an office in San Diego and I would swamp him with work.

I called Luxury Home Care to construct a new wall in my great room. Tim called right back and made an appointment. He showed up on the day and time that we agreed. He gave me a estimate and that the work would start in 3 days, which it did. We paid 50% down with the balance to be paid on the completion of the job. We had a couple of delays which was my fault. Tim worked with my schedule to complete the work.The finished wall turned out great and at the agreed price. Tim was great great to work with and returned text messages and phone calls. I would recommendTim to my friends. Great job. Ron

Tim Ziegler answered my Home Advisor request the same day and came by for an estimate the next day. He took my rough idea and turned it into a dream and contract within three days. He had building permits approved within three weeks. Covid 19 did slow down the delivery of supplies. The different crews were all polite, efficient, and as neat as possible.Special thanks to Darren and Anthony for their patience with all my questions and “nit-picking”
