This was our first project with Avi and it won’t be our last. We worked with Lusso design and build to install turf which required leveling one area of our yard and the installation of a new retaining wall. The process was seamless from start to finish - Avi provided a comprehensive and competitive quote and was on site most days to check in with the progress. The crew was considerate, timely, and made sure the yard was clean each evening. Everyone worked efficiently and we were so impressed with how quickly everything moved. Lusso Design and Build was absolutely fantastic. I worked VERY hard to find the right contractor for the job and am very pleased with who we chose and the work they did. I initially searched the app Nextdoor where I initially found them then I did a cross reference on Google and Yelp. We then received several bids from all of the highest ranking/reviewed contractors on our list of 8. Lusso Design and Build was at the VERY top of our list from the start for their amount of 5 star reviews. They not only had the highest reviews out of the bunch but they had the LOWEST BID and were our #1 initial first choice. The work that they did was impeccable and went far and beyond what we had even hoped to receive (especially since cost was important for us). I would give them 10 starts if it was an option. Avi and his crew will have our business moving forward for ANY construction needs. We HIGHLY recommend and encourage anyone looking for a reputable, affordable contractor to contact Lusso Design and Build. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Avi of Lusso Design and Build stood out among the multiple contractors we considered for our residential electrical panel upgrade. What set him apart was his suggestion of an alternate layout for the wiring and panel placement, which would require a shorter trench and consequently less demolition and construction. Essentially, he didnt just say yes to our project, he proposed a better plan.Our project spanned from January to April 2024. It involved cutting into cement, trenching, installing new wiring, cutting into the side of our house exterior and garage interior wall, trench inspection, rebar and poured cement, stucco, and repainting, plus a considerable amount of waiting on SDG&E. His team worked quickly and safely, pausing for the rain and putting up caution tape and barriers as needed. His team also found a perfect exterior paint match to finish the project. When there was a miscommunication regarding the design, he ensured the completion of the project to our satisfaction without adding any extra fees. We appreciate Avi for maintaining open communication throughout the process and adhering to our original contracts pricing and payment plan.We are considering a few other construction projects and would not hesitate to hire Lusso Design and Build for another one.

Avi and crew were fantastic. We used them to put in a new stair case hand railing so that we could put in a gate to stop our toddler from going upstairs. The job was done very fast, smoothly, and professionally. Best of all it came out looking great! Really great service from Avi and his team! I had a leak in my kitchen that resulted in having to re-do my concrete under my flooring, along with my kitchen and living room floors.They got back to me quickly, and had a quote on the spot when they came by my condo. Once they got started on the repairs, it took less than 2 weeks to finish.The rates were very fair, and ended up being lower than all of the other companies I got quotes from.Avi was really flexible with starting the work while I was out of the country. He worked hard to keep things moving, and got a nice discount on the vinyl flooring I used in my living room, along with free delivery of the vinyl planks.I really cant speak more highly of Lusso Design and Build, and would definitely go to them if I need any additional work done on my apartment!

I hired Lusso 2 months ago to remodel my master bathroom, I met with Avi he explained all the details and gave me a quote the same morning, I hesitate at that moment and finally agreed to go for it, and I have no regrets for doing that. Within 3 weeks, we were able to get the permits and pick up all the materials, Avi finished the bathroom within 4 weeks, and the results are fabulous. Definitely gonna recommend them to others.

He didn’t try to upsell or raise the cost due to the job being on the smaller side and he was able to start the work that following week. This required removing several cubic yards of dirt, adding a retaining wall, and finishing with pavers, turf, and a new railing/patio cover.They not only completed the work on time and budget, but they went above and beyond to help take care of things that might have held the project up with any other company. Of the quotes we received, theirs was the most comprehensive and fairly priced. Some quotes were half the price just for the dirt removal alone! By far, the best contractor Ive ever worked with. I found lusso through friend of ours, they doing an addition to their house.
