Had mine installed since 2008, they were on point every time on service and advices, called them today in the morning, Jared went out his way to come out to take a look at my generator, it was time to get a new one, Clint went out his way also to come out with his teenager. I used Kelm Electric for my generator installation. We had about a week or so before we encountered an unusual problem, my transfer switch overheated and melted. Kelm immediately responded and installed a new switch without delay. The next time we needed the generator the transfer switch melted together again. So Kelm responded again and determined that since we have what I can only explain as dirty electricity. Kelm researched my issue and promptly fixed the problem without charging me any additional money.I recommended Kelm Electric for your service needs. Thanks Kelm Electric.Richard
