It’s been two months of loving my Whole House fan. I’ve been in my home for 35 years. I don’t have forced heating or air. It’s been so nice in the mornings and evenings to bring in the cool night air to cool my house down with this heat that we’ve had. The company is very easy to work with and treat you like family. Very professional staff, nothing was left out of place when they finished their job. I would highly recommend them.

We highly recommend House Fan Pros. When I started doing my research into a whole house fan, I saw they were recommended by Quiet Cool as a Platinum Dealer and installer. I knew I wanted a Quiet Cool system since it was rated as one of the best. I only called two places, the second being House Fan Pros. Jessica was so great explaining everything and was very thorough. We got an installation date very quick and the installation was seamless. We are telling all of our friends and we are wondering why we didn’t do this years ago! We hardly use our AC.

Our old house fan gave us great service, but was like having a helicopter parked in our hallway! We found that QuietCool house fans were better technology, moving the fan noise well into the attic crawl space at the north end of our attic. Less noise now!House Fan Pros measured up to their name on Monday:Derrick and Jessica are a husband-and-wife team, and arrived on time and proceeded with precision throughout the removal of our old noisy fan and the installation of the new Stealth Pro 5X. Derrick framed out the needed opening, removed the old fan controller on the wall, installed & wired the fan, and finally sheet rocked the new work. The install took two hours, including a careful cleanup. Raul arrived 30 minutes after they left to mud the new construction, and left in about an hour.Both Pros have a thorough knowledge of the QuietCool operation, and explained every aspect of our new fan before they departed. Marys favorite part is the wireless remove control, which allows us to choose from three speeds and set the duration that the fan will operate. I surely agree with my wife!We love our new QuietCool Fan and cant imagine another company who would prove better than House Fan Pros!Mary & I both heartily recommend them!

They were on time and efficient. The drywall work and texturing is a perfect match to the old ceiling, you cant even tell it that the larger opening was covered up. Nice!

They spent the time and effort going up into the attic and back down to locate a great spot. They were incredibly professional, on-time, and knew their product backwards and forwards. They also didnt oversell when they had the opportunity--they just sold me what I needed. I wish I would have gotten the fans sooner because on nights where its 73 degrees indoors its too expensive to run the air conditioner, but PERFECT to run the whole house fan. For 15 years or so, we have had two Quiet Cool house fans in our own home, but wanted to add one to our rental house, to help with summer heat. The rental (in Pacific Beach, near the coast) has no A/C (or insulation), so from our own experience we knew that a whole house fan would be a great affordable option to cool off the house in the summer evenings and nights.For our main house, we use the Quiet Cool fans pretty much all night long in the summer, and theyre great. Super quiet and they create a nice cool incoming breeze of fresh air into the house all night long. If we dont run the fans, the house seems stuffy, even with the windows open and even though were only a mile from the coast. By using the fans, we didnt even run our A/C at all this past summer (2023).So for the install of a new Quiet Cool fan in our rental, Derrick and Jessica told me in advance exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. Unlike some of the companies that I had contacted for quotes, Jessica was very responsive, communicative, and happy to answer any and all questions.Given that we had tenants in the property, I was worried about dust being created by the cutting of the ceiling hole for the fan vent, which was plaster in an old house (basically, concrete), rather than drywall.Jessica assured me that dust would be minimal and controlled, because they use a portable saw that has a vacuum hose directly attached, which captures all the dust. She was right. Virtually no dust was created. Plus, they cleaned up everything very nicely.Derrick did a top-notch job of cutting a perfect hole in the middle of the hallway ceiling, and it looks great installed. The tenant was there for the whole install, did not complain, and was impressed by the fan once it was installed. The tenants are pleased with the results and have been using the fan (we only needed one fan because the house is only 1,100 SF).The total cost was exactly as quoted - no upcharges, increases, or extra expenses, even though the install had some challenges with a circa-1950 electrical system mated to recent electrical upgrades.I would use them again, and recommend them to others. These two know how to run a small business, so Im tipping my hat to them for a job well-done, on-time and as-promised. I wish more businesses would operate this way.

From exceptional customer service to professional install, we have a high quality product that didnt cost us a fortune! The website offered the information I needed to learn about the way the fan works. I reached out on the website for more info and was responded to in a timely manor. We looked at ariel views of home, went over the style of home and all my questions were answered. We went over pricing and options and set an appointment, with a 1 hour window of wait time. This was great as I was able to plan my day around them arriving in a short period of time. The appointment was confirmed the day before and they showed up during the timeframe. The install was seamless and professional, with two people working on it. We went over the best way to use the fan and the remotes. They left the area clean and the install looks great like it has always be there. Since the install we have been able to enjoy being inside our house in the morning and evening with out running the AC to cool the house, but by using the house fan to really bring the temperature down in the entire house. He contracted with House Fan Pros to do a whole house fan install. We are very pleased. It takes a lot longer to cool down the house than I expected. All this nonsense (not from them) about how the fans exchange all the air in 15.2 seconds, blah blah. If its hot inside and cool outside, the temp will drop about 5 degrees per hour with the fan on high. That being said, we are sleeping so much better and are very glad we got this fan. I 100% recommend a whole house fan, and definitely recommend House Fan Pros. Very professional, nice install and on time.

We put in both an attic circulation fan and new roof vents to permit our attic to cool down in the summer. House Fan Pros is the way to go. I purchased a house with a QC house fan installed (probably 16 yrs old) that recently died. Jessica was very responsive in getting back to me and scheduling a service call as well as pricing out a new system if the old one could not be repaired. Derrick and an assistant showed up promptly and after determining the old system was not serviceable, removed and replaced the entire system with a new QC Stealth Pro 4.8X. The new fan is probably half the noise level as the old unit, so well worth it. Their installed price was less than I was expecting and very professional service. The entire process took about 2 hours and would have taken me 2 days in the hot attic.

In June of 2021, Derick and Rick came to our house and installed a Stealth Pro whole house attic fan. It has worked perfectly and has made a HUGE difference in keeping our home much cooler. Their installation involved cutting a hole in our ceiling, building a frame, installing the fan, and hooking up the electric motor. They were fast, CLEAN, accurate, and very professional. You never even notice the new air duct. Our highest recommendation. We would use again.

I was referred to House Fan Pros from a co-worker that purchased a QuiteCool fan for a DIY installation. I contacted them via e-mail regarding the same deal given my co-worker. I opted for the Stealth Pro 3.3 fan as this was the right size for my home. The response was quick and the price was right. I had also contacted 2 other contractors in my area to get a price from them to supply the fan for a DIY install and they never replied back to my request!
