We love our kitchen, living-room, and flooring remodel Allen and Harry did for us! We now have our dream home! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. All of the guys that helped with our project were professional, polite, and friendly. We highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them for future projects.

After meeting with several contractor companies, the decision to work with Allen and his team at Freedom Renovation couldnt have been more easily made. It was clear from the in-home estimate that Allen had the experience and know-how to confidently transform our limited condo kitchen into a gorgeously modern and functional space without any pricey or complicated suggestions. His estimate was fairly priced with a more than reasonable timeline (of 3 weeks), and his design practical and efficient. I felt like other contractors talked the talk and were really great at wooing us with their charm, but Allens no-nonsense approach, telling us what was possible and helping us to understand why was the way to go and actually walking to the walk. The fair pricing also allowed us to tackle more than just the kitchen, so we also have new Luxury Vinyl flooring and painted baseboards, vanities/sinks, etc. in our two bathrooms, additional cabinets upstairs, as well as a new look to our fireplace.Allen prepared three different design renderings for us to review prior to signing which really helped my partner and I to get a good idea of the concept and how it would be executed. Allens showroom team (Jason, Harry and Tim) are organized, courteous, and professional. We also appreciate the actual crew and leads (Jesús, Juan Carlos and Hector) working on the project. They had a great attitude and were just so quick and effective!Although engaging in any kind of remodeling project can be stressful, the communication with Allen was impeccable, minimizing the uncertainty on our part as consumers. Allen answered all of our questions with a quick rate of response and took time to check in about the progress of the project and explain things to us. Even prior to the start of the project, he was quick to obtain and supply information we needed to have our HOA approve the flooring changes. He also was available to consult on the correct items, measurements, etc. of items we needed to order from our end for the project. Any issues (small as they were) that occurred during the actual project were acknowledged and addressed expeditiously by Allen and his team. They really want their customers to be satisfied and go above and beyond.We are so excited and happy our newly updated home and look forward to future projects with Freedom Renovation. Fter a dishwasher leak, our entire kitchen basically needed to be torn down and rebuilt. We interviewed several contractors referred by friends or the insurance company as well as a couple we just found online. Freedom Renovation was one of those and though I had no connection to them they had great reviews with happy customers and beautiful photos of the work theyd done. After meeting with Allen I immediately got the impression that he was efficient, honest, and straightforward, and he didnt try to upsell us on anything or try to get us to buy into his vision of what our kitchen would be. He promised us fast work for a fair price (not the highest and not the lowest) and absolutely delivered- we are so happy with our beautiful new kitchen! His team was fast, professional, and hardworking and the entire job, which included the whole kitchen, new floors for most of our first level, new light installations, and ceiling crack repairs and painting, was completed in 2 WEEKS from starting! There were a few small things that I wanted to be changed and Allen and his team were immediately responsive and helpful. Also, the countertop slabs we picked out did not end up matching, unfortunately (which was on us) at the corner seam and Allens team was able to take a matching piece from the island and reinstall it at no cost even though it was our fault. As he said, he wanted us to be 100% happy with the job. We are also very happy with the quality of the cabinets (which we bought through them) and especially with the backsplash which was done perfectly. Regarding the cabinets, Allen spoke with our insurance company claims rep to make sure we were getting the amount of money we deserved for the replacement. This was such a stressful situation for us but we were extremely happy with our decision to go with Freedom- I am already thinking about hiring them to update our bathroom. Would definitely recommend them! Before and after photos are below.

Allen’s team did our flooring and it was great. After two years some of the planks were separating and one area was buckling. I called to see what could be done. Thinking that it was too late to get it fixed. Allen sent his team and quickly changed out a few planks. No charge and it looks fantastic!

I would like to highly recommend Allen and the team for any home improvement projects you may have. I was originally referred to Allen by a friend that had work done by him previously, so I was off to a good start. Allen came in with some great ideas to improve the layout / functionality of my home. As an older Spanish style home, built in 1949, there was some changes that needed to be made. Allen recommended knocking out a couple of walls to expand the kitchen and guest bathroom, and these recommendations made all the difference. Allen was very accessible throughout the entire project through text. He would help give advice / recommendations to keep the project on time. I submitted several change orders throughout the process and Allen was able to keep everything progressing and on schedule. Allen’s team was great when they came out as well, and always willing to help fix any issues you may have. Overall, I would recommend and use Freedom Renovation again for any future needs.

