Phoenix Granite And Marble could not be more accommodating. Unfortunately the initial piece of granite which I searched high and low for, ended up broken. Lucas worked with me to find a comparable piece, not an easy task as I wanted something very specific. Once the granite was secured not only did they complete the template in a timely manner, but they also let me work with them to place the template exactly where I wanted it on the granite, unheard of! Within a week they had the template made and the granite installed at my residence. I highly recommend this company as they will work with you to make you a satisfied customer. And the bottom line is my granite is gorgeous!

We lucked into Phoenix while looking for a quartz remnant for a vanity top. Every step, from sales to templating to installation was exceptional. They showed up when promised and didn’t bat an eye when we added another top to our original order. These folks could be teaching lessons in customer service. They are that good!