These guys did a great job with a bathroom remodel that involved special lighting and special stone for the custom countertop. The project manager was Allen. He and his crews were super responsive and professional. They were professional, efficient, accommodating and made sure we were completely happy with our home remodel. I have got Freedom Renovation as high rated and hired them for the project. Allen was our project manager. He was honest and straightforward and we loved that. We went with Alex and his crew for our kitchen remodel. It was not the biggest job, but they handled all with the same professional demeanor of a big time job. They worked with us with our budget and also were very honest about quotes. In fact they adjusted the quote once the discovered they did not need to charge us for rerouting waterlines. Also they came out multiple times to make sure our microwave was properly mounted into the cabinets. Great company. As they may be busy due to the quality and competitive pricing, they are worth every penny!

Dreams do come true thanks to Allen and his team at Freedom Renovation.I love my 100 year-old Colonial Spanish home in North Park but it came with one major flaw - it was constructed with one of the smallest and darkest kitchens that I have ever seen. Tacky tiles, weird walls and strange dimensions made this remodel feel unsurmountable and impossible to fix.Freedom Renovation is the company for you. The kitchen is the heart of the home and from day one, Allen made me feel like this project was just as important to him, as it was for me.Allen gently guides you through the entire process in a stress-free way. His company does it all. They have a beautiful selection of affordable countertops, cabinets and flooring and an amazing designer that will give you three dimensional renderings of all the unthinkable possibilities that await you.Attention to detail is extremely important to me so I am forever grateful for the hard-working team that Allen sent to my house. Unlike other companies that send a revolving door of different workers, Freedom Renovation has a dedicated crew just for you. Juan was simply the perfect blend of craftsman, problem solver and artist. Despite the huge list of impossible quirks and challenges that this old house presented, he was able to conquer them all. At the end, they even sent a video crew to document the incredible transformation. It felt like my “HGTV moment” had finally arrived…At the heart of this company is Allen who is a man of character with a strong sense of family… even his older aunt helps out by sweeping the showroom floors. Freedom Renovation did one heck of a job! My family loves the new kitchen, and it’s all thanks to Allen and Alex and their team! I am so glad I found their website, I had planned on doing something completely different with the kitchen, but after a consultation with Allen and Alex, they made me aware of the flaws in materials and such, so we went with a whole new idea and it is beautiful! They helped us pick out non-stain material, we have a big family with a bunch of kids and messes are a commonality in our home, so I will be forever grateful to this company!!! Might even ask them to do my floors now…The whole thing was really cost-efficient, (my husband and I did our research for months prior) and the company was amazing, and super friendly the entire time. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

We have found Freedom Renovation to be a reliable and honest company that delivers work as agreed upon a contract, super professional !Work was completed in the urgency and timely manner needed. Our condo had been plastered, dry walled, and painted beautifully.Alex is a friendly person and simply a good guy to be around and do business with. Allen knows everything from structure to tile selection, with two of them, we dont have to communicate with all the workers about our request, as they are doing so for us.We are satisfied customers, and we will use his services again for any work related. I hired this company based on positive reviews, so I thought I should write one and pay it forward.We hired Freedom Renovation to do some remodeling around the house (e.g., painting, fixtures, new toilets, flooring) around the house. We have worked with many contractors in the past, and this was the best experience weve ever had. Normally with contractors, the estimate visit goes well, then things go downhill quickly from there. With Freedom, things only got better the deeper we got into the job. The estimator and design coordinator were both great (and the job was fairly priced), but the real surprise here was the crew. Freedom has managed to find guys that are fantastic at what they do, and who are very conscientious. Not only was this the best quality of work weve ever seen, but the guys went above and beyond in how respectful they were of our home. They did thorough prep work and clean up everyday, they worked their tails off the whole time they were here, and they were just all around good guys. Im not sure how many crews they have running, but if you are lucky enough to get the guys we had, you will not be disappointed. After seeing the work we had done, two of our neighbors have already asked for Freedom’s contact info for their remodeling work. We couldnt be happier with the entire experience!

Freedom renovation remodeled my bathroom and my kitchen. The workers were fast and did a wonderful job they were nice and respectful to my home, if I ever remodel anything ever again I will go back to Freedom Renovation.
